Ah! I also have rheumatoid arthritis. I just take an Advil and I'm good to go for a workout lol, and I always end up with a heating pad on my knees at night. You got this girl!
Hey do you have any tips for when you get a migraine to get it to go away, I’m going to be in a lot of clubs this upcoming school year, and this last year I had to miss a lot of days of the clubs I were in from the migraines. I almost got kicked out of one. I take an excedrin and take a nap whenever I get one at home, but I can’t do that if I’m at a club.
I've been doing this thigh workout (mixed in with some other exercises) and a couple of your stomach exercises and I've lost 3 inches on my stomach, and 3 inches on my thighs (6 total) in a week. Quarantine really motivates you Also I ate better as well (I was alright before but now I'm like better)
ok i am going to do updates mostly to remind myself to do it everyday for a month, but also to show my results: starting thigh size- 20 inches (the biggest part of my thigh) -day 1: i am doing this one along with the other thigh workout on her channel. this was super hard and i had just finished crossfit, but i finished anyway ✅ -day 2: the workouts became a little easier, but i am still not seeing visual progress ✅ -day 3: i measured myself after doing this, and i didn't lose anything on my thighs but somehow i am more confident in myself ✅ -day 4: i took today off bc i had crossfit -day 5: i am seeing a difference!! if you are debating whether or not to do this, i would recommend it!! ✅ -day 6: i just measured and my thighs are 19.3 now!!!! ✅
My legsss are burning, and my back is sooo sweaty.But I like that her workouts are a minute for each exercise since most of the others workout youtubers do it in 30 seconds. I can see the difference now. It burns more with her workouts than others.

I've already done this video 3 days in a row, but so many comments stopped updating. So I'll update for you guys. Along with this I'm doing Chloe Tings hourglass program (I'm on day 17 of it). days 1-3: Obviously haven't seen any results yet but I enjoy this workout! day 4: finished it! having pasta for dinner tho oops day 5: done! day 6: did it! feel like I'm already seeing some small results day 7: I did it twice today...I'm on a rest day for the Chloe Ting challenge so I had extra time anyways day 8: finished once again. last night I was trying to decide how long I'll do this workout for. I was thinking I would do 2 weeks and if I still like this workout I'll continue for a whole month. If I don't see results then I'll move on to another workout day 9: done day 10: my legs are so sore! I took today off bc there were 4 leg videos for the Chloe Ting challenge today. day 11: finished again, I feel like this workout is going to slowly give results. I think combing it with a HITT workout or any fat burning CARDIO workout would definitely make it work better. This one does make my legs burn but I don't sweat or anything, this video seems like its good for toning but not so much fat loss. Luckily I live in a nice area, so starting today I'm gonna try and go out on a walk or run everyday to get some extra cardio. Honestly haven't seen noticeable results yet. day 12: Did it, I'm feeling pumped right now! Today was the last day of the Chloe Ting challenge for me. I took some before and after pictures, and yes while I think my stomach actually gained a bit of tone, I didn't realize that my legs look so much slimmer! I thought I wasn't see the results I wanted but I actually am :) day 13: didn't do it today, I spent hours outside doing yard work today and convinced my brother to play volleyball with me, my legs were so sore. day 14: Did it twice to make up for missing yesterday. I decided that I would do this workout for 4 weeks, so as of today I am halfway through. My thighs have already slimmed down noticeably, and it's only been 2 weeks. I didn't measure my thighs before I started, but I can really see it by comparing myself to old pictures. I can't wait to see what happens after 2 more weeks. day 15: done ✅ day 16: done ✅ day 17: done ✅ day 18: took a rest, but I played some volleyball with my brother for like an hour day 19: done ✅ day 20: done ✅ just 10 days left! day 21: done ✅ day 22: skipped today day 23: skipped again😬 day 24: done ✅ sorry for missing 2 days day 25: done ✅ day 26: done ✅ day 27: done ✅ day 28: done ✅ day 29: I'm super sore and I can barely walk. i've always been skinny my entire life, but this year (im 14), i've gained a couple pounds and i'm aware that my body is going to change as i grow up. But i will still try to reach my goals and do this everyday! I'll update and let yall know how it goes
i know you said you are aware that your body will change but don't get too worried about weight gain at your age!! As your body changes and grows taller you will definetly gain some weight but that is perfectly normal and okay! Don't push yourself too hard or try to lose weight just focus on staying healthy and nourishing your body!

