10 MIN SIDE BOOTY WORKOUT (Gluteus Medius) | Fix Hip Dips & Get A Round Hourglass Butt | Eylem Abaci

  • Time to fix hip dips & get a round hourglass hips!♥︎ This workout targets exactly the gluteus medius muscles (side part of our booty). It will help you to get rid of hip dips and shape the sides of your booty to get that hourglass look. I use a heavy booty band in this video, but you can do it with lighter bands or without a band too, of course! If you're ready, press play!
    ▪️ Intensity: Medium/Intense
    ▪️ Recommendations:
    • Mind-muscle connection: Make sure to THINK of your gluteal muscles while training them. You feel the burn much more if you do so.
    • Squeeze your booty non-stop during the workout. Imagine that you are holding a paper between your butt cheeks and try to not drop this imaginary paper. :)
    • Repeating this workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
    • For more burn, combine it with my other booty workouts.

    don't be fooled by her elegance. This workout is terribly harsh, I did it without a rubber band and almost died.
    10/10
    I will write the results of training in a day. I'm sure I won't be able to walk tomorrow.

      One way to make just about any of the workouts, even the easiest ones, more advanced is to incorporate ankle weights and increase the amount of weight as you get stronger!
      She's obviously using a hip band here, but I tend to prefer ankle weights because that way you know exactly how much weight your doing and there's more options for increasing resistance....
      Sometimes, though, If I'm feeling extra "extra", I might even use (light) ankle weights WITH the band! That combo will make ANYTHING feel "advanced"..... lol
