I recommend you do this workout bc I used to have a bad muffin top and I didn’t think this would work but it did. hey guys just a little reminder.. you are so beautiful and worthy and loved. i'm proud of you for trying these workouts and trying to better yourself. please please please nourish and take care of your body correctly. i know that it seems like the only way to lose weight is to stop eating, but i'm telling you, these workouts only work to keep weight off and get that body you want if you are NOURISHING YOURSELF. eat good, healthy meals, don't starve yourself. what happens when you dont eat is your body will start to go into starvation mode and your organs will start shutting down and you wont even have the energy to do these workouts at all! (aka anorexia) this issue is close to my heart because my cousin is going through anorexia. its really horrible to do this to yourself, take care and love the body you were given. BUT taking care of and loving the body you were given does NOT mean dont work out or lose weight. just do it the healthy way. you are special. you are loved. you are enough. do this for yourself. keep yourself motivated and affirmated! ❤️ now GO SMASH THAT WORKOUT
These are my REAL results.. I have always been the person to skip the ab portion of my workouts.. I fell off and got back on track all the time until a month and a half ago.. I finally for the first time in my life (I am 20) learned portion control.. Then I decided to start doing an ab video every other day along with my other workouts.. running 1-2 miles, sydney cummings strength videos. And after a month of back and forth dieting while still doing this video I lost 2 inches on my waist and an inch and a half on my hips. I wasnt perfect with my eating and slacked off for 4-5 days yet I still lost the inches and toned up with this video... This video is so worth it it really truly does work

i’ve been doing this workout for the past 2 months and lemme tell y’all, this works WONDERS 🤩 i have long legs but a really short torso so it’s hard to lose right around my stomach. before this my love handles would jut in my tights. now wearing the same tights it’s literally non existent! my stomach is muchhhh more flatter and toned. definitely my go to 🥰 thanks hollyyyyyy !! 💘

for some reason, I love the feeling of the 'burn' because then it reassures me that it's worked but with this one it didn't really burn(or maybe I'm just strong lol) but I woke up this morning and looked in the mirror and finally saw my 11 abs starting to shine through!! the only problem I have is the side planks is that no matter what surface it hurts my elbow too much so I don't do many of those but I try my best!!💫
So, I've had a muffin top for several years now, and nothing has worked to get rid of it. I've tried a couple different diets and intermittent fasting to try and lose weight and was never able to stick to them long enough to see a difference. I'm a really good cook, and I love baking, so sticking to diets is hard for me. And I struggle with finding the time and willpower to exercise regularly. Now, I've been doing this workout 5 days a week for 2 weeks now, and I'm starting to see a difference. My stomach/muffin top has gone from 96 cm to 92 cm. The only other change to my routine is in the afternoons when I feel like snacking, I have tea, either dandelion, rooibos or some other kind of herbal tea instead. This is the first time in my life a workout this short has gotten me results and I'm so excited!
ive never really had a workout that was easy, simple and effective besides Hollys . She not only brings you no equipment workouts but she has a timer done and great music . Ive been doing this and ive noticed results in a week and thats even without diet . Diet I mean I dont consume much sugar and try to stay away from junk . But try to also keep my foods balanced like getting all the 5 things protein ,carbs etc . Push yourself guys and you will completely feel happier and your body will be transformed if you are constant . Lots of love from a 16 year old thank uuu .
For everyone out there trying to find that comment that says "IT REALLY WORKS !" . Let me tell you it really does work! I am one week into this exercise and I am already seeing my hip dips are going away slowly. Stay positive and maintain a healthy diet while doing this exercise.

I have been doing this for quite a while now and the first time i did this I WAS DYING because im not fit lol but even if it got a bit easier over time I STILL FEEL THE BURN when I do it and tbh I am so much more confident now so try it yall, once you see yourself progressing YOU WILL LOVE IT. trust me.