So I’m going to do this workout and record my results/feelings for 2 weeks so here I go☺️ Day 1: pretty easy and i can tell that this workout is going to help me a lot Day 2: THIS ONE HURT SO MUCH, but I kept going and now I’m stretching it out and feeling pretty good Day 3: this one was definitely easier than the other two days, something that helps me while doing these is to not pay attention to the timer, just distract yourself and it goes by a lot faster Day 4: today wasn’t so good for me, I felt very unmotivated and kept giving up Day 5: lol so I took today off Day 6:

This is my absolute favourite workout to do at the moment. I've been working out for 12 days straight now with a mixture of your routines every single day and I am noticing such a difference with my upper arms, abs and waist and my thighs are also starting to get much tighter. I am so happy with the initial results that I can't wait to see the difference after a month or two! Thank you Holly, you have been a life saver whilst the gyms are closed. But honestly, I'm still going to continue with your workouts once they re-open as I've seen more results with you in two weeks than I have in the gym for the past 4 months! x x x x

I only have been doing this once a day for a few days and I can already see results, it's amazing I go running everyday, do a couple other w/o everyday and I'm a gymnast so I do gymnastics everyday I also did not change what I eat everyday, I still ate a bit junk foot and sweets But it is very hard for me do lose weight and this is the only workout that helped me slim my thights Thank you so much Holly

First time doing this 15 Mins Slim Inner Thigh workout and boy can I feel it... A little worried I may not be able to walk tomorrow :) looking at the comments though, it definitely seems worth it, so will do my best to keep up! Thank you Holly!! You make these workout look easy!
As a follow up. I am doing this workout everyday. I can definitely feel that my muscles have had a workout, it has become slightly easier, probably because I am more familiar with the exercises, and luckily I have been able to walk afterwards 😁 Thank you Holly, finding your 30 day challenge and this workout have definitely been one of the better results of COVID-19 and lockdown. You have gotten me motivated and more positive!

So this is my second time doing this workout in full. The first day I couldn’t do it past the 6 minute mark. I’ll do it everyday for month and update the results! Edit: so a week later I still do this video with another two of Hollys videos one for waist and the other for legs. I’m also going on a diet, nothing extreme only cut out junk food and started eating smaller portions. Also doing cardio one hour a day. I’m starting to see results 😃😃
Working out almost daily for a year, great results! Used many of your videos so thank you greatly for that! My inner thighs were better months ago, so i guess after the change of routines and exercises, i think i missed out on some important inner thigh work outs that seemed to be working for me. Haven't find out what yet. Im doing the 7 min. slimmer thighs video, but my inner legs look untouched while the rest is really tight and fit. Will try some of these and hopefully update with results soon.

all the girls here, listen!!! this workout really works! i´ve been doing this since april and i´m gonna update at the end of each month how many cm i lost in a month ( + i´m a girl so obviously, i have 1 week break cuz you know girl problems :D ) my legs were: right - 52,8 cm left - 52,7 sooo here: APRIL: right leg: minus 2,5 cm left leg: minus 1,2 cm MAY: right leg: i didn´t lost any cm (actually i did 2 cm but then i gained it back) left leg: same as right leg
Reay enjoyed this workout, first time doing it but will definitely be returning to it. It would have been really helpful to know beforehand that we'd be spending so much time on our hips. I didn't anticipate being on the same hip for nearly 3 minutes and even though I was working out on a carpet it caused a lot of angry sharp pains in my hips in the second of three exercises. This could be remidied by doing the same exercise on both sides consecutively (rather then 3 different ones on the same side) or by warning us we'd be spending some time on our hips and saying that a towel or blanket would be useful. I'll definitely use a blanket under my hips next time, but it would be useful for other first timers like me :)

1 month of doing another one of her hourglass workouts and of this inner thigh workout, my bloating went down a little bit more and I liked my thighs, I just think they could do a little better so I worked them out a bit with this workout and like omg I’m starting to see results, working out painful but it’s totally worth it, I could thank her much for helping out, and it’s time for another month of an hourglass workout with one of her muffin top workouts and arm and back workout as I have back fat/muffin top and that’s one of my insecurities also my arms could do a little better too

