      Burpees are a killer. The 1st time i started this exercises was so hard for me but when i got used to them. i hear burpees i go yeeeeeah.

    Exercising can be really hard sometimes, but It always makes me feel better. Last year I had almost 250 lbs in body weight. One day I just started moving more, then slow running then I started doing weighted exercises and I was eating clean by following meal plan I got from Next Level Diet. Today I have 130 lbs and I am happy like I never been in my life.

    I told myself I’d do the first 30 minutes. That passed and I said heck I’ll do 45. I ended up finishing the whole thing. My first try and I am so proud of myself for keeping on going 🥺

      Cat Patt not terrible! I’ve been lightly using a treadmill on and off and doing ab workouts but besides that I’m not in great shape and I managed! It’s pretty fun and a wide mix of moves so it doesn’t feel like overly intense cardio

    LADIES (OR GUYS) YOU CAN DO THIS!!! When your mind says yes, but your body says no, it all comes down to mental strength. Years of doing sports has taught me that no one can get you to where you want to be unless you do it yourself. When your legs are burning, think of all of the times that you wish you were better. When you can't get enough oxygen, think off all of the hours you've wasted telling yourself you can't do it. You are doing this for yourself, but you have to beat your doubts to succeed. This is what separates those who wish and those who are. YOU GOT THIS!

    I have NEVER been prouder of myself after finishing this workout! I’m 11 years old, i weight 159, and I’m trying my hardest to lose 50 pounds 🥰.
    Keep your head up and when you feel tired and force yourself to keep working because if you give up, you’ll wish you kept going.

    I love this workout so much! I'm a guy that HATES plain cardio more than anything. Always have. This is engaging and broken up into many activities so it keeps your attention. It really makes you sweat and feel energized too.

      Rajeswari Chaki basically just cut out all the bad food, breakfast is two Weetabix with 2 tea spoon of sugar and lunch I will have strawberry’s and banana if I’m hungry sometimes I do not eat lunch, and dinner is fish, sweet potato (don’t like normal potato) and salad and vegetables and a yogurt.

    Went from actively hating this video to loving it and now I do it every day! I took so many breaks the first few times I did this video but its such a great feeling to just keep persisting, and see how strong this exercise routine has made me now. I have muscles I didn't even know I had and oh my goodness, the amount of muscle in my butt is incredible! And my arms!

    I do this workout at least once a week! I was diagnosed with breast cancer and since then it’s been a wild ride...6 chemos later and a double mastectomy and now going through some more infusions and meds I have used your video to help me gain control of my body again...thank you 🙏🏻

      I don’t know you, but I am sorry about that. My mom was diagnosed with cancer when I was 13 (now I am on my 30’s) and I totally get what you might be going through; especially if you have kids. Keeping that positive attitude is a huge part of the process! It is hard but just remember that anything happens for a reason; involuntarily changes in life are sometimes necessary. And we can understand that only with the time! For now ! Best vibes for you and your family 👏🏻stay strong 💪🏻

    Sorry I’ve decided to discontinue this workout video because I’m switching to T25 by Shaun T. I enjoy T25 more. I didn’t do this workout long enough to see any actual weight or body changes but I did feel myself getting a little bit fitter inside so that was good. I’m sure it works, it’s just not for me because 1 hour doesn’t sit comfortably in my schedule so it made me discouraged to do it.
    To whoever is reading this, good luck with whatever fitness goal you have. I’ve been doing a lot of different workouts and diets and the key is to just know that it’s okay to bounce around with workouts and diets without feeling like you failed because remember that you’re just finding something you like so that’s it’s sustainable

    Hey Jeanette !! I've been doing your workout since the past 1 week and trust me I am seeing major results!! Although my weighing scale hasn't shown much of a difference yet, but i can feel a definite boost in my metabolism and muscle toning. I am planning to continue it for the entire month. 😜😜!!!     I love the Pop Sugar workouts, particularly with Jeanette and Anna. I went to a gym for years but when COVID hit, I started working out at home. I'm 58 and love to run and hike and these workout videos have kept me in shape to do all I still want to do!

