Hey, i just wanted to say thank you. I'm currently crying of happiness because i have been doing this workout for about 12 days and i already see a difference. My confidence level has gone up so much and i'm so thankful that i have found this video. I have tried countless apps but i never actually stuck to doing it. @@kianamehrany2101 I mean, I have naturally wide hips so I dont know, but to be honest I think this workout does more for the waist than anything else. Also hip dips are beautiful, I'm sure you look great :)
After looking into workouts for a while, there's a few things I realized. 1. Burning fat is not specific to a certain body part. If you try to burn fat, you will burn it everywhere. 2. Growing muscles can be specific. Certain exercises target certain places for that. 3. Some people gain a bit of weight when they first start exercising due to inflammation and greater water retention. That's why you might see opposite results when you first start. You have to keep at it for a while to see actual results. 4. It is recommended usually to also do cardio coupled with muscles exercises if you have to lose a lot of weight. If you start growing muscles while you have a lot of weight, your muscles underneath your fat layer might grow faster than you lose the fat and push your fat more, resulting in a opposite effect appearance wise. You do lose the fat as well over time with muscle exercises. It's just more effective if you do cardio as well. 5. Motivation is best when you think in opposites (for myself at least). I can get my workouts done because I've told myself that a future without working out is less pleasurable. I don't tell myself doing the exercises is good. I tell myself that NOT DOING the exercises is bad. That's a more effective strategy for motivation. 6. My advice is to eat properly as well. Don't starve yourself. Especially if you are working on your muscles.
The best advice I heard!! I worked out for a month for the first time and I can tell you I have gained a bit of weight (appearance wise) Atleast I know it's not permanent lol
I've been doing this exercise every other day for about 2 weeks now. I had started to feel a little down because I wasn't getting my hourglass figure :(. But today I decided to take a good look in the mirror and I noticed something was different...I had burned off most, if not all my love handle fat! Guys, even if you haven't reached your goal as yet, never lose sight of your progress!! :) Quarantine glow up squad where u at? lol
@shelby łmáø I have seen amazing results! I used to feel a bit insecure about how little definition my waist had. It's been about a month and a half since I've been doing this and it has definitely improved! As for my hip dips they're definitely less apparent but I would probably incorporate a workout specifically targeting that area. For anyone looking for waist definition, this video the one! Combine it with some cardio workout and you're good to go. I would argue though, that feeling good about myself after workouts, is the most rewarding part.

Just wanted to say I did this for about a week and a half in April while eating right and my waist was snatched . It works !! Sadly I started eating bad again and that went away so I started this back up yesterday

i started crying because I wore a dress and I hated the way I looked. I had worked out before and had a huge difference but then I stopped and gained everything back. I am gonna do this, a five minute fat remover workout and a leg workout starting tomorrow. Thank you for this video

i’m on day two of this workout right now and i’m already so much happier with myself. i’m depressed, and i haven’t worked out in a while since i haven’t had the motivation to do so. however, i found this workout and i found motivation to go with it. i never thought i could be this proud of myself. thank you so so much for all of this, words cannot describe how grateful i truly am.
today was day 6! i’m so proud of myself for sticking with it and i’m happy with how i’m doing! i find that the ab exercises get easier every time i do them, and the second circuit gets more grueling each time as i push myself harder.
day 8!! i played volleyball today, so i was really tired to begin with. however, i feel like i always back out of things like this, so i was determined to work out today. i’ve started to get one of my siblings to do it with me, and they make it so much fun to work out. i’m starting to notice a little bit of change in my body too!

I have been doing this workout for 15 - 20 days now and since then, I have been getting very nice complements about my body shape which I never got before. My results got visible after a week and I continued to do it at least 5 times a week in order to keep my form. Please don't forget that EVERY SINGLE BODY IS BEAUTIFUL & UNIQUE in its own way, no matter what. Do this workout for YOURSELF, not for that stupid beauty standard the society made up. Love you!

