Like unka diet jo hota hain woh nai kr pate hain due to lactation and baby ki dekhbaal mein unka Sara time nikal jata hain. Excercise Krna chahe toh bhi woh unmein energy nai hoti. Please explain thyroid also. Invite some endocrinologist.. Thyroid is becoming very common today. We don't really understand why. Tried reading on Internet also but didn't clear much doubts. Doctors just prescribe medication but no one is telling how to prevent it or can we reverse it. Please do a thyroid podcast. Also would like to mention how helpful is the Hindi version of this information. I knew all of this from various videos and documentaries primarily in English language. I was on a lookout for Hindi comprehensive videos to share with my parents. English will be a little difficult for them to comprehend. So thanks a ton.. I hope they benefit from this

Excercise Krna chahe toh bhi woh unmein energy nai hoti. Toh unko apna weight management kaise karein. Please add this question next time.
