    Was feeling a lot of anger and irritation so I did the yoga for anger video and followed it up with this meditation as was recommended. I found this meditation very effective and i felt very calm afterward. my irritation was gone and the rest of the day was much better. this meditation would be really great for people who have trouble meditating. The breath work is so calming. thank you Brett Larkin.

    I shed a tear when you said if it was too hard for us to keep 5 breaths, we could change to 3. It's been so difficult lately. 3 breaths just about does it for me. I can't do more. I find yoga is saving my life, and specifically, yoga as taught by you. Thank you for your service. Namaste.

    Lovely. 💖 I'm currently doing two yoga challenges & missed yours yesterday (I did one session instead of two). Yesterday's and today's complement each other perfectly to double up on. It's as if you planned the classes so that the participants would do them in order. 😁 This one is the ideal follow-up to any moving yoga class.
