You so beautifully focus on the minute details as well like breathing in and out, specially like interlacing fingers in sethu bandhasana will enhance the effectiveness of the pose etc. Also your voice and the background music is so soothing and relaxing as well. Hello, I have been following along to many of your yoga routines and have absolutely loved the seasons 1-3. I wanted to ask, is yoga the only form of exercise you incorporate in your workout routine or is there any other form of exercise you do particularly to build strength?

Hi, you can do it in the evening. Just try to have a gap of 3-4 hours after meal.
