I'm not gonna lie, this workout was a little hard for me because I was just not in the mood but had to push myself.

Wow this workout is amazing.
I love when you repeat the same exercise twice.
Everything becomes much more effective and you can improve over time and no longer make movement or posture errors.

Neither am I but it’s soooo effective , tough though
You could make the second set pulses
If we were at the gym we would be doing 3-4 sets 12 reps. These workouts give the feeling of being at the gym with gym results
then don’t do it
Then don't do it? Seems like a pretty simple solution but, that's just me. 🤷🏼♀️🤦♀️
