Hi Luchin! Baby I am back! Well not completely. I am challenging myself to do this detox 7 consecutive days. The lymphatic exercise is amazing. I feel a difference in the morning. It's not a complete week but I never leave home without even working out with you. I will try a longer version this weekend.