It definitely works! I started three weeks ago and I’m definitely seeing results. Also you guys for those of you who have hip dips this exercise is perfect because if your muffin tops are dominant your hip dips will definitely be more visible but if you get rid of your muffin tops I guarantee you that your hip dips will not even be noticeable.
i know everyone’s doing this but i want to join in too! i do the workout after HIIT/cardio, currently on a calorie deficit+whole foods diet day 1: HARD. woodchoppers are near impossible. first time doing side planks so i struggled so badly ahah day 2: i managed through all of it smoothly except the two exercises i stated above! but i definitely saw improvements. woodchoppers are at 30%, side plank dips 40% gonna update this every few days along with my stomach measurements when i can. i’d like to personally thank holly for teaching me side planks just from this video only. crazy how much you can improve if you put your mind into it!
This worked for me more than any workouts I have been doing! I was doing chloe’s 2 weeks shred and a bunch of other workouts but this one is showing me mad progress in terms of that thin waist look because I have never done a workout with such oblique focused exercises.

I love this workout!! I can do almost every move with a fused spine(due to scoliosis). I modify a little bit since my spine is limiting to some workouts especially oblique ones because I have more range of motion in one side. Instead of cross cross crunches I do a Pilates bicycle crunch. For the windmills I can only lower about 1/2-3/4 of the way but man I still feel it! Instead of the single side oblique crunches I do one round of balancing Russian twists and one v sit hold. Just my modification for my wonky back!! Thank you for your workout😘
I've decided to do this every day for a week !! started yesterday, doing 2x a day along with her 11 line abs and 1 week flat tummy workout !! I'll update the day of with the difficulty of the workout and if I'm seeing any results !! Day 1: The woodchoppers were very difficult but I really like the 10 sec rest between each workout. I did this yesterday for the first time and I woke up feeling a little sore especially in my obliques because I don't work those very often. I'm probably just imagining it seeing as it's pretty early but it already looks like my waist is slimming a little bit.. Love handles haven't changed at all though :)
Love handles have been a problem since I was 11 ... But this workout is superb and totally amazing.... All my tracks and jeans which were tight on the sides have started to loosen up , I can totally feel the difference AND IT HAS ONLY BEEN 1 WEEK !!!!!! THANK YOU HOLLY ❤️💕
Been doing a lot of workouts during the quarantine. It’s been 5 weeks since the lockdown started in U.K. Because of those exercises I can proudly say that they work . I look much better than before, my stomach is more defined and my bum is much rounder than before . Highly recommend to try out many exercises

Its challenging but it gets easier everytime you do it. I'm so out of shape, just had a baby and have never in the slightest wanted to work out but I found this and here I am. I've been doing this workout for 2 weeks now along with a couple others. She makes it so simple and relaxing at the same time. Oh and I'm DEFINITELY noticing a lot of changes!
**Update below** Pointing out when to breathe during the workout helped a lot! 💕 This video + Intense Lower ab (i almost gave up) workout video = completed (my preference: once a day). about me: 125lbs/5'1 + muffin top goal: flat and toned stomach July 1st: Felt abdominal muscles aching after the workout. July 2nd: Abs were sore, it even hurts to sneeze. BUT, your girllll still pulled through. I feel like day 2 was harder during most of the workouts. I'll keep you guys updated for this month 😇

Okay soooo.... I’m not the type of person that shares their results but tbh THIS WORKOUTS ARE AMAZING. I’ve been trying so many workouts and diets since last year and nothing worked I would only lose 1-2 kilos temporarily and my body would always stay the same. I’ve started this workout on the 13th Aug and thinking I would waste my time. Today I literally walked passed the mirror and I couldn’t stop looking at my self MY LOVE HANDLES WERE NEARLY GONE and I never looked so toned before I was so happy. It takes its time but the results are really good, I did this workout, the 1 week flat stomach intense workout and the 11 ab workout. I did this 3 workouts for the whole week except yesterday because I went out (basically I had a cheat day), I didn’t do any diets and I ate a lot of fat foods lol I thought I wasn’t going to be able to see the results (Btw I am vegan) I’ll keep doing the workouts until September/October. Normally I’m not confident wearing dresses so I hope I can shed my belly fat before Christmas. Good luck guys and workout everyday

