wow wow wow! I wrote in the search box: "Yoga to wake upon an extremely tired body", a string that would never even occur to me 5,3, or even 1 year ago :) My Yoga journey had begun 6 years ago with Sarahbeth Yoga, then, my body got so much stronger and I was doing Yoga by Candace which is much more "power yoga" in its nature, but then I was injured. I hurt my knee, pushed myself too hard. after 6 months and 10 kilogram rest hahahah, I found Kassandra which I stick to for 4 years now. I've tried various alternatives along the way but its been a very long time since I've subscribed to a new online Yoga teacher. This was so accurate, so on-point. I specifically loved how you didn't say anything about ujjayi breath, cuz the freedom to let my body breathe as it likes, and exhale those huge belly exhales.. at some point I just shouted out really loud, my cat was like "should I run for cover?!" all confused heheh.. and of course the 3/6 seconds breathing... only at the end the stuff pose was too much for me so I laid on my back and did some happy baby. Looking forward to practicing more with you, thanks so much for your service to the human kind :) Hugs from Israel
"Surrender completely" that helped me surrender to the uncomfortable feeling i have to accept and now it doesnt feel as uncomfortable anymore ^_^ thank you
oh! I had a slight headache + felt overall very weak and sleepy. Did this quick yoga session and had my headache gone, plus i got some energy and here i am, few hours later, still wide awake. Thank you! That is a good one
Perfect for fatigue. Not too unrealistically bouncy for the exhausted, but instead a held practice with the encouragement to try a couple of more energising poses within that support. Thank you.
I think this was my first yoga session with Brett, done on my birthday with a migraine headache! I'm reading about the YTT so I am checking out the videos before I decide to sign up or not. Have been doing yoga with another TH-camr for a long time, so now I feel like I am cheating on her 🙊 No, I think it is important to do yoga with different teachers, to learn something different from each one 😊 Thank you 🙏🏻
This was such a great relaxing practice. I had a family reunion at our house on Saturday it was awesome however I did not get to mat on Saturday or Sunday. This was perfect for me to start my day today. Always you are the best Brett! Namaste!!
