To whoever couldnt keep their arms up the whole time ..Its okay!I couldnt keep mine either!We will get better at it as time moves on,we just need to be consistent!It was very challenging,but we can still do better as time moves on!
I was one those who couldn’t, this was my first day, but I continue on through the whole work out. I am proud of myself for making the decision to start. I will continue to be consistent.

I've been doing this workout almost every single day since it dropped, and I FINALLY made it the whole video without dropping my arms!! So amazing to feel myself getting a little bit stronger each day!

@@Esh486 yes, absolutely! You can actually see my biceps now. I was starting from zero so just three weeks made a giant difference. I've moved on to some of her harder videos now

just some encouragement for all of you- when i first started 3 weeks ago, i could only do 2 minutes. but as i kept going every day, by the beginning of the second week, i could make it through the whole workout. so just keep going! you’ve got this ✨✨
such an effective and quick 5 mins arms burning workout!!! I sat in a straight chair position and did this. Give it a try guys. Just remember keep your back straight.

I am so proud of myself because, on the first day, I wasn't able to do it; my arms kept falling down repeatedly. But on the second day, I was able to do it without my arms dropping. 💫
Im disabled and been trying to get into better shape, did a 10 minute core workout and then this and im TIRED. Props to people who do this with issue 😅 Hope to get there someday!

I lost 35 lbs that I gained because of Hashimoto's! I am now just getting enough strength to get in shape again I am so degusted bye my body but my arms truly make me feel terrible! I live in Florida and will no longer wear a bathing suit or tank tops! Thank you so much for this work out I just finished my first workout and can truly feel it! I pray with time and they get more muscle I also got Myopathy from Thyroid Disease so I am doubly screwed! So thank you thank you Thank you

This is fab. I just completed and felt some things, lol. I started doing these type of arm w/o in March. I added a few with weights and I alternare them every day. I have more strength and tone for sure. At 63 with 10-15 lbs too much I have a lot of work to do on my flabby upper arms. My grand calls it flibberty jibberty arms. They're on there way to looking much better for sure. I'm definitely comfortable in sleeveless now! Thank you so much!!
Confession. I let my arms drop! But I am challenged. Looking forward to doing this one again without dropping my arms.

Did this with 2lb wrist weights and omg 💀 I tend to neglect my arms & back sometimes &this was perfect!

Started this today and completed it without dropping my arms even once. I'm wondering how tf I did it? 😂😂 I'm a beginner and it's been just two months since I started doing workouts watching your videos 😂. I will say that I'm kinda inconsistent because I skip doing anything during my periods which usually lasts for 6-7 days since I'm suffering from endometriosis. Oh yes, haven't started using equipments yet. Let's see how far can I reach.

Thanks you, I’ve been doing your other arm workouts and some of your competitors for a year now! I like to do them while my coffee is percolating. This workout was bloody hard, it actually caused mild pain in my triceps. Looking forward to a rematch.

This is amazing these 5 minute workouts are so great for me at this time of my recovery hopefully I can do my normal workouts soon for now I’m staying strong resting and doing minimal exercise! 💪

Yow this is a great workout packed into five minutes. It's actually leg day for me, but when I saw this in my feed, I thought, "it's only 5 mins!" I thought it could be good to keep my arms involved on an off-day :). I loved each set. And the instruction to squeeze for max use of the involved muscles. I'm putting all of your 5-minute workouts in one file to have handy so I can dip into one or two or three different ones during the workday day to keep the blood circulating and the muscles moving even when I'm at work. Love these 5 minute specials!

i had to take so many breaks and im STILL giving up lmaoo. i AM adding this to my usual workout (which is ur 15 minute full body for beginners) but damn this is so hard for no reason lmao. LOVE ur workouts btw,,,,i thought i hated working out it mightve just been the channels ive been watching cuz urs are kinda fun and i actually do feel like im getting a workout. thanks!