I definitely have to pay attention when trying new exercises, I’m 49 and have been trying to stay consistent, sometimes it’s just to support my eating habits ;) my scoliosis curves one way in my thoracic and opposite way in my lumbar, also left forward rotation mid way (completely jacked up). Orthopedic surgeon always said staying active was the best way to avoid surgery, I’m all for that! Baby steps.
i'm doing this while in quarantine after travelling... combining with pamela reif's booty burn!! i'll update with results as i see them. starting at 130 lbs, slim but not toned body type. day 1: oof, i tried not to stop but i ended the second round of side planks 10 seconds early... this is killer! day 2: it wasn't any easier, but i pushed through :) day 3: didn't stop this time!! can definitely notice that my core is firmer day 4: I'm taking a rest day today! day 5: it was easier today, and i figured out it helps to have a hand towel under my elbow for the side planks. day 6: energy was super low today, but did it anyways. day 7: done! day 8: got my sweat on! i can tell my core is harder but can't tell much of a difference in muffin top size day 9: day 10:
from the past week ive been obsessed with holly dolke's workouts....so..i decided to try this out cus i have HUGE muffin tops! so..ill let you guys know the results for 1 week - DAY 1 - done...could not do the side planks cus it was hurting my shoulders! idk if thats normal....but looking forward to do this exercise for a whole week! DAY 2 - done..honestly i forgot about the 2nd set and i was soo proud by the end of the first set...but im even more proud of myself for finishing 2 sets...today i could do most exercises without stopping which is nice...still couldnt do side planks.
So, I hate working out. However, I made a commitment to be healthier and do better. I say this to say, I enjoy working out with Holly. I am on day 4 with the quarantine challenge and day 2 for the muffin top. She kicks my butt every day but it's been fun. I feel the burn and even though she kills me every time, I find myself wanting to workout even more. I'm even creating a regular workout routine through her videos. I will edit when I see the results. Thank you Holly for these workouts!
This workout is intense but it gets easier the more you exercise. At first i was dripping in sweat and could hardly do a side plank. Now i do a full side plans and barely take any breaks. i can really see a difference so keep working hard. this is also not the only workout i do so i recommend doing more than one
For people who are looking out if this works, it WORKS!..dont give up.. Keep doing and when you are lazy.. Do it once instead of twice. My muffin top isn't gone completely but i can clearly see the difference.

I have been doing this everyday (except 2 days when I was sick) for the last 2 weeks!! I have been combining this workout with about 5 others, I have trained at least an hour everyday for the last 2 weeks!! So proud of myself❤ I'm looking forward to it when I'm at school and it really is the highlight of my day. My stomach feels tighter if that makes sense and now I can do every exercise which I couldn’t 2 weeks ago😍😍 Edit: I'm still going strong! I'm training 1 hour every day and my body's feeling great. My stomach is even tighter and I can truly see a difference since I started doing this!! Since I've been doing other exercises too I can see difference on other parts of my body. My arms are more muscled, my legs are stronger, my bum is a bit more firm. Overall my body feels more toned and I even sleep much better. ❤ Also, my veins on my hands, arms and feet are so visible.😱 I find it fascinating and quite disgusting tbh 😂 Edit (2 weeks later) I'm still going strong!!💪💪 I'm feeling great and I can REALLY see a difference!!!😱❤ My abs are quite visible now and I've lost weight. I am so so happy and I can't wait to see how my body will look like in a month or a week even!!!
I will do the workout and I'll post daily updates - Day 1: I did the workout twice , first in the morning and then in the afternoon it was a bit hard but I managed to complete it - Day 2 : Despite the pain of my abbs, I completed the workout - Day 3 : I was busy and I came home so tired, still I completed the workout, It wasn't easy tho - Day 4 : workout completed, It's getting easier! - Day 5 : I finished the workout and I still got the energy to continue!! - Day 6 : It was easy! - Day 7 : workout completed along with a 5 minutes workout from another channel - Day 8 : I was busy today, I walked 9 kilometers, so I can't exercice today, but I promise tomorrow I'll do the workout twice!! - Day 9 : I finished the workout (both) in the morning with a 1 hour gap - Day 10 : workout completed with energy left to go for more - Day 11 : workout completed along with a 5 minutes workout from another channel - Day 12 : I finished te workout without those 10 seconds rest - Day 13 : Rest day - Day 14 : workout completed along with some additional moves - Day 15 : I completed the workout without tthose 10 seconds rest plus some additional moves So afer 15 days : the beginning was a bit hard, after that I got along with the workout and it became easy, so after 6 days I started adding some moves So the wotkout is greate Don't be lazy you can DO it!!
This is great. I have lost a lot of weight. One was healthy and the other was because of a medical issue. I had gall bladder out and I didn't feel like eatting. Now I am back able to work out again like before but I feel a little behind since I lost 20lbs working out but the 20 lbs with the surgery I feel some of it is flabby. But I'm really going to use this video.

