    Hi Doc Dex, i watched all your videos and shared to my family. We are very thankful that there is a REAL NUTRITION DOCTOR like you whose willing to share his knowledge to everyone. I really see your compassion to share right information with presentation and all research you can get.
    All your videos are very related to my mother condition. My mother (61 yo) was diagnosed having a block in her 3 arteries, while waiting the schedule for her open heart surgery, we decided to put her in strict plant base diet. After 4 months, all her laboratories went normal and she feels good in herself... when the operation date was scheduled my mother doesn’t want anymore to undergo in operation... as far as i remembered we re-book her schedule for 2x. Anyway at the end, we agreed to her not to undergo in operation but in condition that she will continue the plant base diet...
    After a year and half everthing seems fine but because no one is checking in her food intake she gradually went back on taking food which is out of the diet (meat,fish, salty food, white rice, etc). She feel again the chest pain (we are not sure if it is hb) and all of her laboratories result are out of range. Because of Covid19, we cannot send here in big hospital in manila to examine, so my sister decided to went back to province to look at her and all of us decided again to put her in PLANT BASE DIET with INTERMETENT FASTING and enema.. after 2 months they went back to hospital for laboratory testing and everthing now is normal... The doctor reduced her medicine into half. Now everytime we are taking to my mother in video call, she keeps in telling us to look at our weight and avoid unhealthy food like bread and meat so I decided to take LC diet which I thought that I am doing great because i lost huge weight. Then i saw your videos which open my mind that what I am doing is totally wrong and can lead me into future health problem.

    This is so true. I was 70kls before and I got sick so easily so I decided to loose weight for myself, and after 3 months to 4 months I am now 50 kls. With the help of intermittent fasting (time restricted feeding), healthy diet, and a little exercise. Also, I got my blood pressure low and I feel healthier now compare before.

      I was in the depression of my life before ..just because of my hair loss due of my hormonal inbalance and at the same time i have a thyroid problem..everytime im in d front the mirror ive always check my hair sooo big the baldness on the top of my head..until ive searched the BIOTIN.. its good now i have a baby hair on my head after 4 months

    I'm Happy that we have a nutritionist Doctor like you Doc. Dex napaka linaw nyo po mag explain video ninyo, sana mapanuod po kayo ng mga maraming gustong mag diet pero hindi sapat ang kaalaman tungkol sa pag da diet nila dahil puro her says lang po ang naririnig sa mga nag papapayat. Ngayon na meron nang Doctor Dex sa Pilipinas mas mauunawaan na po namin at magagawa na namin ng tama ang ang pag da diet. More power po sa Video channel ninyo doc. Makakaasa po kayo na palagi ko po ishi share sa mga friends ko ang video ninyo. 😊

    Nag IF last year, and to tell you, everyone saw me losing weight. But since the pandemic starts, I started to gain weight again since I've been eating a lot that time dahil na rin siguro sa stress. And so, I will try IF again. And this time, di na ko kakain ng marami after I reach my goal of weight.

    Good morning Doc Dex, i was a keto practitioner for a year then nawala sa landas and i find it hard to get on track, then i watched yung video mo before about sa keto and thats the time na convince ko na sarili ko na i should not go back na dahil una di ko na kayang bumalik and pangalawa i want to enjoy the breads, and yung mga pinagbabawal sa keto.. i am on my 3rd week sa fasting and i must say i am one proof na it really works really really well for me na halos 7 kilos na yung na loose ko, i fast 18 hours for weekdays, and i rest at weekends.. hoping to learn more po, 96 kilos po ako before nag keto and pinakamababa ko po na reach is 64 kilos, tapos nag gain na naman dahil nawala sa landas nag 77 kilos and yesterday i checked my weight and it was 70 kilos.. again this is my journey and it may vary to other individuals.. i am incorporating workouts as well.. sa food tama po kayo if you want to loose weight you have to watch what you eat.. nabubusog na din ako kaagad.. again po i am not promoting it but just sharing my experience.. i don't have food restrictions na infact kumain ako ng pansit batil patong for lunch kahapon and i enjoyed it very very much at walang guilt :)

    The reason why people who eats breakfast lose more the people who skips breakfast and eat more during dinner because we have more energy to do NEAT (Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis)
    At the end of the day you can do any eating pattern and any diet as long as it is sustainable and you stay on caloric deficit

    5 years of IF, i can enjoy eating healthy and junk food with 1800 calories as my daily calorie intake. 3x a week of resistance training & 2x a week of aerobic exercise. Maintained my weight at 65kilos. After watching this video, i am on the right track of what i am doing. thanks doc! 👍

    I started exercising last April 2020, pero nababagalan ako sa progress. Then I tried 16:8 IF with exercise starting last May. 5pm-9am fasting time ko and it's very effective. From 78kilos to 63 kilos. Medyo malayo pa sa goal weight ko pero push lang. 😊

    I'm doing IF OMAD for seven days now . I loss 2.2 kg for six days from 56.2 kg to 53.9
    napaka effective talaga nang If for weightloss at hindi lang diyan marami siyang Magandang benitfits sa katawan .

