Ypu also committed this on the bright side video
I been doing a lot of weights but I had surgery near my lower abdominal area recently so I'm very excited to start core workouts again and I love this amazing core workout. And love seeing strong healthy women 😍😍😍💪💪💪🏋️♀️🏋️♀️🏋️♀️
THAT WAS UNBELIEVABLE! I loved it! Especially helpful for gymnastic training work I am doing right now!
Certainly was one of the greatest program, lots of new approaches , focused, burning and relaxing. Thank you so much 🐉
Awesome to hear you liked this!!! I am planning a 1 hour isometric with dynamic combo tomorrow! Cx
Did this workout today along with some cardio. Just to have to say a BIG thank you Caroline for all your wonderful workout videos which I am trying to do as many as possible. Have to modify sometimes. Am hoping you will do these workouts as long as possible as I am finding you are my my main go to trainer. Thank you again and again and be well. Best always Moe (Maureen)
Wow I can even do the push up down now... proof that my core is getting stronger. Thank you 💪💪
As usual Caroline has brought our attention to a very important style of workout to build core strength and to localise areas that improve strength, where they may have been neglected.
Brilliant workout! Excellent workout too, use as a supplement to cyclist and runners to build core. 👏👏
Brilliant Charlotte! Yes a strong core can definitely help with so many other forms of exercise! Thrilled you enjoyed it!! 💪💪💪🤩🤩🤩
I keep coming back to these short videos, they have as much value as any programme video, just excellent quality all round
Thank you. Finally a video with not a lot of talking. Just visual with music. I can do this!
I’ve held bear plank, regular plank and stuff but I’ve never done a workout quite like this. Planning on throwing this into my workouts in between strength sets! 😊
Loved this safe and effective workout!
Hey Caroline. Thank you for putting this together. It was fun, useful and well put together! All the best and enjoy your weekend!
Wow... this made me realize how much I need to work on my core. I couldn't even finish this. Thank you for sharing.
Love this and the core and back without equipment. I need to strengthen that whole region. I love isometric workouts!
Please make more if you have time+
Love this workout too. Greetings from Turkey
Thank you for posting this. It was a good workout for me, not too tough and I could last for ten minutes. You look like these workouts will simply stretches for you.
Awesome Swati!!🤩🤩🤩
Thought I give this evening some of 10-15 mins core videos ...love them ...got told I need to strengthen my core for horse work .. I am riding my friends ex polo horse and told I don’t engage my core enough .. so loose control. Definitely feeling my core work .. thanks...love this
I was a bit scared, and thought I wouldn't perform well the positions because I am overweight even though I've been working out for almost a month now. Turns out I had to made a few adjustments only, but I could do almost everything as you showed it except for the push up bottom. Pretty proud of myself for doing the workout (and the mountain climbers and different planks especially because I always thought they were difficult lol 😅) and thank you so much for this workout! Will keep coming back to it ❤❤❤
Very useful, thank you.
One suggestion would be to list all your positions in order at the end.
So one screen shot, then always ready and available 👍❤🇬🇧
Different spin on some exercise I do. Plus her symmetry is amazing!
Great one....I did this after one of the intense workouts n it was so relaxing n effective tooo.....superbbb
Never heard of isometric workout. Pure core training..thx Caroline.
I love isometric workout. This is the first time I did ll of those in a series❤ thank you CG. ❤

Hello Karine! Awesome you liked it!! Apologies I didn’t reply to your question on Saturday.. I try to reply but sometimes I miss afew! Happy trying! 🌟
@@CarolineGirvan don't worry, I've seen you have a TON of questions ! Keep doing so great fitness WOs, it's too difficult to answer everyone 😉
Very energizing! Loved it! Thank you ♥
Hello Ella, so glad you enjoyed this workout! Thanks for letting me know! Cx
Glad I found your channel ! I liked it this type of calm but at the same time feeling my abs. Strength and abs at the same time at reasonable amount of minutes of performance. New subscriber here 🙂😊🤗
Hello Romy! So happy to hear you enjoyed this isometric workout! I actually have an hour isometric full body coming tomorrow!! Cx
Thank you very much.
Love this workout. Greetings from México.
After just 5 days I can now hold the push up down.
