Hey akshya, I am following your cycle sync playlist from last month it is showing the results. I feel more energetic. But I am getting strech marks on my shoulder. What am I doing wrong? How to avoid it? Any cream/moisturizer would you like to suggest?
Unfortunately you cant avoid stretch marks .. happens when you gain and loose weight.. only laser treatments can erase it :)

I love your videos, but I have to say that the ads in between are really getting me out of the sequence. Especially for a relaxing practice like this. I quit this sequence because the harsh tones of the ad got me out of the zone. It would be great if the ads are before the video only 🙏❤️
