First time trying your workouts and I love that you have all these ten minute sessions that I can build my own workouts with on days when I just feel like freestyling.
I have had these for several weeks th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

You should do them constantly but also have times to rest the legs because it’s not good if you focus on one single part of the body the whole week, it’s bad for your muscles
A good regular protein diet 100-140grams of protein daily while increasing dumbbell weight weekly or every two weeks depending on person yes you can gain muscle & weight doing this work out overtime it won’t happen fast but you will notice results within the first month but your diet will determine how your body comes out
I loveddd this video!! 10 mins went so fast. I love having a mixture of floor and standing work and NO REPEATS!! I actually lowered the weight and added a resistance band for the floor work it was great thank u!!!

give your legs a day or two to rest!
3 consecutive days then one rest day, repeat

Your back isn’t supposed to hurt! Try using a lighter weight / no weight and make sure your form is perfect. Filming yourself might help :)
