I have started workout and weight training at the age of 50 years. But, I have become mentally strong apart from muscle build and good (not an awesome 😅) aesthetics. I have started weight training for last 6 to 7 months.

Important Point- 1)Warm up-Strength training-Cooling 2)Avoid ego lifting 3)Progessive Overload 4)Whey protein we can take 5)for love handle and belly fat , u can shift your gym timing to morning 6)Avoid Sweetners and Bakery Items 7)Steroid❌ 8) Talk with Barbell and Dumbbell and 9)Keep Patience and beleive in your body... I used to do You can call it ego lifting or personal records. I used to do leg press at 232kg and deadlift without belt which has caused lower back pain and its still there for 2yrs. I dont lift heavy weights now. I just do normal weight training
Haha .. so relatable. Left right treadmill me na dekho. I used to do that when I began and got so depressed. Luckily I had a gym friend and texting him about my insecurity helped me to get over that phase. Loved hearing Yatinder Singh. So practical .. glad that he said maybe you cannot achive your goal in a year, but you would be around your goal. Best lesson of today!

I have been into hardcore weight trainingvand fitness since 1991.I live a lifestyle of a good 35year old at 53.Fitness is a way of life My dad is 84.He was also into weight training but After age of of 65 he followed the 30 30 30 rule: Daily 30pushups 30squats 30min brisk walking. He still goes to office
Haemoglobin has a lot to do with genetics. Not necessary if you consume iron it will significantly step up Hb levels. In fact for some people, any amount of dietary intake won't make any difference. Body building and general health/wellbeing are two VERY DIFFERENT things.

I wanted to know Yteendra's suggestion for the persons in 40s, having a set professional and family life, occasional drinker, just seeking fitness. Do they need weight training?
I think the Host asked this question and Yatindar Ji gave the answer. If you in 40s and have a set life. Then do "brace walking for fitness, Yoga is also recommended". Thing about weight training: I think he suggested that if you starting from zero or after a long time then "Along with above mentioned, do some weight training as well" but start with small. Increase gradually. Like first 2 kg, 5kg, 8 kg, 10 kg etc... This is what I've heard and understood from this podcast. I hope it'll help you too 😊
Very good interview from both. One thing it got into my mind in his previous video is breathing techniques while workout ie breath out when the weight is going against the gravity. It's a good breathing formula

Yatinder bhai it's very good n information video , but post workout we don't need to any whey protein or any tipe protein , after work our body need to just simple carbohydrates or Electrolytes, after 60 mints u can take any type of proteins Just post workout ur body need to be re,dehydrat ?

We not only need to pump iron in the gym but also eat enough iron to increase haemoglobin and RBC count
