    I am one day behind in the challenge but I have been consistent since I started. This morning I wasn't able to do the practice as I usually do, meaning that I had to do it later in the day. The last few times that always broke my habit. But after spending a lot of time on the phone and just generally doing unintentional, pointless things, I missed it! So I got on the mat in the late afternoon and it was great! Thank you so much, Brett, I really loved it! 😆😊😍
