Dear Caroline, I really doubt you will personally read this but here goes. I discovered you last year as you were suggested online as one of the few really good online workout coaches, especially for women. This video is what got it all started. I started doing this twice weekly when I was in some shape already. Then, end of last year, I had very sudden extensive surgery that saw me bedbound for 3 months. I gained a lot of weight and lost all my progress during this time, first because of immobility then because of the depression that resulted from it. But then, one day I just suddenly decided to at least start exercise again and it was this exact video I was drawn to. Couldn't even finish half of it when I started and that with poor posture. But now, three months later, I'm at a point I could not have imagined 3 months ago. I'm active again, I feel strong and resilient. I'm not yet where I want to be but with you, the journey towards that, has been made possible. So thank you. Thank you so much for all you do. Your positivity, your hard work and most of all the light you shine into people's lives.
same here....only difference is that I"ve started from 2 years ago from now and after getting my hysteroctomy i have stARTED AGAIN AFTER 1 MONTH WITH THIS ONE. looking forward to start weight training again with Caroline after 3 months restricted period of post surgery. though started little dumbell like 4 kg.
same!! today i was thinking about not working out but then i did! this was pretty calm, and pretty easy but also a good challenge for the day especially when you’ve been tired all day reading books! i’m glad i workout! :)
I started doing this workout with you after 7 year break from physical exercising. At first i was doing -10s/exercise, now after a 1,5 week I'm doing -5s/exercise, next week I'm gonna make the whole! It's a bunch of really good, effective exercises and the pace of my progress is a proof. Thank you!

I'm from the twin Caribbean islands of Trinidad and Tobago and I love, love your work outs; you give me good energy and the spirit to do my strength training even more even though I have been exercising for years; I'm 69 years old and doing my exercises 3-4 days a week have been my sanity! So glad I found your app and I do whatever works I need to do i.e legs/shoulders/standing abs etc. I am definite continuing with your wonderful programmes. Thank you

It is good that this workout is Slow paced so we can focus on every movement rather than speeding things up and end up getting tired instead of properly completing the workout. Definitely going to try this one out

I never thought I would look forward to these workouts everyday! I plan my whole week on them, and feel so much stronger. I can carry a bit heavier and go for longer sets. 💪🔥

I still have to make up the 1-hour iso and dynamic workout. I doubt I will be able to fit it into our remaining EPIC program as it’s getting progressively harder. Also, I keep trying to plug your old maker workout video. Many seem to like the maker move so they need to know that gem of a video exists in your archive!
Woke up 30 mins early for school, definitely worth it. My abs felt awesome for the rest of the day, its definitely easier to do this when I wake up as opposed to after school, when it's harder to find the motivation

Ha ha ha. I thought the same when I woke up- oh only 20 min of abs today... mixed excitement and mild disappointment ( cause 💕 the full body) and extra sweat. Looking forward to it. It’s only 1:43 am so a bit early. I should get all the rest before starting😅 both.

I love the no repeat. I'm a fitness teacher but if I'm not teaching, I'm not motivated enough to do a real, more than 10 min workout. I made this one harder by adding the top half lift {head and shoulders up} while doing all of the leg work during the first half. great work out
For first time for 1 hour there are no thumbs down... It actually means a lot to CG... 💞 You changed my life and many others too in the aspects of weight.. Just have to say how proud I am. When this first drooped I couldn't get through the whole thing. Just revisited this video after months of training and I completed it with 1.5 pound ankle weights!!!!! So HARD but so worth it. Thank you for showing me what I'm capable of
PERFECT shorter allllllmooooooooost a rest day workout, enough to wake up those sinewy muscles in my mid section and make me behave. Might fit in a short workout for my behind later, with ankle weights too, along with a walk, some crafting etc, FT sessions with family - wow, life is SO SO GOOD, thanks to you, Caroline. How have I not see or done this workout before? I've been doing Caroline's workouts for quite a while now, and I'm so happy I came across this one. It's perfect.
OMG Caroline!!! My abs are in need of strengthening and have been weak since a surgery many years ago, and although I am a strong and full on yogi and instructor, I needed YOU today! Over the last several months, I have seen many 'youtube' ab videos and there are some really wonderful instructors out there, but you and your teaching(s) are, by far, one of the best!! And, let me explain why. Personally, for me, I find it incredibly annoying when the instructor is talking too much at every minute of teaching, OR, the music is too loud OR the pace is just too fast. With you, your online teaching is not only clear and at a pace that everyone can do, but allows each individual time to readjust their bodies and/or rest. And, what I really loved was the fact that you have a small 'intro' of the next class in the top right hand corner so that it gives the viewer an idea of what to expect. Plus, the visual is calming and beautiful against a clean white backdrop, spacious and inviting. Brilliant!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you from Canada!!!!!

I love surprises! I took a barre class this a.m., it's a gorgeous day (summer returns for another day🙂), I got a new set of weights, new yoga blocks yesterday, and now this?! In my class today, in front of a mirror, I was taken aback seeing my shoulders and biceps, trying not to stare 😄💪😄 I cannot express enough admiration for you, Caroline! I did this video for about two months (I had already been working with other ab vids) This is the best one I found. I am seeing my stomach muscles. I do this nearly everyday just once and it is now easy and effective!! Definitely try it.

