    Tried this exercise for the first time yesterday, which I found a little bit tough, especially the raising of the arms and keeping them straight at the elbows. So I tried again today and it seems to be getting easier. Thank You Linda. I shall persevere. I'm so pleased I found this channel too.

    I love starting my day off with this morning routine and often extend it for another ten minutes or more. It's a great way to start the day. Thanks Linda!

    this is the best and simplest exercise I ever came across. all I wanna say is thank you from the bottom of my heart. i love you linda sister. i added this in my daily life and it increases brain capacity too

    Update: I'm alive and energized the whole day after trying this exercise.

    I'm doing it again at 5 in the morning.
    Update 11/9/2023: Still doing this before going to work and I have the energy I need for the rest of the day.

    Wow this really did wake me up! I struggle with constant fatigue. My doctor said I have poor oxygen flow in my body

    it's great, for me it gives results until around 12-1 pm, in the later hours I prefer fatigue release video :)

    I don't see the benefit of sweeping & tapping the scalp but I luvvvvvv this stretching exercise.

      Wherever you tap brings energy and blood circulation to that area, so tapping your scalp lightly can help wake you up faster :) We're glad you enjoyed the stretching!