most workouts take months to see any significant differences, but within the first week I was already more toned. It's been a month since I started this and I have abs, not only do I have abs, my hips grew an inch, this is the ONLY workout that has managed to give me abs without turning me into a square. okay so i’m gonna be doing this workout for a week! starting measurement: waist: 31 in hips: 37 in booty: 38 in day 1: was super good, feel like i got a good work out in. i stopped like once for 5 seconds at the plank twists bc i’m weak and cant hold myself up lol. but can’t wait to do this again tomorrow! also i’m gonna be doing 40 squats and 10 jump squats everyday with this as well to really grow my booty and get leg muscle! day 2: wasn’t sore, could definitely feel the burn during workout. will for sure be sore tomorrow! i only did 10 jump squats today because my legs felt like jello lol. day 3: wasn’t sore again today, maybe i’m just not going hard enough. this workout does not get easier as the days go on though. did my 40 squats & 10 jump squats. day 4: didn’t work out today:( but i had cheer so i still had a slight workout. day 5: ate pretty bad today so i made sure to get my workout in & my 40 squats and 10 jump squats. day 6: didn’t do the very last circuit today because i did 80 squats and 20 jump squats! day 7: did the workout didn’t do any squats though because i had cheer. i finished this week! i’ve never been this consistent with a workout and i even missed a day lol, but i’m measuring today! Okay, so I've been doing this for about 4 weeks everyday for 1 time a day and I can say I've improved so much and I am very happy with the results I feel happier and more motivated to get things done, within 2 weeks I've lost 3 pounds which is more than I thought I could lose, and it's just really motivating to see progress taking step by step, I use to take breaths during the workout such as the hip dips but now I get it done, no problem this video is a blessing.

Hello, here is a review of this video: I’ve been doing this workout every night for about 6 days now, and I can confirm that I am definitely seeing a different in my core, hips, and butt. I have definitely improved. NOW LADIES REMEMBER- it takes time to build muscle, so if your not seeing results right away it’s OK! Patience and dedication is key! 🔥ALSO REMEMBER- you really need to stretch before you do this exercise or you can seriously injure your spine. NEVER GIVE UP!! Your so beautiful 🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️
all i can say is that ive been doing this workout for almost three weeks and i already see a huge difference, I’ll definitely continue doing it over the summer and i just wanna say thank you because this brings me so much motivation
I’m going to do this along with a few other workouts and keep you guys updated. I feel like if I keep updating, it will help me be more motivated. I’ll update every week. My diet: ~mostly protein and vegetables ~(Ex. Protein shakes, eggs, nuts, seeds, fish, avocado, spinach, etc) Other workouts: ~Popsugar fitness 10 minute booty shaping workout ~Holly dolke small waist workout ~Holly dolke hip dip fix workout Week 1: I’m seeing some results. Not a lot since it’s been a week, but I’ve seen my hip dips start going away and my waist is smaller Week 2: I’m writing this 2 days late, but I’m definitely seeing results. My stomach is tighter and I feel less fat. My hip dips are less noticeable now too.
So I’m doing this exercise 5 times a week once a day with the same diet and I sometimes have protein shakes Measurements- Waist- 26inch Hips- 35.5inch WEEK 1- the exercise really hurt at first but as the week went on it was fine WEEK 2- it was fine my abs look toned in the morning but after I eat I have a fat belly (which is always expected) not very much change but it’s only been 2 weeks WEEK 3 - I completed week three ! Tbh I thought I would give up by now, I feel healthier and more energised. For some reason the work out has gotten harder for me i don’t know why, possibly due to my period being due soon. I’ll be back next week! WEEK 4 - so finally I completed a whole month of this work out. I will say that this work out made me feel very healthy and put together. As far as results, I feel like my bum looks plumper and more round. I’m not sure if it looks bigger and it’s shape has somewhat changed. As for my waist it looks more toned but only in the morning, and I know this is because I eat through out the day and get bloated. As for it looking smaller I’m not sure I haven’t measured anything yet. I’ll come back and give my measurements soon. (I have school and work on some morning therefore I won’t have time to measure my body in the morning so that’s why I’m measuring it on the weekend) I’m not sure if I’ll keep on doing this work out or not because I haven’t seen any drastic changes. Dean Msp You should try doing these workouts with other workouts! That what I’m doing. After this workout, I do a bum workout for 6 minutes and a toned legs workout for 6 minutes. You get to see the results faster! 😋

