I love this short workouts!!! I start off thinking “nah I can’t do 30 minutes today, I’ll do 5” then I think “that was so fun, I can do another 5” first abs, then side abs, then arms … before I know it it’s been an hour … as always, thank you! ❤

I modify and do wall push-ups due to having recovered from a mild rotator cuff injury and an arthritic knee. I am nearly 70 so have a lot of athletic wear and tear from my youth. I still do about 30-40 minutes of daily exercise of varying types. Thanks for this great workout! Can't wait to try it.
Forced myself to find a short workout just so I could say I worked out today, and because I know I always feel better after moving my body. Ended up doing this 3x, so 5 mins turned into 15, and now I'm ready to go do more. My shoulders are gonna be mad at me later. Cheers! Definitely chucking this one into my rotation.

I know these exercises definitely help with it too, but would you consider making - or do you have - a video to improve posture? Transitioning from a job on my feet to one where I sit constantly has wrecked my posture!

Starting this today Day 1: it was a little hard, my arms burn but it feels good Day 2: I literally gave up at the last 3 secs of every workout but i still completed it
I have a quick question, when Nicole says to 'keep your shoulder's relaxed,' is that when your shoulders are back and down, not lifted up? I do that and my arms are much lower than shoulders. When I lift up to shoulder height, my shoulders go up. Could someone please explain what she means? Am I exercising wrong? Thanks in advance! :)
