Some look for music videos, some for informative stuff. Man this music is annoying and almost every time totally our of mood for the content and way, way too loud for the content. Probably good as a background sound when working, but on the other hand, here's a guy removing engine head while low grade synthpop blasting through earphones. It's ridiculous to observe frame of vintage moped while nostalgia induced synthesizer default presets keep handling the mood. You make informative/entertainment videos or you make music videos. Yeah, I know, I can just not watch this, I show myself out.

A nice rebuild, I love using reed valve kits on these engines as well. I'm also impressed by how well the stock clutch held up. Just a quick tip for the next time - if you heat the bearings up, they just slide onto the shafts without any additional force. Using a press on either of the shafts is a huge risk. The output shaft is actually made of two separate parts and you could press the large gear out of position. The crank is even worse in this regard, without the webs supported, you could squish them together and the crank will no longer run true.
as u dutch guy who races on puch maxi's it's very fun to see this, you should def look at some videos of it, especially the ones from puchshop itself or from pascal mussche, those are some FAST bike's , with the fastest hitting about 120 km/h, KEEP UP THE PUCH BUILD AND STUNT VIDS, MUCH LOVE!!

so glad if found you back when you posted a video with you and your buddy building talks mopeds in a apartment. channels came such a long way and i’m glad i’ve been here for the whole thing
Sick build🔥🔥 Few tips just in case. I think you spaced out the seal on the stator side from the bearing. If not I would do that otherwise the bearing won’t get lubed by the 2 stroke oil. Second thing is if the clutch side cover starts leaking oil I found tightening the clutchcover and the cylinder first before all the case bolts helps align the cases because the e50 doesn’t have any dowel pins that can help eliminate that problem. Love to see the builds keep up the good work💪🔥
SVP bro,can you pls help with an advice on my yamaha scooter cc 100 1998 bike, the speed is 160 but it runs very sloo about 80 km and I usually hear noise from the back clutch ❤❤❤pls am watching you from Ghana Accra
you can also buy tomos moped like for example tomos apn 4 which has a gear shifter. Tomos mopeds are known to work even after 60 years. They are a work of art
Hey Two Stroke J, your area looks a lot like central PA 717. I have a 1978 PUCH MAXI that I just got a major bearing service and brake job done. I also started to rebuild my engine. I need to take it slow but it'll get there. I wanna be riding this summer atleast- W
Got the bad bitch running! I am using the 70CC for the people kit. It hauls ass! Especially with a 14t sprocket. I gotta time my motor yet other then that we are almost good to go. I am using the 12V AC ignition with Pietcard CDI 2041. I just need to get the head lights and tail lights working. Other then that I am happy with the bike! I swear rebuilds like these are just about having the right tools to get started hahaha, I’d be half way in and realize I don’t have xyz tool then my project would be halted for some time negl.
US market got screwed on crappy crankshafts. That's the first thing I upgrade when rebuilding an e50. Also noticed your oil seal was reinstalled backwards on your driven shaft.
i have that same red gas can. it’s really nice up until i have to fill it. that strainer inside it for some reason doesn’t let the gas drain into the can fast enough so it just shoots out a lot of the time when im filling it.
new subscriber here from the uk, love this and cannot wait to see the test ride and hope you will do a top speed run? with stuck bolts i found that if you knock the heads side to side instead of directly on top the seal breaks easier and will help
I was going to buy a PUCH back in 78 when I was 17, but got a Honda 125cc. (A bit faster and manly). So now at 62, I'm excited to see this rebuild of a bike that came from back in my day. 😎✌🏽
