It looks so easy but it’s actually so difficult… well for me at least.. I genuinely have the weakest arms ever, even lifting a pack of water for 2 mins is painful for me so I decided to change that and start working out and start working my arms out cause they’re always forgotten in most hit workouts, I have incredibly strong legs but unbelievably weak arms so wish me luck on my journey back to health y’all !
Not difficult just for you. I’ve been modifying the workouts. Just finally today was able to do a full push up and some of the plank exercises. Progress! Keep going and you’ll see progress too!

Had to take a break between almost every arm work out but I’m a beginner so I’m looking forward to keeping up in coming time. Wish I had more work out for beginners though
I love this routine! I am recovering from tennis elbow and this workout doesn’t bother my injury while helping me keep up strength. Please consider adding more low impact routines like this!

Finally got to try it! I don’t have dumbbells right now so I train with no weights or bands, so I’m really happy you did an arms videos. I do feel my shoulders, back and triceps, but not much my biceps while doing this workout. Would there be a body weight exercise that would target them ?

Guys, please help keep me motivated to follow my new workout schedule after having a bad back injury!! I'll update this comment each day to include what I was able to do! ❤️
Day 1: 5 min full body stretch.
Day 2: 5 min full body stretch, 12 min full body workout.
Day 3: sick but 5 min stretch.
Day 4: Quite a physical day at work with lots of lifting 15kg boxes, but managed to go for a walk and did a 5 min ab workout.
Don't forget that you, re doing it for you and don't think of what you're feeling during the workout think of how you'll feel after it

At some points I felt like a failure and wanted to cry cause even tho it may looks easy I struggled to hold these positions. Then I remembered that I just started going back to a work out routine and it's okay having a hard time. Stay consistent and your gonna see results, don't be to hard on yourself and allow you to make mistakes and learn out of 'em😊❤️