keeping track!! Day one: not much of a difference as I have just started. I gained weight, which means it’s working Day two: after the workout I lost weight which is a good sign. ( not much weight, but it’s reasonable ) Day three: I didn’t do it today because I only do it 6/7 days a week Day four: starting to see a difference workout felt good Day five:^ Day six: feel pretty good but my eating habits were bad the day before so far, this is affective in all places of your body, but mainly focuses on you waist. ( which seems to be getting thinner ) also I have been doing this just keeping track in a notebook. Awesome results!
I started this in July, doing it about 3 times a week and saw results really quick and was feeling confident for summer. It's now November and I still do it however only twice a week and also focus on specific parts of the body for 2 other days of the week. This really kick started my motivation. Love your workouts ♥
Here because of the corona virus so I might as well get into better shape. Wish me luck!! Day 1- waist 25” Hips 32” Bum 38” Update: day 1: started this a week later than I commented but I am sweating!! Day 2: think I’m sweater than yesterday but felt my form was better and I’m actually getting the hang of the exercises Day 3: once again sweating more but found it a bit harder today, I think my form was A LOT better. Hopefully it will get easier soon. Day 4: once again form was better and with the abductors I didn’t put my feet down!! Felt so much easier today even though I’m still very sweaty. I will probably continue for about 2 weeks and then measure. Also I’m starting to see results! What I have learnt so far: on the first day don’t be mad if your form isn’t perfect it takes time. Stretch!!! On the second day I was really sore but still tried my hardest, on day three I stretched out as much as I could and I’m not sore at all. Make sure you are consistent which each but also make sue you are tired. Day 5: was definitely easier, my cramps were really bad (first day of my period) but I still wanted to do it. I’m really beginning to see results so just kept going. Day 6 : so much easier and I’m seeing results already!!! I’m less sweaty and completed the exercises so much better.
I’ve been doing this with a few other workouts for a few days now and I can really see the difference. My left side was also less curved but instead of making it more uneven, these exercises are really correcting that!
Reading comments about progression motivate me so I thought I’d make one as welll I do the workout every other day, so I have a day to rest! Day 1 - Was struggling to get thru some of the exercises. My legs felt like literal jelly after the workout. Day 2: Was really sore, eventually got through the workout but it didn’t get any easier Day 3: Ive gotten through all the exercises (except the planks) completely! Already see a difference in my butt. Day 4: Got through the workout, maybe it’s just in my head but I see a difference in my hip dips, they look a lot less noticeable Day 5: Getting through the whole workout smoothly (besides the planks, that shit hurt😭) I’ll try and keep updating this but overall, I recommend! A lot of my friends said they’ve noticed a difference in my butt and personally, I see the hip dips becoming less prominent 🤠

I just want to encourage and help ya’ll so: 1. Don’t look at the timer when you’re doing this , you’ll notice how faster each exercise seems to go 2. BREATHE. I notice that I keep on holding my breath when I first started it so after the exercise I feel woozy, like I’m gonna pass out. Remember to focus on your breathing and not the pain. 3. Drink lots of water in between exercises. trust me on this. 4. Take note on where you feel your muscles contracting or where the pain is and make sure it’s in the right places so you know that’ you’re doing the exercises correctly. Keep your posture upright so you won’t damage your back bones. 5. Do this because you want to be better for YOURSELF, not because someone else told you so. Know that you are beautiful with or without a toned body. Don’t pressure yourself too much, it’s enough that you’re trying.

Doing this 5 times a week. I am 15 with waist measurement of 23 inches and hips 33. - day 1 (Sun) : bit of a sweat even though im not a beginner - day 2 (Mon) : same sweat, will keep you updated. - day 3 (Tues) getting into more of a better routine, im eating much healthier
I’ve been doing this workout for about 3 days now, alongside your 1 week stomach workout, arm, and back workouts and although I haven’t see any visible changes, I’m feeling much better and look forward to seeing the results several months in the future, or perhaps a year. I'm gonna be doing this 3 times a week! I'll keep you guys updated on how it goes for me! 😊 give a like so I know if I should keep you all updated or not. Day 1: I do volleyball year round and will be playing in college, and this workout was TOUGH! BUT you feel friggen amazing after! It put a little strain on my back for the first two exercises but besides that everything really made me feel the burn lol 😂 I currently weigh around 147 pounds and am 5'10'. I also don't typically sweat a lot during workouts and this made me sweat like CRAZY! friggen yuck but yaaay! 1 week update: I've done the workout now 3 times. I haven't noticed a difference (mainly cause I'm bloated from my menstruation) but I feel healthier! Ahaha 👊👏❤ I'll keep you all updated as I continue! Sorry guys I had to postpone my workout due to a death in my family recently so I won't be updating for a while atm UPDATE: I've actually done this exercise EVERYDAY this week, but I only do one round of it. I 100% see a difference already! My stomach has started to show the lining where abs will be AH!!!! 👍👍👍💕💕💕💕💕

