Ive been following this routine for 3.5yrs now. 1) Drink atleast 1.5litre water daily. 2) Sleep atleast 6hrs a day. 3) Try your best to eat only home cooked food for 6 days a week. On sunday eat anything you want but in moderate quantity. 4) Sleep at 10-11PM and wake up at 5AM at any cost. 5) Be positive and always be motivated.

Hi mansi, I also face same problem when I was in hostel. What I was doing I buy some salads like one day cucumber other day carrot nd biteroot, nd consum it. Nd also buy small packet curd or butter milk daily basis. For breakfast some days socked nuts nd some days sprouts chat.

@@niharikachandra8668 it's bread butter for daily breakfast except Sunday ,in lunch daily dal ,rice and 1 vegetable and in dinner we get roti and 1 vegetable+ dal and rice
Hi mansi, I also face same problem when I was in hostel. What I was doing I buy some salads like one day cucumber other day carrot nd biteroot, nd consum it. Nd also buy small packet curd or butter milk daily basis. For breakfast some days socked nuts nd some days sprouts chat.