I'm so glad I'm not the only one in the comments with that struggle!!❤❤
Thank you again Caroline. Love this ab workout from California. God bless!
Hi Caroline loved this workout. Nice change of pace with the isometric holds, I was still able to get a good burn and some sweat. Thank you again for sharing.
Awesome Dwayne!! Excellent for your core! 🔥🤩🔥🔥👊🏼
My sincere thanks for this amazing ab workout. Awesome class.🙂
Thank you, I really enjoy your routines, you very them and give options, they are great!! I also like the idea that you explain them at the beginning without the taking during the exercise, and the fact that you add the small window with the next exercise so we can know what is coming is a plus. I am recommending you to all my friends. Thank you.
Thank you for the video and for sharing your knowedlge. It's my first time trying isometric core workout and I liked it! The music was the most challenging thing to endure though... The lyrics of the songs you are promoting are influencing your viewers, so it could be an aspect of health to consider
Great way to mix up the core routine. Did this after a 30 minute jump rope and was a great way to both cool down and get a core routine in. Thank you again for all you share! - oh and good morning from Kentucky :-)
wow, I've never done a full isometric work out. this was different (in a good way) I enjoyed it, and it also serves as a great WARM up. Definitely saving this one.
It's June 21, 2022. Still coming back to this. 😊. Add on to FUEL series! 💪. Thank you so much Caroline!
. . And did this again as add-on to Iron Day 29!😄. . October 12, 2024!
Really loved this thank you, first time doing one of your vids. Will definitely be doing some more! Thought it would be too hard for me but I managed, really want to improve my core strength.
yeeeessss loving this!!!! a year ago i had a two months time of every morning with you blessed one!! thank you!!!
you are part of my gateway drug to fitness addiction
I'll try your 8 minute, 10 minute and 15 minute abs workouts first and build myself up to this. This was very intense, I could've managed this back in my boxing days where abs were literally a shield and a necessity. But this is very inspiring so I will save it to Favourites and give it a bash when I conquer the previous mentioned videos of yours for abs. This will be my graduation. I'm 52 now and I just began TRX training so I'm determined to make this work. Well done completing 12 minutes of a serious challenge and thank you for the effort.
How r u getting on ,with your training
@@bobbob9364 very slowly. I had to go fruit and vegetables only, to transition as I was carrying too much weight. I injured my back which is not ideal as I'm a 50+ security officer, but I'm not going to be despondent. Yesterday I took a hit in the mid section by a mountain of a man who was mentally ill and off his meds, he took out 5 other security personnel before he hit me and couldn't understand why I was still standing but it's all the ab work and I have dropped 28 pounds over the last 8 months by including a small piefe of lean meat in my supper every other day.. I've seen the results from this core work for myself and in such a short time too so I will get right back into it once this injury settles down. Are you training too?
@@hoofheartedicemelted296 yes ,I could not see what my comment was ,I can be drunk 😵 and it could be a lot of bs lol ,but yes I am 53 and training fairly consistently over last 4 years ,ultimately I would like to run marathon under 4 hrs when 60/ but running can be hard on the body so. I am know doing weight training along with cardio ,and some runs in really enjoy it ,if I was to give any advice ,get a personal trainer (endure the cost) list what your objectives are and tell him 🤩
@@bobbob9364 Sound advice, will do.😊👍😎
Get back to me . (If u want) like I (did not say) said I have come from podgy taxi driver to running 12 miles in 1 hr 53 ,problem with running is it is high impact, but tbh it’s “exciting “running 12 and feelin comfortable / first thing is to sort diet out ,keep it simple and doable then just build from there ,but maybe have something nice later on ,but not like a whole tub of ice cream 😂 lol
Love it very simple and easy
Yet I feel the effect ❤
Just what I needed, Thank you!🙏
Thank u very much its amazing for someone with joint issues, I had zero pain 😍
awesome!
Your workouts are great yet the ones which are 20 sec work-10sec rest are amazingly fruitful n fantabulous. many thanks from Iran
You should try to flutter kick or move smaller body parts to challenge the isometrics for more of a challenge ? Great video !
Hello Leigh! Thanks for commenting and great suggestion! You could hold for longer each move also if you can! I’m glad you enjoyed it! I plan on an isometric leg workout soon! Cx
