We really love that they saved space in our small home and that is primarily why we got them. We've had them for more than 6 months now and haven't had any problems at all. I definitely would avoid dropping them however as I don't think they're built to handle that.

So what is the difference between the goblet and the front squat? To me they look kind of the same, but i know i'm wrong. This month was crazy fun with all the workouts. For the next week will you be posting/sending anything? xx
Front squat is generally speaking more difficult than the goblet because of how you would hold the barbell. I used a dumbbell here so it’s a similar movement but front squats hit my quads a bit more than goblets because of the position of the weight

You're rounding your back and you're not pushing your body up with your heels enough. You need better core stability.
