15 Minute SUPERSET Upper Body & Core Workout | No Equipment

  • 15 minute upper body and core workout full of supersets! The entire core and upper body working with this bodyweight workout! Simply follow along and join me for 15 minutes to feel those triceps working hard, weight on those shoulders and core engaged!
    The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work, followed straight into 40 seconds of work then rest for 20 seconds rest!
    All you will need for this workout is a mat!
    TRICEP PUSH UP
    PLANK LADDER
    DIVER PUSH UP
    PLANK TO DOLPHIN
    DEADSTOP PUSH UP
    DEADSTOP PLANK
    WIDE PUSH UPS
    SUPERMAN
    PIKE PUSH UP
    PLANK FEET WALK IN
    CROUCH TO LEAN PUSH UP
    PLANK LEAN
    HOLLOW BODY TO PUSH UP
    PLANK HOLLOW ALT KNEE TUCK
    GORILLA PUSH UP
    HOVER TO PLANK
    SKULLCRUSHER*
    ALT LEG RAISE PLANK*
    alternative is Hover Skullcrusher (will be shown on screen as alternative) or you can perform regular push ups instead!
    Core will be forced to engage, and remember to keep quads tight too during the plank!
    A short workout perfect for post a weighted upper body session!

    Just did this workout to kickstart my exercise journey again! I gotta admit, I felt a little ashamed at how weak I am now, but I know with exercises like this I will gain strength so quickly!

    That was an intense 15 minutes! My arms are complete jello!! Loved this little workout!! And all completely done with only my bodyweight😅. I was excited to get to do all the pushup variations and I've been missing planks so this workout was perfect. And perfect at making my shoulders burn A LOT! My arms were shaking like a leaf through most of this!!🥴 Loved it! Have fun with this one everyone! Thanks Caroline!! See you all tomorrow! 👋🏻

    I love this woman. It AMAZES me how much you can do in 15 minutes with no weights at all. I just did this on my bedroom floor when I got home from the bar at 3am 😂 You don’t need a gym, you don’t even have to have experienced knowledge on lifting to do this. This content is free and can be easily found on TH-cam. Anyone who has any excuses is just LAZY

    I just completed this after Beastmode day 2 and even with my arms and shoulders being fatigued from the previous workout, I could totally see a difference in my performance from the first time I did this video to today! Totally stoked about that!!!! I never thought I would be good at pushups, but last night at a Taekwondo class a black belt told me he loved my pushups! Thanks Caroline! I wouldn’t have pushed myself to get to where I am today if I hadn’t stumbled across your videos! Good luck everyone and good job!

    This is is an awesome 15 mins, don't be fooled by the slow pace as that only add to the intensity. The core is in play during the pushups and the fact that you transition keeping the core engaged makes the plank session extremely challenging. I love these mini sessions they are so useful and I can slot them into EPIC when needed. For 15 mins the upperbody gets a major pump 🤩 I followed this up with the recommended Arms and Shoulders session which is one off my favourites. You certainly feel the triceps after the upperbody session.

      I agree Anthony! This was an awesome workout. Very intense 15 minutes. Going straight into the plank variations really got my shoulders on fire🔥!! And I could definitely feel my quad soreness as well!! Haha!! I was happy to get to do some pushups and planks again. I had been missing them after our kettlebell week. I liked the pace and the focus on technique in the push ups...I am definitely improving all the time...then straight into a plank variation. All just worked so well. Afterwards I did the abs add on workout...which with a warm up meant a good, intense half hour. All very good. Hope you are having a good day! Matthew

      @@melinda5610 Hi Melinda, oh don't mention the quads and the calves they are tender from yesterday. That was a great session but the KBs last week really did improve my shoulder strength. Did you do the shoulders and arms after this one today, that was a great recommendation but the triceps felt it as they were feeling bit with the Push-ups and Planks.