Day One (5/24/20): It was hard but refreshing in a way to sweat and burn something rather than sitting around. Day Two (5/25/20): It’s was more harder, mostly because I was focused on sucking my stomach in more. Day Three (5/26/20): I only completed the first half. Day Four (5/2720): I didn’t complete. Day Five (5/28/20): I didn’t complete. Day six (5/29/20): I complete 2 days worth of workouts to make up for day 4 and 5 and I am WEAK. Day seven (5/30/20): I completed 2 days worth of workouts to make up for yesterday and today and it wasn’t too bad Day eight (5/31/20): Today was easy, seeing changes in my hips and waist a little. They seemed to slim down a bit more. Super easy and more energized than before. Day nine (6/1/20): Completed Day 10 (6/2/20): Didn’t complete. Day 11 (6/3/20): Did 2 days worth of workouts. Day 12 (6/4/20): Today was a little more tiring, but I got it done. I blasted Fantasy by Mariah Carey and WOW it helps keeping your mind off of the workout. Day 13 (6/5/20): Today was an average workout. Day 14 (6/6/20): This is the 2 week mark of this workout. Overall I’ve seen a difference in my hips and sides. It’s like my fat shifted from both hips to the center of my stomach lol, but I’m not complaining. I would definitely recommend this workout along with cutting down junk. This definitely worked☺️

Ok so I haven't worked out in so long.. So the other day I decided to do some of her workouts and I finished up , I really enjoyed her workouts.. But then I woke up to this bad pain and I found out that I had pulled the intercostal muscles between my ribs.. So about 3 days ago.. The pain went away just a little bit and my legs and arms and hips were so sore but I'm better now.. I'm just stretching every time I get up because whew its very bad to workout without stretching first. So I learned my lesson. Ty Holly for these AMAZING WORKOUTS TOO 😊

I don’t know if anyone will see this, but I’ve been doing this workout for a while now kind of on and off but when I am on it I do see results (along with a healthy diet) my body has a MUCH better shape now and I’m losing a LOT of waist fat. The thing is yes it’s really hard sometimes. But if you stick to it you’re going to feel great not during the workout, but you’ll feel amazing afterwards. Its a myth that it’s gets easier, it doesn’t. Some days will be hard and some good and you’ll have to except that (it took me a while) but if you work hard you will reach your goal.

hey guys just a little reminder.. you are so beautiful and worthy and loved. i'm proud of you for trying these workouts and trying to better yourself. please please please nourish and take care of your body correctly. i know that it seems like the only way to lose weight is to stop eating, but i'm telling you, these workouts only work to keep weight off and get that body you want if you are NOURISHING YOURSELF. eat good, healthy meals, don't starve yourself. what happens when you dont eat is your body will start to go into starvation mode and your organs will start shutting down and you wont even have the energy to do these workouts at all! (aka anorexia) this issue is close to my heart because my cousin is going through anorexia. its really horrible to do this to yourself, take care and love the body you were given. BUT taking care of and loving the body you were given does NOT mean dont work out or lose weight. just do it the healthy way. you are special. you are loved. you are enough. do this for yourself. keep yourself motivated and affirmated! ❤️ now GO SMASH THAT WORKOUT
These are my REAL results.. I have always been the person to skip the ab portion of my workouts.. I fell off and got back on track all the time until a month and a half ago.. I finally for the first time in my life (I am 20) learned portion control.. Then I decided to start doing an ab video every other day along with my other workouts.. running 1-2 miles, sydney cummings strength videos. And after a month of back and forth dieting while still doing this video I lost 2 inches on my waist and an inch and a half on my hips. I wasnt perfect with my eating and slacked off for 4-5 days yet I still lost the inches and toned up with this video... This video is so worth it it really truly does work

i’ve been doing this workout for the past 2 months and lemme tell y’all, this works WONDERS 🤩 i have long legs but a really short torso so it’s hard to lose right around my stomach. before this my love handles would jut in my tights. now wearing the same tights it’s literally non existent! my stomach is muchhhh more flatter and toned. definitely my go to 🥰 thanks hollyyyyyy !! 💘

for some reason, I love the feeling of the 'burn' because then it reassures me that it's worked but with this one it didn't really burn(or maybe I'm just strong lol) but I woke up this morning and looked in the mirror and finally saw my 11 abs starting to shine through!! the only problem I have is the side planks is that no matter what surface it hurts my elbow too much so I don't do many of those but I try my best!!💫