I’m doing this every day for two weeks ;-; Day 1: was a little hard to do Day 2: my stomach felt very hard and it kinda hurts but it’s not strong pain it also feels very tight . Day3: my left butt hurts but my right butt doesn’t hurt as much. My abs feel tight and hard still don’t see the abs but is just day 3 😂 Day 4: didnt work out cause I was with my family Day 5: still kinda hard but I am seeing a little difference and how the lines of the abs are kinda showing, my butt doesn’t hurt but we will see tomorrow Day 6: I tried my best to fix my posture and to squeeze my abs and breathing in and out. Felt a little hard but I still did it. I see my waist getting some curves and my abs getting hard Day 7: (today)

Ive been trying to do it where I work out every day for two weeks and ive been using your videos (usually this or your muffin top one with an ab video) and its made such a difference. Combined with jumping rope and eating right and drinking lots and lots of water, im one week in and my waist has shrunk an inch and my stomach is down almost two inches (thats with me starting my period and I have horrible bloating). So thank you for making easy and effective videos that makes working out something I look forward to!

OMG GUYS, so i been doing this workout for the past 5 days and the results are crazy, so i measured myself before starting this project, i started with: waist-70cm butt-91cm and now i have waist-68cm butt-95cm ONLY IN FIVE DAYS!!!! im amazed

Here is my progress! Just started this workout. (I ate normally) starting weight- 118. (my stomach is flat in the morning and then when I start eating it gets big) - day 1, my whole body started to really sore. I couldn’t walk properly a little. This is the first full workout that I ever did. Feels bad, my head started to hurt a little and after the workout I breathe really fast (which is probably normal) - day 2, my legs are really sore when I did the workout. It goes away after I rest for 5 seconds. it was okay, didn’t affect my weight much -day 3, it was so hard and my leg is very sore while doing this workout. I have sweat, and it was even worse then yesterday. my weight did go down 1 pound though. didnt see any changes at my stomach yet. Ill come back tomorrow again to do this day 4- feels like the workout is a little faster. my body hurts after the next morming when i woke up. but its going okay day 5- couldn’t do the workout, dentist appointment 😭 day6- did the workout, and it didn’t feel like anything after. I don’t see the changes but that’s okay! Ima switch to other workout for the stomach targeted especially

I’ve been using holly dolkes videos for 3 weeks straight (and on and off for about 3 months) at first I used one set of videos until I felt they got too easy, then I switched to a new set which includes this vid. For the first time in my life I feel happy and more confident about my body without bad behaviors (starving, working out too much, restricting my diet) I always felt like in order to be happy with my body I had to give up something. But now I just workout consistently and I’m patient with myself and I’ve finally changed my habits and attitude so that I can make the progress slowly and effectively instead of looking for “quick fixes”. After looking into workouts for a while, there's a few things I realized.
1. Burning fat is not specific to a certain body part. If you try to burn fat, you will burn it everywhere.
2. Growing muscles can be specific. Certain exercises target certain places for that.
3. Some people gain a bit of weight when they first start exercising due to inflammation and greater water retention. That's why you might see opposite results when you first start. You have to keep at it for a while to see actual results.
4. It is recommended usually to also do cardio coupled with muscles exercises if you have to lose a lot of weight. If you start growing muscles while you have a lot of weight, your muscles underneath your fat layer might grow faster than you lose the fat and push your fat more, resulting in a opposite effect appearance wise. You do lose the fat as well over time with muscle exercises. It's just more effective if you do cardio as well.
5. Motivation is best when you think in opposites (for myself at least). I can get my workouts done because I've told myself that a future without working out is less pleasurable. I don't tell myself doing the exercises is good. I tell myself that NOT DOING the exercises is bad. That's a more effective strategy for motivation.
6. My advice is to eat properly as well. Don't starve yourself. Especially if you are working on your muscles.

@shelby łmáø I have seen amazing results! I used to feel a bit insecure about how little definition my waist had. It's been about a month and a half since I've been doing this and it has definitely improved! As for my hip dips they're definitely less apparent but I would probably incorporate a workout specifically targeting that area. For anyone looking for waist definition, this video the one! Combine it with some cardio workout and you're good to go. I would argue though, that feeling good about myself after workouts, is the most rewarding part.

