    Hello doc. Di ko po alam kung naalala nyo po ako na nagpost sa isang vid. Sa loob ng 8 months, nag-lose na po ako ng 34kg. Nasa normal weight/bmi na din po ako pero gusto ko pa din po mabawasan pa. Na-hit ko na din po ata yung weight plateau pero masaya na po ako sa naachieve ko. Tama po lahat ng sinabi nyo lalo na yung bakit mo ginagawa to at celebrate small wins po. Ayan po naging mindset ko kaya na-achieve ko.
    Caloric Deficit + may mga times na IF + 5x week kada week po na workout. 💕

    Superb! I love this so much. The first vid na napanood ko ay yung tungkol sa FAD Diets. I'm having a hard time to lose weight. I have stomach disease and pcos, my meds for pcos is making me hungry super fast that I feel severe pain and having palpitations because of acidity.
    Ang hirap mag lose weight kapag maraming complications sa katawan and lifestyle.
    But the knowledge that you're sharing Doc Rex, makes me want to study about nutrition and wellness or take another program about nutrition. 🥺💗 An inspiration. Thank you Doc.

    Well noong wala pang lockdown mga kilos ko is 93kg to 95kg then mga April pinagsabihan ako ng daddy ko na msg exercise daw ako then everyday nag exercise ako now 82kilos

    Thank you for another important info. Doc can you educate us on which available vegetables here in the country are low in oxalate?     Doc, nagcacalorie deficit ako. I weigh pa my food. I have an app din to measure my calorie intake of 1643 per day (nag calculate ako mano mano using the formula to get bmr, that i multiplied it by my level activity then subtracted 500)
    Parang mag 2 mos na ako cal def, pero lali lang ata ako lumalala :(((((( nag eexercise din naman ako kahit papano 😭 ok lang po ba doc kung minsan under ako ng 63cal or minsan over ng 113?

    I'm using contraceptive pills. nag increase Ang aking cravings. Everytime magbawas ako Ng kinakain nahihilo ako. then walang exercise or workout since Hindi natutulog buong maghapon Ang anak ko.

    Hi doc. Nag iintermitent fasting po ako.. mataas kasi ang uric acid ko. So far doc 1 week n akong nag intermittent. From 82.30 kg.. now 79.55kg n ako..
    Ok lang ba eto? Madalang ako mag exercise. More on water din ako.

    I’m not overweight but I try to be active as much as possible by working out 3x a week, (lifting weights and jump rope) and avoid sodas as well and lessen my rice intake... it always feel good after a good work out!!