So, I've had a muffin top for several years now, and nothing has worked to get rid of it. I've tried a couple different diets and intermittent fasting to try and lose weight and was never able to stick to them long enough to see a difference. I'm a really good cook, and I love baking, so sticking to diets is hard for me. And I struggle with finding the time and willpower to exercise regularly.
Now, I've been doing this workout 5 days a week for 2 weeks now, and I'm starting to see a difference. My stomach/muffin top has gone from 96 cm to 92 cm. The only other change to my routine is in the afternoons when I feel like snacking, I have tea, either dandelion, rooibos or some other kind of herbal tea instead. This is the first time in my life a workout this short has gotten me results and I'm so excited!
ive never really had a workout that was easy, simple and effective besides Hollys . She not only brings you no equipment workouts but she has a timer done and great music . Ive been doing this and ive noticed results in a week and thats even without diet . Diet I mean I dont consume much sugar and try to stay away from junk . But try to also keep my foods balanced like getting all the 5 things protein ,carbs etc . Push yourself guys and you will completely feel happier and your body will be transformed if you are constant . Lots of love from a 16 year old thank uuu .
For everyone out there trying to find that comment that says "IT REALLY WORKS !" . Let me tell you it really does work! I am one week into this exercise and I am already seeing my hip dips are going away slowly. Stay positive and maintain a healthy diet while doing this exercise.

I have been doing this for quite a while now and the first time i did this I WAS DYING because im not fit lol but even if it got a bit easier over time I STILL FEEL THE BURN when I do it and tbh I am so much more confident now so try it yall, once you see yourself progressing YOU WILL LOVE IT. trust me.

I’ve had the hardest time trying to find a beneficial workout for my love handles. I’ve always focused on my core and completely forgot to workout the sides too. Thank you and highly recommended!!!!
It definitely works! I started three weeks ago and I’m definitely seeing results. Also you guys for those of you who have hip dips this exercise is perfect because if your muffin tops are dominant your hip dips will definitely be more visible but if you get rid of your muffin tops I guarantee you that your hip dips will not even be noticeable.

day 1: HARD. woodchoppers are near impossible. first time doing side planks so i struggled so badly ahah
day 2: i managed through all of it smoothly except the two exercises i stated above! but i definitely saw improvements. woodchoppers are at 30%, side plank dips 40%
gonna update this every few days along with my stomach measurements when i can. i’d like to personally thank holly for teaching me side planks just from this video only. crazy how much you can improve if you put your mind into it!

This worked for me more than any workouts I have been doing! I was doing chloe’s 2 weeks shred and a bunch of other workouts but this one is showing me mad progress in terms of that thin waist look because I have never done a workout with such oblique focused exercises.

The “wind wipers” with straight legs and a flexed foot gave me insane results
I love this workout!! I can do almost every move with a fused spine(due to scoliosis). I modify a little bit since my spine is limiting to some workouts especially oblique ones because I have more range of motion in one side. Instead of cross cross crunches I do a Pilates bicycle crunch. For the windmills I can only lower about 1/2-3/4 of the way but man I still feel it! Instead of the single side oblique crunches I do one round of balancing Russian twists and one v sit hold. Just my modification for my wonky back!! Thank you for your workout😘
I've decided to do this every day for a week !! started yesterday, doing 2x a day along with her 11 line abs and 1 week flat tummy workout !! I'll update the day of with the difficulty of the workout and if I'm seeing any results !!
Day 1: The woodchoppers were very difficult but I really like the 10 sec rest between each workout. I did this yesterday for the first time and I woke up feeling a little sore especially in my obliques because I don't work those very often. I'm probably just imagining it seeing as it's pretty early but it already looks like my waist is slimming a little bit.. Love handles haven't changed at all though :)
Love handles have been a problem since I was 11 ... But this workout is superb and totally amazing.... All my tracks and jeans which were tight on the sides have started to loosen up , I can totally feel the difference AND IT HAS ONLY BEEN 1 WEEK !!!!!! THANK YOU HOLLY ❤️💕

Been doing a lot of workouts during the quarantine. It’s been 5 weeks since the lockdown started in U.K. Because of those exercises I can proudly say that they work . I look much better than before, my stomach is more defined and my bum is much rounder than before . Highly recommend to try out many exercises

