@@B-W-Q-t3s I only got halfway, then I did not find the motivation anymore to continue since I also train for a marathon 4 times a week and it was all getting too much. But the challenge definitely helped me to get more muscle mass and lose some fat. Now I do one of her 10-15 minutes of abbs training 3 times a week on the days I do not go for a run.
Day 1: ✅ Ididn’t do all of it but I almost finished, my legs are killing me Day2: ✅ I almost did the whole thing but there where few I could not do my soon to be abs are in pain Day 3: ✅ I did the whole thing but skipped the last two step my leg could not do it anymore. As per usual I am really tired Day4: ✅ it felt longer but did everything and didn’t feel as bad Day5: ❌ I took a break I was rlly sore Day 5/6: ✅I did day 5 cuz I miss it so I’m a day behind now so technically days 5 Day 6: ✅did just didn’t do all cuz I have no weights (Will do all 30 days and report back)

O my good I much needed this but best would be if u talk about positions so I can do it with u without looking at screen tlike for example what is happening and what is right posture .. like mad fit explains
you mean you overexercise and then stop for a while? if that's the case, you may be burnt out and that's why you stop. i'm not Sophie, but i've kinda done that myself, and i decided to just be gentle with myself and test to see what's the best pace for myself. even if you're really motivated and know you technically can do it, intentfully hold back from overexercising. resting, movement, and nutrition are the pillars; if one is lacking, the whole thing crumbles. if you don't already, i would highly recommend to have a set schedule. you don't gotta be strict about it, but it helps to monitor progress and perfect movement patterns.
Indeed, what you say is very true. I love resistance exercises, and I exercise continuously, and then I stop for a period of time. I will follow the limits that suit me. Thank you, my dear.🥰