I have been doing this workout for 15 - 20 days now and since then, I have been getting very nice complements about my body shape which I never got before. My results got visible after a week and I continued to do it at least 5 times a week in order to keep my form. Okay, so I've been doing this for about 4 weeks everyday for 1 time a day and I can say I've improved so much and I am very happy with the results I feel happier and more motivated to get things done, within 2 weeks I've lost 3 pounds which is more than I thought I could lose, and it's just really motivating to see progress taking step by step, I use to take breaths during the workout such as the hip dips but now I get it done, no problem this video is a blessing.

NOW LADIES REMEMBER- it takes time to build muscle, so if your not seeing results right away it’s OK! WEEK 3 - I completed week three ! Tbh I thought I would give up by now, I feel healthier and more energised. For some reason the work out has gotten harder for me i don’t know why, possibly due to my period being due soon. I’ll be back next week!
WEEK 4 - so finally I completed a whole month of this work out. I will say that this work out made me feel very healthy and put together. As far as results, I feel like my bum looks plumper and more round. I’m not sure if it looks bigger and it’s shape has somewhat changed. As for my waist it looks more toned but only in the morning, and I know this is because I eat through out the day and get bloated. As for it looking smaller I’m not sure I haven’t measured anything yet. I’ll come back and give my measurements soon. (I have school and work on some morning therefore I won’t have time to measure my body in the morning so that’s why I’m measuring it on the weekend) I’m not sure if I’ll keep on doing this work out or not because I haven’t seen any drastic changes. Day 4: once again form was better and with the abductors I didn’t put my feet down!! Felt so much easier today even though I’m still very sweaty. I will probably continue for about 2 weeks and then measure. Also I’m starting to see results!
What I have learnt so far: on the first day don’t be mad if your form isn’t perfect it takes time. Stretch!!! On the second day I was really sore but still tried my hardest, on day three I stretched out as much as I could and I’m not sore at all. Make sure you are consistent which each but also make sue you are tired.
Day 5: was definitely easier, my cramps were really bad (first day of my period) but I still wanted to do it. I’m really beginning to see results so just kept going.
Day 6 : so much easier and I’m seeing results already!!! I’m less sweaty and completed the exercises so much better.

I’ve been doing this with a few other workouts for a few days now and I can really see the difference. My left side was also less curved but instead of making it more uneven, these exercises are really correcting that!
will this workout give the appearance of abs and a flat stomach?
Reading comments about progression motivate me so I thought I’d make one as welll
I do the workout every other day, so I have a day to rest!
Day 1 - Was struggling to get thru some of the exercises. My legs felt like literal jelly after the workout.
Day 2: Was really sore, eventually got through the workout but it didn’t get any easier
Day 3: Ive gotten through all the exercises (except the planks) completely! Already see a difference in my butt.
Day 4: Got through the workout, maybe it’s just in my head but I see a difference in my hip dips, they look a lot less noticeable
Day 5: Getting through the whole workout smoothly (besides the planks, that shit hurt😭)
I’ll try and keep updating this but overall, I recommend! A lot of my friends said they’ve noticed a difference in my butt and personally, I see the hip dips becoming less prominent 🤠

I just want to encourage and help ya’ll so:
1. Don’t look at the timer when you’re doing this , you’ll notice how faster each exercise seems to go
2. BREATHE. I notice that I keep on holding my breath when I first started it so after the exercise I feel woozy, like I’m gonna pass out. Remember to focus on your breathing and not the pain.
3. Drink lots of water in between exercises. trust me on this.
4. Take note on where you feel your muscles contracting or where the pain is and make sure it’s in the right places so you know that’ you’re doing the exercises correctly. Keep your posture upright so you won’t damage your back bones.
5. Do this because you want to be better for YOURSELF, not because someone else told you so. Know that you are beautiful with or without a toned body. Don’t pressure yourself too much, it’s enough that you’re trying.