I first started your 30 day challenge to try and do something (bc fitness is closed and I was feeling bad about losing my fit body) but I am enjoying it more than I thought! I like the reminder of a mail of the day, and now I am doing the challenge, the 1 week flat stomach workout, and then a third video each day! Not seeing much of a difference just yet, but just knowing I am doing something helps my mental health!
I did it for 7 days. I still can't see any results. Only my mother said that my thighs are getting a little slimmer, but I want to see a result 🤔 I also mixed it with another slim workout from you, but I will continue fighting! I'm gonna do this every day for a week. I'm also doing lucie windham reads 7 day thing challenge and slim stomach one. I'm not going to change my diet. I may also do at home cardio.
You really do feel what progress you had after you give up and try again. I was able to finish this, but now at the last exercise my body was shaking like I've been repeating it for 2 hours 😂 Even if you feel like there's no progress, look back at the day you started and see how you handle the workout now. I was doing this workout last week and the result was going well. My upper body is slim but my leg are big, fat and bigger than my booty. Day 1: my thing are 51 cm Day 2: my could feel the burn 🔥 Day 3: I understand that this need time so I am trying my best Day 4: my thighs look slimmer a little bit.( just my feeling, I will measure this at the end of this week) Day 5: I am doing very well. Day 6: I feel so good, also I am going to do this for 1 more week. Day 7: my thigh decrease 1 cm. This is a good start for me. I hope I can burn more inner thigh fats. 🤩

This is the best exercise for slim inner thighs trust me I have hereditary issue of fat accumulation on thighs this exercise has helped me keep them in shape of 35-36 inch since months.

starting thigh size- 20 inches (the biggest part of my thigh)
-day 1: i am doing this one along with the other thigh workout on her channel. this was super hard and i had just finished crossfit, but i finished anyway ✅
-day 2: the workouts became a little easier, but i am still not seeing visual progress ✅
-day 3: i measured myself after doing this, and i didn't lose anything on my thighs but somehow i am more confident in myself ✅
-day 4: i took today off bc i had crossfit
-day 5: i am seeing a difference!! if you are debating whether or not to do this, i would recommend it!! ✅
-day 6: i just measured and my thighs are 19.3 now!!!! ✅

My legsss are burning, and my back is sooo sweaty.But I like that her workouts are a minute for each exercise since most of the others workout youtubers do it in 30 seconds. I can see the difference now. It burns more with her workouts than others.

I've already done this video 3 days in a row, but so many comments stopped updating. So I'll update for you guys. Along with this I'm doing Chloe Tings hourglass program (I'm on day 17 of it).
days 1-3: Obviously haven't seen any results yet but I enjoy this workout!
day 4: finished it! having pasta for dinner tho oops
day 5: done!
day 6: did it! feel like I'm already seeing some small results
day 7: I did it twice today...I'm on a rest day for the Chloe Ting challenge so I had extra time anyways
day 8: finished once again. last night I was trying to decide how long I'll do this workout for. I was thinking I would do 2 weeks and if I still like this workout I'll continue for a whole month. If I don't see results then I'll move on to another workout

day 10: my legs are so sore! I took today off bc there were 4 leg videos for the Chloe Ting challenge today.
day 11: finished again, I feel like this workout is going to slowly give results. I think combing it with a HITT workout or any fat burning CARDIO workout would definitely make it work better. This one does make my legs burn but I don't sweat or anything, this video seems like its good for toning but not so much fat loss. Luckily I live in a nice area, so starting today I'm gonna try and go out on a walk or run everyday to get some extra cardio. Honestly haven't seen noticeable results yet.
day 12: Did it, I'm feeling pumped right now! Today was the last day of the Chloe Ting challenge for me. I took some before and after pictures, and yes while I think my stomach actually gained a bit of tone, I didn't realize that my legs look so much slimmer! I thought I wasn't see the results I wanted but I actually am :)
day 13: didn't do it today, I spent hours outside doing yard work today and convinced my brother to play volleyball with me, my legs were so sore.
day 14: Did it twice to make up for missing yesterday. I decided that I would do this workout for 4 weeks, so as of today I am halfway through. My thighs have already slimmed down noticeably, and it's only been 2 weeks. I didn't measure my thighs before I started, but I can really see it by comparing myself to old pictures. I can't wait to see what happens after 2 more weeks.

i've always been skinny my entire life, but this year (im 14), i've gained a couple pounds and i'm aware that my body is going to change as i grow up. But i will still try to reach my goals and do this everyday! I'll update and let yall know how it goes
i know you said you are aware that your body will change but don't get too worried about weight gain at your age!! As your body changes and grows taller you will definetly gain some weight but that is perfectly normal and okay! Don't push yourself too hard or try to lose weight just focus on staying healthy and nourishing your body!

