    It’s been 1 year since I started taking your classes. I had a weak knee and i couldn’t hike or run anymore. Your classes allowed me to strengthen my knee and my whole body in a gentle way. I got able to hike 200km in Nepal 3 months after doing your classes consistently (3x a week)! Thank you 😊

    I loved the tricep push-up flow! I don’t think I would have been able to do that many push ups without the other moves

    Just a head up for any beginner, this is not for beginners. I tried this as a beginner, and it was extremely difficult and I needed a cool down in between some of it because I couldn't just keep going doing the same thing but different. Other than that, it is a good workout.

    I am so happy to have found your classes! I have never done pilates before and never realized how great of a workout it actually is. I was very sick of going to the gym and lifting weights and it’s so cold where I live in the winter I find it difficult to motivate myself to leave the house and go to the gym so I don’t workout. You make it so easy to follow along and I can get a quick workout in almost daily without excuse or difficulty. These are my favorite ever and thank you for making youtube follow alongs so that it is more accessible to others, especially since in person classes or subscriptions can be so expensive these days.

      Love hearing about all the Pilates pets 💞💞 my cat sees the mat as a cozy surface to cuddle on and will sometimes lie on it before I start class or lie down under my legs in tabletop position during ab exercises. He also will sometimes look disappointed when I signal that I wanna start class because he knows I won't really have time for him for like an hour.

    Hi, Nicole! I wanted to thank you here, in front of everyone, so your auditory can see how grateful I am that I found your account. I’m 13, skinny and toned, but my whole life I’ve been thinking that I have more fats than I should. I started doing very intensive workouts and because of that, I lost my period.. I knew how bad was this for my health, but I kept doing it. I started to feel really bad about what I do to my body, because it wasn’t feeling good..One day I said “STOP”!     I normally begrudgingly go into arm workouts , but this arm and abs one was absolutely beautiful. It definitely was a killer but the movements were so sneakily smooth that it didn’t feel like a normal arm workout. I wouldn’t expect anything less than Nicole finding a beautiful way of sneaking a tough workout in. ❤

    doing your workouts is becoming my favorite part of the day! I always feel so much better after doing them. no matter how much it burns, it's always so enjoyable :) and even though I am doing it in my room I feel like I am doing it beside the pool like you haha. I am also in love with how your cat pops up in the videos, it always makes me smile a lot and is adorable!     I'm 56 and have always exercised - weights, hitt,, run/walk, etc. I have also added yoga in the last couple of years, but I'm just not good enough to get enough of a strength workout out of it. Unfortunately, as I get older, the workouts I've been doing (minus the yoga) seem to cause more damage than good with my aging body. I started with Nicole's videos 3 days ago and not only can I see an immediate difference, my joints aren't screaming at me. This is just fantastic. Thank you!

      I’d love to hear more about this!! Everywhere you look, it’s all about weights and hiit. Especially as we get older everyone keeps saying I need to lift weights and I have my whole life. But it’s just harder to recover now and I find I can more easily feel too tight or sore. I love this channel and the weekly schedule and I add in walking and rebounder. I want to age gracefully and strong and hope that’s enough even without formal weight training!! I’d love to to hear how you’re doing and if Pilates is “enough”

    I’m a weight lifting girl and I’ve started to feel like weight lifting is making me too bulky! I’ve looked down at Pilates people for a while and after this I have to say it is a lot harder than it looks… I apologise on behalf of the weight lifting community!!!

    Hi Nicole, I just wanted to say that normally I skip workouts that are focused on the upper body and core because I find them so really hard and usually give up? That being said, I really enjoyed this workout (maybe because I have been following your weekly playlist for a few months and built up a tiny bit of strength)- it was challenging without feeling impossible, I was shaking but felt so strong and graceful (I probably wasn't that graceful hahah). Basically, I just wanted to say thank you for your amazing workouts!

    My arms are shaking so much! That one exercise that we had to glide forward was so difficult that the 1st time I did it I fell on my stomach 😂

    I remember thinking pilates was easy as a Muay Thai boxer until I tried it one day and I fell in love with it! It helps me so much to strengthen my body and recover ❤❤

    This was so hard! Thankyou I now feel stronger and more positive and calm! I found it quite hard to do all of the sequences but hopefully if I practise I will improve. Is there any way to look after my wrists as they really hurt especially at the start of this workout( they are very weak. ) thankyou! 💜
