Awesome workout! I love the slow tempo. This is one of the first videos I've done where it was so slow. Everyone says " good form" or "go slow," but the videos are not slow. This one forces you to focus on form. Loved it! Thanks for sharing!
Well I definitely saw a lift and shape to my butt doing this workout just once a week using a set of 3kg weights. My work trousers have become tight around the butt in a good way!
Not a hater or something but Sophie herself be doing intense weightlifting sessions at the gym and definitely her current physique is because of that not doing this type of short length yt video without much resistance, I just hope people don't assume they can get a body like her solely by doing similar videos
I agree but this is good for beginners tho. They get to know the form and movement. And as they get more advanced they could repeat it several times or use heavier weights. The key is progressive overload and protein
She never said you could attain this type of physique w this type of training, Infact if you watch her YT videos she always mentions it that her hardcode bodybuilder workouts got her to her physique.. but not everyone’s goal is that right ? These videos are for wider spectrum of people who can have easy access to just fitness & not a specific type .. not everyone can afford a gym or a coach subscription. And by the way she even has her gym guides for advance training on her website ✌🏻 I think she’s one of the most thoughtful fitness personalities out there ! ❤️
@@nishthasharma6180 Yes I know about her other channel and what she shares, I'm just saying that there's a possibility for some people to misunderstand
Loving these work outs, new to watching 👀 i have MS and haven't been able to go to the gym in last 6 weeks as lambing! these sessions are brilliant mixed together on different days, giving me my energy back, helps me eat & sleep, makes me feel alive again, ❤ 🎉 love a short sharp work out x
I have had these for several weeks th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.
Sophie, can’t you start listing your workout outfits you are wearing. I’m loving this color combo. Thanks. And like always an amazing quick but effective workout.
I’ll come back to this channel when I get my form down because all this workout served to do was hurt my back. Yes, I know that means my form isn’t correct but there’s no explanation or anything in the video 😢.
Every posture demonstrates good form. Did you expect warnings splashed all over that if you incorrectly bend at the back that you'll aggravate your back?
I took a 6 month pause from the gym and decided to start again and I was like; I have to prep myself before I'm going to lift heavy again to adapt my muscles a bit so I thought this workout would be a good start... I was so sore for 4 days 🤣 Why did I thought that this workout would be easy lol
Sophie your glutes are looking like that shelf that you’re always talking about💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽😍😍😍😍 I really need to get my butt back in the gym full time and lift those weights!!! 🏋🏽🏋🏽🏋🏾
Pure Boost!!! ❤🧡💛💚💙💜 Thank you Sofia this workout is really fantastic. Fun and really effective. I feel the Legs and Buttocks on Fire. 🔥🔥🔥 Then the abdominals and backbones also work a lot. Truly gorgeous. Thank you so much🙏
You want to make sure to contract your abdomen hard throughout the exercise and focus on the movement that consists of taking the buttocks back and not lowering the weight too much below your knees.
Another thing would be to make sure in RDLs that you keep the weight as close as possible to your legs during the whole range of motion, skimming your skin. Next, shorten your range, do not go any lower than mid-calf (top of your crew socks") and no higher than a few inches above your knee. All the while contracting your abs immensely. I find if I focus on pushing through my heel, my brain connects the glutes to my heel so I get really good contraction of my glutes....
Unless you are lifting HEAVY this workout wont do much for you. Her weights are way too light. And she has padding in her leggings. Not hating, just stating facts.
Note to self:
SLD (2x12kg) X10
Static lunge (2x12kg) X10
X3 each side
Sumo squat into sumo deadlift (2x10kg) 3x8
Reverse lunges (2x12kg) x8
Curtsy lunges (2x12kg) x8
X3 each side
How long have you been playing sports?🏋🏾

I have the same. Go vegetarian with no refined carbs. It helps tremendously.

with this tempo i will build my booty in 2055. Why so slow?
It’s slow to focus on mind muscle connection and time under tension. That’s how the muscle actually grows.
ur gonna grow ur booty in 2055 if ur rushing through ur reps 🤦♀️
Boring 😅, the best are MrLondon