Okay soooo.... I’m not the type of person that shares their results but tbh THIS WORKOUTS ARE AMAZING. I’ve been trying so many workouts and diets since last year and nothing worked I would only lose 1-2 kilos temporarily and my body would always stay the same. I’ve started this workout on the 13th Aug and thinking I would waste my time. Today I literally walked passed the mirror and I couldn’t stop looking at my self MY LOVE HANDLES WERE NEARLY GONE and I never looked so toned before I was so happy. It takes its time but the results are really good, I did this workout, the 1 week flat stomach intense workout and the 11 ab workout. I did this 3 workouts for the whole week except yesterday because I went out (basically I had a cheat day), I didn’t do any diets and I ate a lot of fat foods lol I thought I wasn’t going to be able to see the results (Btw I am vegan) I’ll keep doing the workouts until September/October. Normally I’m not confident wearing dresses so I hope I can shed my belly fat before Christmas. Good luck guys and workout everyday

I definitely have to pay attention when trying new exercises, I’m 49 and have been trying to stay consistent, sometimes it’s just to support my eating habits ;) my scoliosis curves one way in my thoracic and opposite way in my lumbar, also left forward rotation mid way (completely jacked up). Orthopedic surgeon always said staying active was the best way to avoid surgery, I’m all for that! Baby steps.

day 2: it wasn't any easier, but i pushed through :)
day 3: didn't stop this time!! can definitely notice that my core is firmer
day 4: I'm taking a rest day today!
day 5: it was easier today, and i figured out it helps to have a hand towel under my elbow for the side planks.
day 6: energy was super low today, but did it anyways.

from the past week ive been obsessed with holly dolke's workouts....so..i decided to try this out cus i have HUGE muffin tops!
so..ill let you guys know the results for 1 week -
DAY 1 - done...could not do the side planks cus it was hurting my shoulders! idk if thats normal....but looking forward to do this exercise for a whole week!
DAY 2 - done..honestly i forgot about the 2nd set and i was soo proud by the end of the first set...but im even more proud of myself for finishing 2 sets...today i could do most exercises without stopping which is nice...still couldnt do side planks.

So, I hate working out. However, I made a commitment to be healthier and do better. I say this to say, I enjoy working out with Holly. I am on day 4 with the quarantine challenge and day 2 for the muffin top. She kicks my butt every day but it's been fun. I feel the burn and even though she kills me every time, I find myself wanting to workout even more. I'm even creating a regular workout routine through her videos. I will edit when I see the results. Thank you Holly for these workouts!

This workout is intense but it gets easier the more you exercise. At first i was dripping in sweat and could hardly do a side plank. Now i do a full side plans and barely take any breaks. i can really see a difference so keep working hard. this is also not the only workout i do so i recommend doing more than one
For people who are looking out if this works, it WORKS!..dont give up.. Keep doing and when you are lazy.. Do it once instead of twice. My muffin top isn't gone completely but i can clearly see the difference.

I have been doing this everyday (except 2 days when I was sick) for the last 2 weeks!! I have been combining this workout with about 5 others, I have trained at least an hour everyday for the last 2 weeks!! So proud of myself❤ I'm looking forward to it when I'm at school and it really is the highlight of my day. My stomach feels tighter if that makes sense and now I can do every exercise which I couldn’t 2 weeks ago😍😍
Edit: I'm still going strong! I'm training 1 hour every day and my body's feeling great. My stomach is even tighter and I can truly see a difference since I started doing this!! Since I've been doing other exercises too I can see difference on other parts of my body. My arms are more muscled, my legs are stronger, my bum is a bit more firm. Overall my body feels more toned and I even sleep much better. ❤
Also, my veins on my hands, arms and feet are so visible.😱 I find it fascinating and quite disgusting tbh 😂