Day 1: pretty easy and i can tell that this workout is going to help me a lot
Day 2: THIS ONE HURT SO MUCH, but I kept going and now I’m stretching it out and feeling pretty good Day 3: this one was definitely easier than the other two days, something that helps me while doing these is to not pay attention to the timer, just distract yourself and it goes by a lot faster
Day 4: today wasn’t so good for me, I felt very unmotivated and kept giving up

This is my absolute favourite workout to do at the moment. I've been working out for 12 days straight now with a mixture of your routines every single day and I am noticing such a difference with my upper arms, abs and waist and my thighs are also starting to get much tighter. I am so happy with the initial results that I can't wait to see the difference after a month or two! Thank you Holly, you have been a life saver whilst the gyms are closed. But honestly, I'm still going to continue with your workouts once they re-open as I've seen more results with you in two weeks than I have in the gym for the past 4 months! x x x x

I go running everyday, do a couple other w/o everyday and I'm a gymnast so I do gymnastics everyday
I also did not change what I eat everyday, I still ate a bit junk foot and sweets
But it is very hard for me do lose weight and this is the only workout that helped me slim my thights

I was always looking for programmes who actually make me a bit tired. When I saw your videos, at first I ignored it because I thought it was some of the stupid vids where a person is just saying lies for views. So this is my second time doing this workout in full. The first day I couldn’t do it past the 6 minute mark. I’ll do it everyday for month and update the results!
Edit: so a week later I still do this video with another two of Hollys videos one for waist and the other for legs. I’m also going on a diet, nothing extreme only cut out junk food and started eating smaller portions. Also doing cardio one hour a day.

My inner thighs were better months ago, so i guess after the change of routines and exercises, i think i missed out on some important inner thigh work outs that seemed to be working for me. Haven't find out what yet. Im doing the 7 min. slimmer thighs video, but my inner legs look untouched while the rest is really tight and fit. Will try some of these and hopefully update with results soon.

I’m going to be doing this workout to try and get fit after quarantine! I’ll be doing this everyday along with other cardio workouts and I’ll try and update every day.
Right thigh: about 43 centimetres
Left thigh: about 44 centimetres
Day 1: (May 22)finished the workout!
Day 2: (May 23)finished the workouts (I might start doing it twice a day) I see no difference yet but it’s early on so I don’t expect anything.
Day 3(May 24)I’m starting the workout rn (2x per day) after 1 week I’ll measure my leg to see if there’s any difference I still have to do it one more time I’ll update that in about an hour!
Day 4( may 25) done (x2) omg this workout always leaves me sweating so hard
Day 5 (May 26) done (x1) and I’m doing it again if you’re doing this workout you will need water you will sweat so badd

Reay enjoyed this workout, first time doing it but will definitely be returning to it.
It would have been really helpful to know beforehand that we'd be spending so much time on our hips. I didn't anticipate being on the same hip for nearly 3 minutes and even though I was working out on a carpet it caused a lot of angry sharp pains in my hips in the second of three exercises. This could be remidied by doing the same exercise on both sides consecutively (rather then 3 different ones on the same side) or by warning us we'd be spending some time on our hips and saying that a towel or blanket would be useful.
I'll definitely use a blanket under my hips next time, but it would be useful for other first timers like me :)

1 month of doing another one of her hourglass workouts and of this inner thigh workout, my bloating went down a little bit more and I liked my thighs, I just think they could do a little better so I worked them out a bit with this workout and like omg I’m starting to see results, working out painful but it’s totally worth it, I could thank her much for helping out, and it’s time for another month of an hourglass workout with one of her muffin top workouts and arm and back workout as I have back fat/muffin top and that’s one of my insecurities also my arms could do a little better too

You really do feel what progress you had after you give up and try again. I was able to finish this, but now at the last exercise my body was shaking like I've been repeating it for 2 hours 😂
Even if you feel like there's no progress, look back at the day you started and see how you handle the workout now.

I was doing this workout last week and the result was going well. My upper body is slim but my leg are big, fat and bigger than my booty.

Day 7: my thigh decrease 1 cm. This is a good start for me. I hope I can burn more inner thigh fats. 🤩

This is the best exercise for slim inner thighs trust me I have hereditary issue of fat accumulation on thighs this exercise has helped me keep them in shape of 35-36 inch since months.