I did EPIC 1 and now doing EPIC 2, was looking for extra abs work and did this one today. I LOVED it! It works all: obliques, upper and lower abs. It was perfect ♥️
You should WAIT Last Metal 2-3 hours before Sport. Protein Shake for protect muscles 30 min before Work Out for letting YOUR muscles Größe Protein Shake 30 min after Work Out best Banan proetinmilk planted or Not planted whater... To do Training without Rating Changes Not the flat Burning means in the morning cousic calorien IS Not empty in the Body... It IS also HOW OFTEN AND HOW RIGHT WE DO THE TRAINING.... so 20 min better than NOTHING nur after 30 min fat Starts to get Burned... Thats why i do those exercises Not for 20 min but for 60min and repeat every exercixe 100 Times. If it IS to Heart i make 10 sec Rest but i repeat all 100 times.. i lost 10 pounds in 4 weeks doing so and i See muscles and have Lot of energy. i love to move it IS for me the best Rest ever❤❤❤
ive been doing this for 2 weeks and i feel so much stronger , as well as happier mentally , and has seen a different/more toned in my abs. this is my favorite workout and i do it every other night , or whenever i feel like it !

Hi! It feels so good to get a day when you just relax and take things slow. It is when one witnesses his/her growth the most. For instance, I noticed I am lowering my legs more than before and keeping my belly button tucked to my spine more than before! I am ready for tomorrow. Bring it ON!!

week 2: I've been feeling very lazy and not motivated to work out lately. a little out of shape compared even to last week. I couldn't do most of them but i still pushed through as much as i could. atleast i got in my workout for today, even if it wasn't as productive as it should've been
I love this stressless WO. Unfortunenately I had to stop the Epic WOs at 19, because I got the flu 😞. Just trying to keep up now, but dumbbells are still too hard for me. So I returned to your isometric WOs and today just finished these wonderful AB exercises. I hope, I‘ll be fit enough soon to continue the Epic series!! So thankful for your work 🥰🥰🥰

28.3.23: a different abs workout I tried from Girvan. Didnt expect there will be no equipment workout. This is great! I like it as it give different level of challenge and it is 20mins. I sweat quite a lot. It targets core, and side abs too
Your channel is my new fave! I like that there are no intense jumping or whatsoever like those in other workouts. Your routines are like chill and composed but at the same time so deadly. Ok I'm gonna do this *😀Day 1* : i did it slowly and took my time , took 20 sec break each time . Rn I'm not feeling any pain ._. But lets see what happens tomorrow . it felt good though . Day 2 😃 - i can feel pain inside my abs , so decided to take a rest . ❤ like this so that i would update this . Forget about it for 2 days 💀 Day 5 - felt lazy but did it Day 6 - took rest Day 7 - i kinda feel it and my stomach has flattened than before . Day 8 got my periods Day 10 I'm having a fever bruh T_T

Two things I love about her is that she takes her time focusing on form, rather than going quickly through each exercise and trying to get as many reps in by the 45 sec mark. Secondly, she doesn't talk. Lol.

I love surprises! I took a barre class this a.m., it's a gorgeous day (summer returns for another day🙂), I got a new set of weights, new yoga blocks yesterday, and now this?! In my class today, in front of a mirror, I was taken aback seeing my shoulders and biceps, trying not to stare 😄💪😄 I cannot express enough admiration for you, Caroline! Fierce and gracious at the same time! 🌹🌺

I did this video for about two months (I had already been working with other ab vids) This is the best one I found. I am seeing my stomach muscles. I do this nearly everyday just once and it is now easy and effective!! Definitely try it.

I did EPIC 1 and now doing EPIC 2, was looking for extra abs work and did this one today. I LOVED it! It works all: obliques, upper and lower abs. It was perfect ♥️

To do Training without Rating Changes Not the flat Burning means in the morning cousic calorien IS Not empty in the Body... It IS also HOW OFTEN AND HOW RIGHT WE DO THE TRAINING.... so 20 min better than NOTHING nur after 30 min fat Starts to get Burned... Thats why i do those exercises Not for 20 min but for 60min and repeat every exercixe 100 Times. If it IS to Heart i make 10 sec Rest but i repeat all 100 times.. i lost 10 pounds in 4 weeks doing so and i See muscles and have Lot of energy. i love to move it IS for me the best Rest ever❤❤❤

ive been doing this for 2 weeks and i feel so much stronger , as well as happier mentally , and has seen a different/more toned in my abs. this is my favorite workout and i do it every other night , or whenever i feel like it !

Hi! It feels so good to get a day when you just relax and take things slow. It is when one witnesses his/her growth the most. For instance, I noticed I am lowering my legs more than before and keeping my belly button tucked to my spine more than before!

week 2: I've been feeling very lazy and not motivated to work out lately. a little out of shape compared even to last week. I couldn't do most of them but i still pushed through as much as i could. atleast i got in my workout for today, even if it wasn't as productive as it should've been

I love this stressless WO. Unfortunenately I had to stop the Epic WOs at 19, because I got the flu 😞. Just trying to keep up now, but dumbbells are still too hard for me. So I returned to your isometric WOs and today just finished these wonderful AB exercises. I hope, I‘ll be fit enough soon to continue the Epic series!!

28.3.23: a different abs workout I tried from Girvan. Didnt expect there will be no equipment workout. This is great! I like it as it give different level of challenge and it is 20mins. I sweat quite a lot. It targets core, and side abs too

Two things I love about her is that she takes her time focusing on form, rather than going quickly through each exercise and trying to get as many reps in by the 45 sec mark. Secondly, she doesn't talk. Lol.
