    I am 57 and thought I was in fairly decent shape...until my husband shared a pic of me from our home security camera and I saw my horrible bat wings! (Hubby didn’t send me the pic to be mean, he said I looked cute.). So I dusted off my weight set and found your channel. I’m seeing a huge difference in a month, and will have some real “guns” by the end of this year. Ladies over 55, don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t build muscle! And I have an osteoporosis diagnosis , but no one is gonna stop me from getting strong 💪 I’m presently using 10 and 12 lb dumbbells for your arm and shoulder videos. 15lbs are in the corner of the basement waiting for me 😁. Thank you, Caroline!

      This is the best thing for your osteoporsis. I am older than you and have osteopenia. Weight bearing exercise is the prescription! I just love this workout!

    Thank You💖 my husband passed away due to Covid in 2020 .... I do not go to gym anymore and your little 10 , 15 and 20 min workouts make me feel stronger and they do wonders for my depression 🥰 Your smile always makes my day🤩

      Hello Veronica. So sorry to hear of your husband's passing especially through COVID. I can't imagine how you must be feeling.
      You're very strong to come through all of that. Picking up your fitness must have been hard. Well done for using your inner strength to carry on. It sounds as if Caroline's workouts are helping you heal which is amazing. Caroline is so humble and thoughtful and has touched the lives of so many in these unpresidented times, you included for very specific reasons. Stay strong and safe. Time is a healer even if it doesn't feel like it right now.

    I have to admit that there are days that I can’t seem to find any motivation to just go down stairs to my basement and work out, but I have to force and telling myself that it only takes 15-20 minutes then you’ll feel better. And yesss, your videos never disappoint. Not only did my body feel good but my spirit had also lifted. Thanks a million.

    Only with your workouts can i get a nice pump in 15 mins. Now, can we just talk about the fact that you are doing lateral raises with 18 lbs??? You are soooo strong yet so feminine and pretty. Goals! Thanks for the workout, Caroline!

    This is probably THE MOST effective arms & shoulders workout for a beginner like me! I have been doing this workout religiously with 4.3kg ybell on each arm for one month: 5 days a week for two weeks, followed by alternate days for the next two weeks. I can see a visible change in my physique & I am feeling so much stronger!! I can’t thank you enough, Caroline!! Lots of love from down under! :)

      Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used 1 lb dumbbells but could not even last 10 minutes in the lesson and my arms just gave up :( My MIL did the full lesson and used 2x15 lb dumbbells! Her biceps are very muscular and thick and she has tremendous upper body strength!! I feel really low and defeated :(

    Caroline, I can’t thank you enough! My husband (73) & I (69) do several of your workouts over & over, & love the variety. We both feel stronger & have more muscle definition than when we were going to the gym. You are our permanent trainer!
    Is it true that you receive compensation when we let the ads play before our work out? We have been trying to figure out how you get paid for these wonderful videos. We had been skipping the ads but now as one of your followers suggested, we let the ads play while we warm up. I hope that means we are paying you! Thank you so much.

I used 1 lb dumbbells but could not even last 10 minutes in the lesson and my arms just gave up :( My MIL did the full lesson and used 2x15 lb dumbbells! Her biceps are very muscular and thick and she has tremendous upper body strength!! I feel really low and defeated :(

You keep me going. I do abs almost everyday, and tomorrow I’m doing my cardio then your core workout then arms again. I feel so much more able to tackle things after working out with you.

    I'm in my 70's, retired with a prosthetic hip and (as of March) a prosthetic knee. The first year of the pandemic I slipped into a serious funk. I ate and drank too much and gained weight. With nothing to do, I slacked off on activity and got seriously depressed as I watched people around me fall sick and helplessly witnessed my retirement savings evaporate. And then I found these workouts. I LOVE them and you, Caroline. I've lost over 20 pounds and feel 20 years younger. Your workouts are challenging without being intimidating. You radiate positive energy and the comments from your followers reflect that. I've been a follower for a year and a half, at least four days a week (with a brief pause while I got my shiny new knee) and I haven't felt this good since before you were born. From the bottom of my heart, I want to express my eternal gratitude.
    And BTW, after a vertiginous plummet, my finances have turned around too.

    So here I am adding another comment. You keep me going. Incredible! It’s because you make these W/O”s so doable, yet still challenging. I am trying to lose weight. I was ten pounds lighter in early July 2020. Less than one year later I’m ten pounds heavier. The good part is I’ve been doing abs and arms with you throughout this pandemic and I’m feeling super strong and fit. I have realized that fried foods have put that weight on. Where I live in Costa Rica, you get a whole fish with the head on when you ask for fish and chips. The chips are often plantains lightly fried. It just hit me. So I love you for helping me to keep loving me. I’m 56, I will NEVER give up. I really appreciate you and your team

    Caroline I love your channel. Your videos are so professional, organised, achievable and able to be done at home. I’m a GP in Australia and I have been recommending your channel to my patients who want to build muscle to aid with weight loss but are not comfortable at the gym. It’s nice to see a fitness expert who has had 2 children herself and understands how hard it is to get your pre-baby body back. You are inspiring!

I’m 57 in March. I’m leaving for Costa Rica in a week. I’ve been working my whole body to get ready for surfing. For me that requires full body strength.

      Hi Matthew the abs routine was something else. I ordered some new bands as mine were losing a little tension. Clearly getting well worked. 10K is fab I'm not a great runner myself.

    At first I thought it would be normal exercises, but our trainer wouldn't be called Caroline if there wasn't another exercise that didn't meet the norm, and then it came at the end
    We actually had an increase in the triceps exercise

    As somebody who now works from home for most of the week, I love this short workouts. I jump up from my desk most afternoons to squeeze in a 15 minute'r and feel so much the better for it. Thank you!

      Aw amazing to think you are training so well that you look forward to the new workouts!! 😍 if there is a day when I post and it’s not necessarily a workout you want to do or have equipment ie. stability ball etc at least there is the playlist section with hopefully a good variety to pick from! ⭐️🤩🤩🤩🤩

    Being out of conditioning and protecting my low back, I used 2lb seated in the chair, 5lb in supine.
    Despite the lighter weight, felt as if I got a n all over shoulder and arm workout without overdoing it.
    I’ll be returning to this one and look forward to upping the weights and seeing progress!
    58 yr old.

    I'm so grateful you did these videos. In our busy world, these 15 and 20 minute videos are tough but produce results and fit in just right! I have been faithful 3-4 times a week and have dramatic results. Thank you for sharing your expertise and making these doable every day!

    I have to say I love that you are doing these videos. I started following along last week. The first two work outs - I was extremely sore in my legs.     Thank you again Caroline for your daily workouts. I still look forward to seeing what you load next! However I want to know what it takes to have a body like yours. This I know is about 30% training and 70% nutrition.

      Hello Hannah!! You are correct in saying that nutrition is so important! Though I will be sharing nutrition video very soon but my nutrition is simply very balanced, I don’t eliminate any food types and don’t count my calories or macros. I ensure I get protein with every single meal (love fish, poultry, steak, turkey) plus whole grains, eggs, nuts, tons of vegetables, and always remain hydrated! Come the weekend, I love my Saturday nights take away and eating out!! 💓💓💓Balance is so important so that it’s sustainable.. I love eating healthy and giving my body lots of energy to train! 🌟

    Found your sessions online and now commit to working out to them four times per week. I worked out on my own before that but with your timers and quicker sessions, it allows me to focus more (and muscles are feeling it now)....which is a good thing. Thanks so much Caroline....these sessions are great!
