    Thank you Doctor Gundry, since following the Doctor advice, I have lost many kilos, and live a very healthy lifestyle with lower cholesterol, and lower sugar levels "Triglyceride". Don't worry about the FUDs Dr Gundry.👍👍👍👍

      My outcome is different. My blood pressure and cholesterol before was in the normal range and shoot up dramatically when I followed Dr. Gundry's method. Yes I lost 20 lbs but not feeling healthy now.

      @@AstronomyLive I'm eating beef, eggs, fish, avocado's and kimchi, not eating green leafy's because never like the taste.. Water is my drink, sometimes sparkling water and I'm lifting weights. Basically it affected my lifting, I didn't mind it.

    doc kung yung puti lang ng nilagang itlog around 5 pcs of it. yan nalang ginagawa kung source of protein after gym.

    Ilang taon n po akong kumakain daily ng egg..ang resulta tumaas po trygleceride ko and medyo tumaas ang resulta ng cholesterol ko and ngayon highblood n din aq..un lang. Just sharing.

    Nalinawan ako sa video na eto dati din kasi 2 to 4 eggs ako in a day. Tho 2 meals lang ako at either nilaga o scrambled eggs na lang hapunan ko. Less sugar, more on fish, saging or mansanas o anu mang prutas ang napapanahon at ofc gulay. Nakapag routine check up na this month at goods naman lahat.

    Doc sana mapansin . Ako po ay nag we weight training 3x a week. Everyday kumakain ako ng 3 pcs boiled egg kasama sa diet ko .

    Pano naman po yung allergy sa shellfish hawakan pa lng ang kati na. Yung di ka na makahingantapos puro rashes pa pag tinikman mo lng.

    thank u doc for your clear explanation... ask ko lng po kng ok lng po ba kumain ng wheat bread everyday specifically dinner? hindi po ba makakasama sa kidneys?

      oks lang pero may certain amount din yan kasi mayroon pa din amounts of phosphorus and potassium.

      thank u doc for replying.. ok lng din po ba kasi intermittent fasting din po ako 16/8 tpos yun nga po wheat bread po ang dinner ko.. then by 10 am b'fast ko either oatmeal or skyflakes fit... ok lng po ba icontinue yung ganun? so far nasusustain ko nman po for few months na since i started.. pero gusto ko lang po sna malaman kng di po kaya mkksma sa health kng continuous na ganun?

    I’m taking egg or eggs everyday since 2011 till now but there’s bad results of my cholesterol count. I’m 43

      Soft boil the eggs you're eating. Not fried. The lecithin in it should not be totally cooked. And eat lots of greens. Less rice as rice is on high glycemic index.
      You shouldnt just eat or avoid food just because you heard some doc saying. You have to understand the nutrient profile in the food articles you are eating especially the macronutrients.

    Pasture raised yung cnsabi nya tas meat 4 oz a day ang suggested nia tpos more vegggies.... Totoo un doc ung lectin kc aq i stopped eating whole grains peanuts etc nglessen yung symptoms ng allergies ko dati anlala nung kumakain aq ng whole wheat products at peanut made products intermittent fasting den pinopromote nya

      Only an ounce lng dapat na peanuts kina kain for a day at dapat Di inaaraw araw.. Source your other nutrients from other plant types po, pra di maoverburden ang liver sa release ng same enzymes regularly..

    Hi doc! I read somewhere before (sorry cant remember where naden po. I'll maybe add here if I find it again)
    Although eggs have a high cholesterol content, consumption of dietary cholesterol doesnt have a big impact on blood chol levels.
    Also on the ratio of saturated & unsaturated fats, mas mataas yung unsat fats ng eggs compared sa saturated fats.
    Also some peoples liver make more cholesterol than other ( yung genetic factor comes into play)
    Rather than eggs itself, its what we eat with eggs that can make our blood cholesterol high. For example, 2 boiled eggs with whole wheat toast + fruit and vegetables VS fried eggs with hash brown and bacon.
    Of course, if you have high cholesterol or genetically predisposed to have high cholesterol, you should watch more what you are eating (including how many eggs you eat)

      Fake yun. Eto yung totoong paliwanag. Walang meta analysis na naka backup doon. Ipinepresent na nga nya dito na mali yon. Wag ka makinig doon. May FB friend ako, naging 400 ang cholesterol afte 1 month na 6 eggs a day