    I've been doing intermittent fasting since I can remember without any exercise or having not to eat my favorite foods but I've been seeing results talaga and yeah bumababa talaga yung weight ko, I can eat anything I want pero portion control and with time restriction, it's a little bit tricky if you're not doing it right, what I do is I usually wake up at 8 or 9 and then my breakfast would be at 10 lunch would be at 1pm and then dinner would be at 5pm around those hours you could literally eat everything you want but not to the point na grabeng busog talaga you still need to control your portions like if you crave for doughnut you can really eat it but between those hours lang and only 1/3 or half lang sa doughnut, again you can eat whatever you want but you still need to control your portions, and when you eat wag mong bubusugin ng sobra yung sarili mo to the point na sasakit na tiyan mo, dapat sapat lang na magkaron ng laman yung tiyan mo, while doing this I noticed na unti unti ko nang nacocontrol yung eating habits ko kasi everyday nagbibinge eating ako tas iiyak kasi tumataba ako kaya minsan I do crash diets which is not really advisable kasi after that mas mag gegain kapa ng weight and it's really not healthy, kaya base on my experience intermittent fasting is really good for weight loss considering na without exercise pa yam how much more kung dadagdagan mo pa ng exercise or workout diba
    Also noon I eat whatever I see kahit midnight andami kong kinakain before and after dinner tas matutulog agad I can say base on my experience na working talaga siya but again just because it works for me doesn't mean it will work for all of you, tricky talaga siya but when you get used to it gaganda talaga yung lifestyle mo kasi you can do this for a lifetime di gaya sa mga crash diets na good for 10 days or what and then after that mas tataba ka pa

    This is so Helpful. Sa dami ng natry kong paraan to loose weight eto lang tlga ung gumana sakin, i did the 16:8 pero sakin kasi kumakain ako ng 12 ng tanghali tapos 8 stop na. kumakain parin ako ng rice pero sa lunch lang and sa gabi control nadin ang kain. Also sinabayan ko din ng 2 oras na workout everyday. And more on water tlga. After 2 months from 58.8 naging 50 nako. Now im 49kg na. Eto na ung goal kong weight.. pag gusto tlgang magloose ng weight disiplina tlga ang kailangan at dapat hindi mawawala ang exercise.. dahil sa pagfafasting ko di na ako msyadong gutumin at di na nagcacrave ng kung anu anu.. Thank you for this, kasi ang daming nagtatanong paano ako pumayat, eto nalang ung irerecommend ko sakanila.. More power, Godbless😊

    I been doing Intermittent fasting feeding window ( 1pm to 9pm )plus lowcarb sinced last year of august and I really love it. Because I lost weight from 160 lbs to 120 lbs. I achieved my goal weight just after 5 months and now I'm just maintaining my weight and the most important I feel so energetic and feel more healthy. New subscriber here from San Diego California.     I’ve been on IF for almost 6 months, and a vegetarian for 5 months now, and I‘ve lost a lot of weight! Initially, I only did IF and the vegetarian diet to be more healthy (I don’t want to have a heart diease/cancer) and especially for ethicality (I feel bad for the animals). Little did I know, pumayat na pala ako. There’s a big difference inside and out. I feel so much more energized, healthy and confident. I don’t feel groggy all the time anymore, and of course, I became happier 😊
    P.S. I also try to avoid egg and milk from animals 😊

      Hello! Nopee :(( but I know someone who has experience that! 🥺 She’s on IF, konti lang kumain (according to his parents) and she works out 2x a day daw. While I eat a lot (but hindi naman super dami) tapos I work out 2-3x a week lang. So maybe because of that? Hopefully hindi na po malagas hair mo 🙁

      @@yennn2636 most probably because of the diet pag nanlalagas ang hair. it is good that julienne eats a whole plant foods type of diet kasi madaming nutrients to balance out the toxicities and deficiencies

    IF is legit, 76kg to 58kg in 8 months. Done it with low carb also. 6 months and up, medium carb na kasi i added exercise na din. 😁

    I did 5 days WF last sept 26😊and I'm going to do a 3 day wf on the 15th this month.
    My daily IF is 4:2:1.
    3 day once a month
    5-7 day every 2-3months.

    I'm in IF since march 2020 16hrs fasting 8hrs feeding time and a 1500 calorie intake. Tama si doc we can eat anything

      From what time to what time is your feeding window? Mine is 12noon to 7pm but the weight loss was veeeeeery slow.. should I adjust my feeding window earlier? Like 10am to 5pm maybe? 🤔

      My feeding time is 12 to 7pm too. Okay lang po slow basta meron progress. I drink atleast 3liters of water daily it helps too :)

      Jessica Santos The window time does not matter kasi ako night shift so iba oras ng feeding ko and ng fasting. Since I sleep during the day, so fasting ko mula morning to evening. Pag OMAD ako, madaling araw kumakain.
