    I'm becoming quite disciplined with your morning routines. There are several that I have not tried yet but I'm wondering if you have some advice for a former dancer who has bad feet and ankles

    Hi Luchin! Baby I am back! Well not completely. I am challenging myself to do this detox 7 consecutive days. The lymphatic exercise is amazing. I feel a difference in the morning. It's not a complete week but I never leave home without even working out with you. I will try a longer version this weekend. Trying to get to the exercise before going to bed but I fall asleep quickly lately 😅. Do you have a version for the knee?
