    I am a 74 yo female. I trained and taught martial arts for 20 years. A severe auto accident and two herniated disks have put an end to exercise including yoga and tai chi. I LOVE THIS VIDEO!!!!!! It is fun, energizing and tightens thighs and core. I haven't found a better exercise for seniors. Thank you so much for doing this.

    Thanks for this!! 🙂 I do it every morning while standing on my whole body vibration machine. Very effective! I also do brain tapping / face slapping for firmer skin: 16 - 24 - 36 or 56 times:
    • sides of front of head
    • sides of back of head
    • forehead and back of head (switch hands)
    • lower back of head - neck/occiput (switch hands)
    • top of head (switch hands)
    • face over closed eyes (no contact with eyeballs)
    • cheeks
    • mouth (switch hands)
    • ears/side of head
    • under jawline (sides and below chin area) with closed fingers of back of hand
    • sides of neck

    Thank u, I've been suffering from sciatica nerve, I was always in pain. I started tapping my body 3days ago morning and night. Now I can only feel 5% pain, I can sleep, sit and walk without feeling any massive pain

    I have only being doing this for a couple of days but the pain and tingling in my right leg and knee is improving. Nothing else has worked. I am very impressed.

    I love these 10min videos! I can feel that when I really give myself the time to just pay attention to what I feel then I automatically start to change. Especially with any of the tapping videos. This one and the Brain Tapping routine help me release a lot of the tension that I don't even realize I have most of the time. I feel my mind is more clear and like I got my second wind. Amazing!

    I really enjoyed this exercise. I feel refreshed 57 year old, female work 10 hour shifts and safety shoes started getting fluid above my knees. 7 month ago.. I am healthy. Otherwise don’t take any medication. I will try to do this exercise in the evening. Thank you so much.

    this lady is amazing. I couldn't fail to notice her ethnicity, it is different from mine and I am so glad that we are different but we can enhance the lives of each other with the little things like this, pure joy.     I’m in a full leg cast and did this sitting down and as much as a I was able. I felt tingling down my leg immediately with tapping the core! A thousand times more effective than the simple ‘wiggle your toes’ they told me to do!

    I joined Dahn Yoga studio 18 yrs ago in Houston and I stayed with them for about 20 months until I moved to another country. I also did some of their training events local and in Sedona, they are surely expensive but absolutely priceless. I love this South Korean Dahn Yoga training. 🙏🏻 check out in your area and you will not regret it.

    Wow! I just tried this for a little while and stopped after the arm tapping. I wanted to loosen up chronic tight muscles in my right arm biceps and deltoid. These muscles became tighter and tighter during 2.5 months of professional PT for a rotator cuff problem. It's taking months afterwards to get these arm muscles to relax enough to easily continue PT at home for further shoulder healing. This is a wonderful warm-up for my muscles BEFORE I do my PT exercises. Thanks for this awesome video!!!!!!

    I love this.. I live in Australia and we have a large Chinese community.. I often see many older women and some men doing this exercise and they seem to have a very energetic spirit about them .. I have tried to emulate what I see and your video has helped to explain the way.. 🙏🏼🇦🇺

    Thank you, Linda for this easy but very effective way to relax and connect with your body. It feels so good to tap especially places on my body that are tight and tense.     Delightful and helpful video with a real exercise program that is easy to do with quick benefits. Thank you for this; I’ve been wanting to do body tapping for quite a while. I can quickly see how this would improve circulation and give me energy. I suffer from Reynaud’s Disease and live in a cold winter environment and am going to do this during the winter.

    I just found this video this morning. I have a small Total Body Vibration (TBV) machine and stood on it while I did the exercises. I found it very effective and will incorporate it into my morning routine. In the meantime, I will check out your other videos. Thank you!