I do them daily but because my core is so strong that I won't even get sore 😂 and I see results as well

Day 1: I do volleyball year round and will be playing in college, and this workout was TOUGH! BUT you feel friggen amazing after! It put a little strain on my back for the first two exercises but besides that everything really made me feel the burn lol 😂 I currently weigh around 147 pounds and am 5'10'. I also don't typically sweat a lot during workouts and this made me sweat like CRAZY! friggen yuck but yaaay!
1 week update:
I've done the workout now 3 times. I haven't noticed a difference (mainly cause I'm bloated from my menstruation) but I feel healthier! Ahaha 👊👏❤ I'll keep you all updated as I continue!

I’m doing this every day for two weeks ;-;
Day 1: was a little hard to do
Day 2: my stomach felt very hard and it kinda hurts but it’s not strong pain it also feels very tight .
Day3: my left butt hurts but my right butt doesn’t hurt as much. My abs feel tight and hard still don’t see the abs but is just day 3 😂
Day 4: didnt work out cause I was with my family
Day 5: still kinda hard but I am seeing a little difference and how the lines of the abs are kinda showing, my butt doesn’t hurt but we will see tomorrow
Day 6: I tried my best to fix my posture and to squeeze my abs and breathing in and out. Felt a little hard but I still did it. I see my waist getting some curves and my abs getting hard

Okay so I’m starting this workout today! Here are my measurements:

Hips- 38 inches
Day 1- I definitely could not keep up with Holly doing these exercises. My abs don’t hurt but I can feel it in my butt a little bit.
Day 2- I still could not keep up with Holly today. But my butt does feel sore after doing this workout yesterday:)
Day 3- I felt a lot more motivated and focused today. I still had to take breaks but not as many

If anyone's looking for inspo: i did this for about a month last year, and this is the ONLY workout that helped me achieve an hourglass. Sadly i lost it after taking a little break, but I'm starting again! :)
Ive been trying to do it where I work out every day for two weeks and ive been using your videos (usually this or your muffin top one with an ab video) and its made such a difference. Combined with jumping rope and eating right and drinking lots and lots of water, im one week in and my waist has shrunk an inch and my stomach is down almost two inches (thats with me starting my period and I have horrible bloating). So thank you for making easy and effective videos that makes working out something I look forward to!

Here is my progress! Just started this workout. (I ate normally)
starting weight- 118. (my stomach is flat in the morning and then when I start eating it gets big)
- day 1, my whole body started to really sore. I couldn’t walk properly a little. This is the first full workout that I ever did. Feels bad, my head started to hurt a little and after the workout I breathe really fast (which is probably normal)
- day 2, my legs are really sore when I did the workout. It goes away after I rest for 5 seconds. it was okay, didn’t affect my weight much
-day 3, it was so hard and my leg is very sore while doing this workout. I have sweat, and it was even worse then yesterday. my weight did go down 1 pound though. didnt see any changes at my stomach yet. Ill come back tomorrow again to do this
day 4- feels like the workout is a little faster. my body hurts after the next morming when i woke up. but its going okay
day 5- couldn’t do the workout, dentist appointment 😭
day6- did the workout, and it didn’t feel like anything after. I don’t see the changes but that’s okay! Ima switch to other workout for the stomach targeted especially
i’m 14, i have been doing some other workouts and found this so i’m adding it to the list and HOPEFULLY it works.

I’ve been using holly dolkes videos for 3 weeks straight (and on and off for about 3 months) at first I used one set of videos until I felt they got too easy, then I switched to a new set which includes this vid. For the first time in my life I feel happy and more confident about my body without bad behaviors (starving, working out too much, restricting my diet) I always felt like in order to be happy with my body I had to give up something. But now I just workout consistently and I’m patient with myself and I’ve finally changed my habits and attitude so that I can make the progress slowly and effectively instead of looking for “quick fixes”. Thank you for giving me confidence holly ❤️

I am going to do this workout plus my normal routine. I have tried out her other ab workout an I saw great results in only 4 days. Don’t give up just because u see someone else get results before u, your body will adapt an come together over time!! Anyways I will keep y’all updated‼️ I ended up doin this for 5 days and it does work but you have to be patient with this one I can see results tho jus little by little

day 3- hip dips are now my bestfriend, i also now see a different in my waist!! the side fat is mostly gone which i love!! i’ve been switching up my workouts by doinh an extra different one each day, this is my main one tho, also i’ve been keeping my daily foods but have been cutting out the sugars. i’ve been drinking LOTS of water this time too!!
day 4-i stopped for 3 days because i started my period buttt it def kickdd my butt, i was at 140 and now im at 133 :)!!
