    I burned 778 calories doing this!! It was hard but I managed to push through and finish strong. This was my first workout of yours I've done and I am looking forward to doing more :)

    Really strong workout, I burn 480 calories. I do this workout with some modifications because of my jointures, and then I do some yoga/pilates session or some abb workout. I lose 3 kg in a month eating the same (I don't eat sweets, candies, junk food or fried food) but I eat pasta, bread and anything else and I drink a lot of water (but also some glass of red wine that I adore). It's strong but very effective! Keep resisting, day by day you'll improve and you'll achieve your goals. Great works I hope you can understand me, i m italian.

    One of the best workouts ever on TH-cam. I love the fact that she changes exercises every minute. and plus the music is very good TH-camrs that do fitness put boring songs that are repetitive and get annoying after a few seconds. keep it going!

    Just completed. I did a variation of the high impact and low impact. Sweating like mad & burnt 550 calories. Adding this to my daily staples. So glad I found you! I get bored easily, so I look for new workouts everyday but these ones really push me.

    I am 5’6, 155lbs and I burned 286 active calories doing this workout. I am very active in general- I workout 5-6x/ week. This workout was definitely hard in some places, but easy in others for me. I would have to go through this twice to get close to a 600 calorie burn.

    This was definitely hard but I felt so good after I completed the whole work out! Burned 530 calories switching between both regular and modified. I started out with your 30 min 500 calorie burning HIIT and decided to try this one today, I love your videos! I can tell I’ve been slimming down after a few weeks of following your work outs. Keep up the great content.

    This was WORK! Legs, Legs, and more Legs! Thank you! I was dripping in sweat! Total calories burnt was 490, active calories 412! Please note that for some moves I had to switch to the modified because I was dying! But 85-90% was me fully doing the high impact moves.

    (Really sorry for my English, but I'm Italian). I try this workout and this is very difficult and intense, but I'm shock. I do this workout and after a pause I control my watch and I really burn 641 calories . This isn' t a joke, trust me. I also do some pause in exercises and I can't belive it. Thank you so much🤩🤩🤩

    for anyone who kinda has the same stats as me and wants to know how many calories it burns: i’m 5’9 (175cm) about 120lbs and i burn around 400-450 total cals with barely any breaks. also i have an apple watch and i put it on hiit workout

    Loving these workouts. I have an Apple Watch Series 3, on the HIIT workout and I burned 448 active calories, 519 total. I wasn’t going full out due to prior injury but it’s such a good burn.

    I'm starting this workout from today. I'll be following juice diet [only liquid] for the next 15 days. I'll be updating my weight for the next 15 days.
    Start weight: 85.8 kg
    Day 1: 85.8 [ I could complete only the first 20 min of the video. I was exhausted by then. Plus, I paused the video several times to take breaks.

    I think I just died. But I want to loose weight and this burned 530 calories!! I am proud that I finished the whole WORK out even tho I did some of the easier versions of exercises. I will continue doing this with a diet and I will update you all!!

    sweating an insane amount 76% done and i’ve burned 246 cals without full effort, i had to take a break 35 minutes in because my heart rate was super high (183bpm)! i definitely recommend this workout but don’t push too hard, it’s intense.

    I love your channel! This is such a refreshing look and feel to workout videos. And I love the music. I wish you had done a split-screen in this video like the 500 burn video because that was so awesome, even just a loop of you doing the modified move would be awesome!!! But overall I'm excited to do this tomorrow!

    I just finished this and im sweating like i ran a marathon. I burned 475 calories. I did like 30% of the modifications and didn’t do every single jumping jack plus my boobs hurt so i have to hold them when i do them. Thank you for the stretch breaks lmao. Helped me keep going. The 180 squats are fun! I will do this 5 times a week or at least 3. I was looking for one video to do every day. I was struggling to find one i like to do everyday and this will definitely be my go to! 🤍✨🤍✨🤍✨🤍

      this is personal but how tall are you and how much do you weigh and your age i just want to know cause i want to burn that much but it matters on how old,hieght and weight

    this is the first workout of yours that i came across and i must say this is the much needed cardio boost that i needed! i particularly appreciated the music choices, very monotone (in a good way) and no singing yay haha. the visual part is also very pleasing. thank you and i will be returning to this one

    I’ve done tons of TH-cam workouts and consider myself to have pretty good endurance and this workout was amazing. Very challenging. This was one of the best workouts I’ve done so far in 45 min. Nicely done!!!

    Loved the heart rate amping, don't love the 1-minute long reps. It is a no-repeat workout, but doing an exercise for 1 minute feels a little monotonous. With that said, because the intervals are a minute long, they are pretty challenging. A great workout, just the impatient person in me doesn't love the length of each move.

    hey Rachel, I just discovered your channel, and I have just subscribed. I like your workouts so far. Can I suggest that you do a long workout (about 40-60) minutes of STANDING WORKOUTS? I really hate floor ones, as I never know if I am doing it right and might actually injure myself. If you can do several long standing workouts and arrange them to like a 4-day program or so that I can recycle the few workouts for at least a month, that would be great. Just a suggestion though, I still like your channel!

    I can’t believe I finished. This workout left my legs swollen and dead 😂 This has been the hardest cardio workout I’ve done since starting my weight loss journey . I’ve lost 60lbs since December 24 of last year. I misread the title and thought this was a hiit workout you know where you go 45 seconds on and get a 15 second break and then maybe a 30 second break between each circuit. Not with this 😂 but I really wanted to finish because I’m not a quitter however, this really challenged my endurance and I’m 💀☠️

    This is one is one of the hardest and my favorite, whenever I feel heavy and need to push myself more, I start with this workout and I see the results immediately and I feel more motivated and strong after, definitely recommend!!!💕

    According to my fitbit I burned 302 calories, but that's pretty normal for someone my size. I'm 5'1 and 110lbs ish and I've been working out for many years. But this was still such a great cardio workout! My heart is pumping like crazy
