    So calming, I personally love the flow into silence toward the end. It offers a few moments to be with the breath and body, honoring the moment. I can also hear soft birdsong in the background, which is also so very peaceful and perfectly compliments the practice 🙏💜 Thank you so much, Brett.

    I absolutely love this I hope you do a longer myofascial release video. I see a myofascoal release therapist this will be a great practice to add in between my appointments!

    I think this one may have been the most intense practice yet. I think it will really help with my constipation and the tightness of my calves. And maybe the heart stretch is what I need more than anything, as the pain in my center back seems even worse than my constipation.

    Feels like I am taking body massage , so relaxed
    Some times I hear joints sound, is it normal ? I have knee pain , which yoga I can do for my knee

      Hearing joint sounds is completely normal. Knee pain should be checked by your doctor to make sure nothing is injured. I have a yogs for Knees class you could try.

    Such a nice practice to release tension in the body 🙏💕. The missing voice over at the end was a bit irritating at first but being in that space of inner peace it didn't really matter 😄

    HI, By doing the above 17min myofascial release every night for 7 days, my back pain has decreased by about 50%. I am so thrilled, also the ball of my right foot has not been been 'burning' this week. But today I have felt pain creeping back, and my foot 'burning' for most of it. Are there any more sequences you recommend, or do you have fascia yoga exercises on the app? Here's hoping. J

    Awesome sequence but OCD inducing hairstyle for me at least - bird’s nest with tiny braid at the end. So wanted to brush everything down and do a proper braid lol or just leave the hair open and free

    So I liked this, but at the end you said to do cat cow, and the next thing I know, I looked at the screen and you were doing down dog and then cross legged with hands on heart, and you never spoke to do those. I wouldn't have known we were ending, had I not opened my eyes.

    2 minutes in and I get an advert asking me if mobile phones can give cancer followed by one with a klaxon sounding. I appreciate you need to make money but those advert placements destroyed the vibe sorry.
