i never eat food before excercise. hardly water and tea and that for bathroom and then i workout for 2 to 3 hours no water no food. and then eat small lunch, average dinner.

Ive been following this routine for 3.5yrs now.
1) Drink atleast 1.5litre water daily.
2) Sleep atleast 6hrs a day.
3) Try your best to eat only home cooked food for 6 days a week. On sunday eat anything you want but in moderate quantity.
4) Sleep at 10-11PM and wake up at 5AM at any cost.
5) Be positive and always be motivated.
Workout?
vegetarian n workoutis must🎉
1.5 litres/day is not even fulfilling your daily water need. 8 glasses of water ( around 2.5 litres/day ) is recommended and 3-4 litres is better.
@@kshitijpareek512 it depends upon your bodyweight. Ideal requirement of body is 1.5litre water.

Amazing guy, we need to listen to such people. He is absolutely right, eat simple, chew your food, walk and jog a little, Min 12 and Max 16hrs fasting daily and you are sorted
