    Tip dun sa pagfasting para masustain mo sya, do it spiritually. ☺️ Hindi ka naman hahayaan ni Lord na mag-stumble sa weightloss journey mo and mas nakakonek ka pa sa Kanya.
    Diko to maunawaan dati pero nung nagawa ko, dun ko naunawaan yung reason behind. ❤️

    Doc paano po kayang magandang diet pag nataas ang uric pag nag fafasting and medyo hirap po akong mag lakad kaya nahihirapan din po akong mag exercise. Lagi po ang akong napipilay pag nag fafasting. Salamat