    So as someone who is 204 pounds I’m going to be doing this everyday! I’ll update y’all with my weight every Monday!!!
    Edit: okay so far I’ve gone down around 2 ish pounds :-)
    Edit: okay I’ve been awful at updating, the last week I’ve taken off but so far it’s been amazing! It was really hard in the beginning like I’m telling you I wanted to give up but I pushed threw, I’m at 200/198 now so it has definitely been helping especially strengthen my muscles 💪 I can now do 5-10 push ups and at the beginning I could do 0! It’s definitely worth it if you have no motivation! They keep you on your feet and wanting to continue ❤️

    When I set out to do this workout, although my goal was weight loss, I had a bigger goal to get strong enough to crush this workout without pausing. And today ladies and gentlemen, in less than four months I’ve gone from a size 16-18 to a size 10-12 but my biggest win TODAY is finishing this workout without pausing and with the correct form 🥺😭💪🏾
    I wanted something to push me because coming from my previous relationship with fitness I wanted a break from the gym and this workout was perfect to really whoop my butt. Just encouraging anyone out there, keep going 🙂 you will get stronger 💪🏾

    I managed to do the whole video! I love this workout so much. I didn’t manage to burn 600 calories but I still burned 400 calories, it’s because I am a beginner though. It left me feeling so energised. Other workouts that I would do left me feeling depressed because it felt like I did nothing and burned nothing which left me feeling unworthy of food -I’ve fixed that now. This made me feel so much happier and -it me in a much better mood! Thank you!

      I know this comment is old but not everyone loses the same amount of calories, it all depends on your weight. I only burn 230 or less every time.

    I like this video so much. I remember the first time I have to stop every 15 minutes. Then I could follow her for 30 minutes, then have to take a long break. Then, stick to 45 minutes, have to stop due to the high heartbeat. Finally, I could follow her the whole video and recover quickly. I could never reach this point without Jeanette Jenkins. She is a strong and beautiful lady, following her movement is like talking to a close friend, no body shame, no anxiety and frustration, it's a girls night, enjoy pure fun.!!

    Being a guy, I felt a bit out of place participating in this video at home. I've realised how ignorant I've been when it comes to appreciating these types of aerobic workouts. The Women in this video show great strength, both inner and outer. I could only manage 33 mins. Thoroughly humbled!     Ok so this is my return to this workout. 2 yrs ago I did this workout Mon-Fri & lost over 80 lbs, I ate correctly too and walked abt 4mi a day. But I started losing weight while eating dirty with this workout as well. U just have more energy to finish it without too many stops when u eat right. So after gaining abt 50 lbs during the pandemic here I am back and rest to lose this 50 and more. I can attest that this workout gave me hips and ass and a waistline for the first time in my life. Oh and I did the modified version the whole time. If I would’ve got under 170, I would’ve did the reg version. I started out 277 and went all the way to 193. U can do it!!!

    I workout on Fiton where Jeanette Jenkins is one of my favorite trainers. I made it through this workout with a few modifications. I burned 438 active calories with 527 total calories. It really helped that I was familiar with her moves and how she sequences each exercises. I really enjoyed this workout! I turned 50 in 2022 and have worked hard to develop the stamina to keep up with the young ladies.

    after severe depression and 2 suicide attempts in the past month i've gained alot of weight and feel bad about myself so here we are- I am going to try to do this at least 4 times a week hopefully. I will update :)

    I never leave comments on TH-cam videos but I just wanted to say I’ve been working out more regularly but am no fanatic but really enjoyed this! It’s super tough and I’m pretty sure a tiny bit of wee came out on a squat jump (🤣🤣🤣) but super proud of finishing!     I definitely didn't burn over 600 calories but I did burn 480 and im looking forward to another 100 or so in recovery. Great work out!

    amazing workout i did this for a 3 full weeks adding up pamela reif abs workout , while sticking to a diet schedule one meal a day at 4pm no dairy products no carbs only veggies and meat and of course no sugar no oil plus at least 1,5L of water .... at 5ft5 starting weight 74kg measurement (waist 79cm ,83cm stomach , 33cm arms ,110cm hips and thighs 63cm) i managed to lose 9kg now i am 65kg my new measurements (waist 69cm ,75cm stomach.28cm arms thighs 57cm and hips 103cm ) ! Girl if you re reading this go ahead and go fully in it's worth it trust me i finally can see my oblique and abs!!!!

    Absolutely love Jeanette Jenkins workouts!!! Fave trainer on Popsugar. Her energy to continue talking even though shes burning out is so motivating and helps me to make it through the entire workout. Anna too is so good and i really admire her stamina. The whole bottom half of my ponytail is sweating. Killer workout!!! Pls do more cardio workouts like these

    To everyone scared about doing it. Just do it! There were times when I wanted to stop but so finished through! Once you finish the entire workout you’ll feel great! Don’t forget you don’t have to follow her pace, take your time :)

    OMG! I can't believe it. I completed the whole workout, to say the truth I had already calculated to be able to complete half the workout in 3 hours of the day, but I didn't even know when I completed the whole thing. It's so easy to get along, and I am proud of myself.
    That's for sure.

    Her workout (and proper diet) helped me loose my pregnancy weight, about 15kg. Still have 5kg more to go, but this workout helped me tone my body! I've curves in the right places, and smaller thighs!