- Day 1: I did the workout twice , first in the morning and then in the afternoon it was a bit hard but I managed to complete it
- Day 2 : Despite the pain of my abbs, I completed the workout
- Day 3 : I was busy and I came home so tired, still I completed the workout, It wasn't easy tho
- Day 4 : workout completed, It's getting easier!
- Day 5 : I finished the workout and I still got the energy to continue!!
- Day 6 : It was easy!
- Day 7 : workout completed along with a 5 minutes workout from another channel
- Day 8 : I was busy today, I walked 9 kilometers, so I can't exercice today, but I promise tomorrow I'll do the workout twice!!
- Day 9 : I finished the workout (both) in the morning with a 1 hour gap
- Day 10 : workout completed with energy left to go for more
- Day 11 : workout completed along with a 5 minutes workout from another channel
- Day 12 : I finished te workout without those 10 seconds rest
- Day 13 : Rest day
- Day 14 : workout completed along with some additional moves
- Day 15 : I completed the workout without tthose 10 seconds rest plus some additional moves
So afer 15 days : the beginning was a bit hard, after that I got along with the workout and it became easy, so after 6 days I started adding some moves

This is great. I have lost a lot of weight. One was healthy and the other was because of a medical issue. I had gall bladder out and I didn't feel like eatting. Now I am back able to work out again like before but I feel a little behind since I lost 20lbs working out but the 20 lbs with the surgery I feel some of it is flabby. But I'm really going to use this video.

i absolutely love this workout! i’ve been doing this for about a week now along with a few HIIT workouts and eating healthier and i’m already seeing results! today i went swimming w my friends and was amazed by how my love handles have slimmed down! i’ll continue to do this everyday! thank you so much Holly❤️

Day One (5/24/20): It was hard but refreshing in a way to sweat and burn something rather than sitting around.
Day Two (5/25/20): It’s was more harder, mostly because I was focused on sucking my stomach in more.
Day Three (5/26/20): I only completed the first half.
Day Four (5/2720): I didn’t complete.
Day Five (5/28/20): I didn’t complete.
Day six (5/29/20): I complete 2 days worth of workouts to make up for day 4 and 5 and I am WEAK.
Day seven (5/30/20): I completed 2 days worth of workouts to make up for yesterday and today and it wasn’t too bad
Day eight (5/31/20): Today was easy, seeing changes in my hips and waist a little. They seemed to slim down a bit more. Super easy and more energized than before.
Day nine (6/1/20): Completed
Day 10 (6/2/20): Didn’t complete.
Day 11 (6/3/20): Did 2 days worth of workouts.
Day 12 (6/4/20): Today was a little more tiring, but I got it done. I blasted Fantasy by Mariah Carey and WOW it helps keeping your mind off of the workout.
Day 13 (6/5/20): Today was an average workout.
Day 14 (6/6/20): This is the 2 week mark of this workout. Overall I’ve seen a difference in my hips and sides. It’s like my fat shifted from both hips to the center of my stomach lol, but I’m not complaining.
I would definitely recommend this workout along with cutting down junk. This definitely worked☺️

I really love how the woman in the video doesn’t make me feel pressured to change or insecure (I have a feeble spirit, I know), and it really feels like these workouts are burning the fat that needs to go. Ok so I haven't worked out in so long.. So the other day I decided to do some of her workouts and I finished up , I really enjoyed her workouts.. But then I woke up to this bad pain and I found out that I had pulled the intercostal muscles between my ribs.. So about 3 days ago.. The pain went away just a little bit and my legs and arms and hips were so sore but I'm better now.. I'm just stretching every time I get up because whew its very bad to workout without stretching first. So I learned my lesson. Ty Holly for these AMAZING WORKOUTS TOO 😊
day 1: it’s really hard but i pushes through it, i will continue this journey throughout this year. thank you! i really felt this on my abs and chest, they hurt but i think that’s good, that means i did something, there’s no results yet. but it’s just the beginning.

Most effective muffin top workout!
I've been doing Holly's videos for less than a week and I'm already seeing results, especially in my obliques. Highly recommend! Easy to follow, totally doable, and you look and feel great afterwards.
Will this give me small waist
I don’t know if anyone will see this, but I’ve been doing this workout for a while now kind of on and off but when I am on it I do see results (along with a healthy diet) my body has a MUCH better shape now and I’m losing a LOT of waist fat. The thing is yes it’s really hard sometimes. But if you stick to it you’re going to feel great not during the workout, but you’ll feel amazing afterwards. Its a myth that it’s gets easier, it doesn’t. Some days will be hard and some good and you’ll have to except that (it took me a while) but if you work hard you will reach your goal.

I really love this channel, I started rotating videos every day after a run as part of my regular work out routine, mixing it up and I really love it. No matter how in shape I have always been, my stomach was always a problem area for me no matter how hard I tried. But not any more :) thank you!
