    Thank you for your inspiration! Every time you say "you got this" I dig harder! In my 20's I loved myself enough to take care of myself and eat well and exercise. I got into an emotionally abusive relationship and stopped caring for myself. 20 years later I found myself 120 pounds heavier and unhappy with myself. I still have a long way to go, but I'm down 42 pounds and I now love myself enough again to keep going!!

    I have parkinson's and need HIIT up to 80% of my MHR. This is the FIRST floor WO I have found that achieves that. I have been looking for 5 years. No equipment, not boring and you can do it anywhere! More please, you are incredible! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    I just would like to say thank you for making a cardio HIIT workout without squats and (especially) lunges!! I injured my knee last year and so I find repetitive knee-bending exercises more taxing as usual. I sometimes miss a whole chunk of exercisess in some workouts because I have to skip the lunges and squats. I have finally found my favorite cardio workout of yours!

    This is my new favorite cardio workout! Thank you so much for the low impact modifications. My doctor said no running, jumping, squats or lunges, so I'm grateful to find a cardio workout that doesn't bother my knees, but still manages to get me out of breath and super sweaty!

    I hurt my shoulder and has been prescribed to stop basically everything I do, because they all include putting weight on my arm... So, thank you very much for providing good cardio workouts without planks, burpees and the like ! It gives me a chance to stay active without impeding my healing !
    For those of us who are very active, I think it would be great to have an "extreme" cardio workout wrist free !

    Thank you for mixing in less intense moves so I can actively catch my breath. It made switching from 20 to 30 minutes workouts much less daunting than I thought

    Thank you for adding the low impact modification! It helped me so much to complete the workout and be able to do the modifications where jumping hurts my knees. Love your workouts and the fact that you don't waste a bunch of time talking and we get right to it! :)

    I'm on the downhill slide to being 70 and can no longer do the jumping and I am so happy you showed the low impact version. Would love to see more of this kind of video as it is my goal to the whole workout. Thanks for all your hard work.

    I really loved this workout. I personally don’t mind squats and lunges. I just need all standing workouts that show the low impact options. I do a combination of both the high impact and low impact throughout the workout. You’re one of the only people I’ve found who shows what to do for low impact and I really appreciate that!

    I adore the cardio HIIT workouts! I'm in the stage of my weight loss journey where I have to get some weight off and stamina up. I love the strength training, but I love to focus on aerobics most days of the week. I'm between the modifications and the moves you do on some and I love how you encourage throughout the workout to make it our own.

    I haven't done a full 30 minutes of cardio in a while. This was a great video to reunite myself with longer intervals of it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love all of your content and I like that you talk us through it, not like most other fitness instructors on here.

    Yoh! This was intense! I am drenched! Done it for the first time. Took several breaks in between but I finished it. Can't wait to be strong enough to do the whole thing without breaks - even if it's just by modifying.

    I don't like cardio but yours is wonderfull! You keep me moving by adding the perfect balance of movements. I never quit! Not too complicated so I can start right away. I do like squats and lunges so you can add them but it is not nescessary. Thank you for adding this workout to your autumn schedule!

    It seems like every workout video on every channel has squats and/or lunges. This was so much fun with the variation of move and it really got the heart rate up! Loved this, a favorite of yours!

    Perfect. At 54, I've worked out for 30+ years but now have joints that need TLC! I want to feel like I've worked out but not kill myself. This is the 3rd of your workouts I've done. Love them all.

    Mikala, I love your passion and love for fitness! You really inspire me. You are the first online fitness instructor that I could stick to so far. You dance to the rhythm, you are fun, you are cute, you really think with the audience's mind and what I love the best is that you have a low-impact option on your videos! So far I could do only low impact since I left out so many years after my child was born and did nothing, especially after covid.     I feel so proud of myself for completing this workout, I haven’t been working out consistently but I’m changing that this year. And omg this workout had me huffing and puffing and dripping in sweat

    I jumped in on week 4 and girl I am in love with your training style. I haven’t been this consistent in such a long time. I love the modifications being I have Ehlers Danos and my joints don’t love high impact. I still feel the burn and it is amazing. Thank you for such great training!

    Thank you so much for adding low impact modifications. And you did souch a great job with the music, too. I'm stage 4 breast cancer patient, and i do aerobic exercises every morning. It helps tremendously with my blood tests.

    By far my favorite workout you have done! LOVE the low impact window and thanks for not just flashing it quickly. Did it with 3 lbs weights and it went by quickly. I am still feeling the burn!

    Was doing the modified Jack Punches when you said the next move was lower impact and that we were in the last third and I was able to find it to smash out the high intensity version and managed to keep up the rest of the time.
    Just started doign your videos but I can already tell this is the right place for me 😊

      Yes me too I’m 72 but made the workout a bit harder by going up on top toes and wearing .5kg ankle weights and .5kg hand weights so got a good puff going. Love this type of cardio workout with such cool music 🤩 such fun so would love more please Mikala - loving your beautiful outfits ❤💪😊

    Absolutely kicked my ass and I am dropping sweat! I was able to do the whole thing without modifying which tells me I have been holding back in my other cardio routines and can push myself more. Would absolutely love more videos like these! I can’t do burpees with good form and I want to feel challenged but able 😊
