I live in UK for last 17 years and I am diabetic since last two years. I am a secondary school teacher and I walk about 14000 steps each day and I'm always on my feet because of the nature of my job. But I've realised Indian diaspora outside india become diabetic earlier than Indians despite not having a sedentary lifestyle because we do not SWEAT! We don't have maids, we walk to school and drop kids and take Metro and overground trains to work.
I have now reduced my timetable to accommodate exercise. Sweating is very important to ward off excess calories. Staying on Indian carb rich vegetarian diet is the reason for diabetes

I am health conscious from my teenage but bcoz of some medical issues I stopped exercise from 2 months but thanks Gunjan after Diwali again I will be on my track & become healthier & plz start again 1 month challenge which u have started before that motivated me soo muchh keep going👍👍
