I actually liked the music lol. This video was comfortably challenging so I feel like the music went well because you weren’t jumping or going fast. The movements were intentional and I liked the pairing of the music👍🏽

Sophie literally the best ever. I honestly think that this lady should become famous. I have tried other workouts in the past but they normally go too fast and i don't really get a burn or any results out of it, but im on day 4 of this ab workout and i have already noticed a huge difference! thanks for this killer workout!

Keep doing her 20min ab workouts, i’ve been doing them 5-6 times per week for a few months and my core is rapidly strengthening. Consistency is key
