Ishika Kumar So I tried to eat less than usual. I‘ve been only drinking water since then and I am trying to eat a lot of healthy food and no snacks. I eat twice a day and at night I usually eat fruit. :) and now my stomach is really flat. Also sorry if I made any mistakes, I‘m not a native speaker☺️

i’m going to actually finish a week of exercise and keep you guys updated. Day 1: worked out, didn’t see anything new but felt the burn. Day 2: I already saw my abs forming in!! was a little easier to do the workout but still burned a lot. Day 3: DEFINITELY SAW A DIFFERENCE ON THE SIDES!! slowly forming the abs still but i can tell i look different Day 4: i wanted to quit but i didn’t so i worked hard and really felt the burn and hopefully i’ll see hella nice results. i’ll let u know the next day.... Day 5: i actually worked out but forgot to update on here but, i saw that the first row of my abs formed at the top and it’s moving it’s way down. I also noticed that the line in the middle is forming, finally. Day 6: my lower belly got really flat and i’m loving it, definitely saw a lot of results from this workout and i’m that person that doesn’t believe things until they see it and from this i saw it. edit: omg 1.3k likes?? that’s the most i’ve had ever lmao also my bad for not finishing the week, i did the workouts but never updated. i’ve been doing similar workouts like these everyday and i’ve kept the shape i want, so if u want to see some results just do this!!🥵💓🦋🤨🥰👁🤩

IT WORKS! I did this alternating daily with the “INTENSE FLAT STOMACH WORKOUT”s one for 26 days with the rest days that you find in the Cloe Ting hourglass program. My waist has gone from 70cm to 67, and my stomach is so much flatter than before! I can see 11 abs in the morning when I wake up and all my abdominal area is more toned! Holly, your workouts are the best!!

Ok so i have a school dance in about 2 weeks, im not particulary big, but i really want to get toned up so i look good in my dress! Im going to do this everyday until my dance, ill record the results here. Age: 14 Weight: 126 lbs Waist: 28 in | Day 1 | There are no results yet, obviously, but i felt the burn! I engaged my abs the whole time, today i didnt eat too healthy but i will try harder tomorrow! | Day 2 | I wasn’t feeling great today, but I still did this. My stomach is a bit bloated but I can already see my waist pulling in. I didn’t really eat too much today, and what I did eat wasn’t super healthy, but it sure was tasty! 😋 it was a tiny bit easier than yesterday. | Day 3 | Today I did the workout twice and another workout from Chloe Ting, she is amazing and her workouts work fast also! I also had a soccer game today. I can see a faint line forming on my stomach! i’ll make a list of my days, so if anyone needs help, here ya go! day 1: obviously you won’t see a difference right away. i don’t think this workout is too hard, then again i work out almost every day. i do still feel it in my abs, though! day 2: i do see some toned-ness going on, and a very small “hour glass” shape starting to form! :) day 3: nothing any more special, i see the same results as last time. a little more defined on my abs, and thats it if anything. day 4: i see definition in my abs! they’re definetly there :). nothing too much in the “hourglass shape”, but we’re getting there!
It works lol after about two weeks of doing this i lost 2 cm in waist. Maybe that's not a lot but i can see the difference! And i see my abs as well. I'll update if i'll see more results ^^

But I’m am confident. day two: very sore ! day three: noticing that my stomach got more flat. day four: losing weight day five: got a small waist that I’m comfortable with. I am going to stop bc I’m too lazy to do the rest, but it works perfectly fine and a great workout!

I've been doing this workout along with chloe ting's abs workout and the results are shocking. I used to have a big body and when i walk i can feel my meat flapping around, but now i gained so much confident because I've slimmed down. thank you so much for this workout😭 and for those who's still hesitating, pls don't because this workout is bomb!
I will update measures in day 14: DAY 14 i haven't measure me yet but i can say i'm much stronger than day 1, i can do the work out without rests and i feel very good about myself. It was worth it. Now lets see: Waist before: 67 cm Waist now: 65.5 cm I also did a total of 60 to 90 donkey kicks, squats and hips thrust for 14 days butt before:93 cm butt now: 95.5 cm :o I did her tone arms workout (7 minutes) and i don't have measure but im muuuch stronger and can do it without getting tired. Stop exuding toxic negativity, if they want to change for better then support them. You can remind them that they don't have to be hard on themselves but don't deprive them from achieving what they want and from being healthy by saying such comments.
Fr. At the beginning of quarantine I was self conscious of my body, but as it went on I learned to love ever bit of it. I do want my abs back though, and last summer this gave me the best abs😂
These workouts are supper effective, been doing this one and one more for few weeks and already seeing changes. Recommend combining with butt/thighs workouts
I thought I could do this in my room without my parents questioning why I’m working out in my room instead of a gym (I have anxiety and hate going alone to places, I have no friends .. wow I sound lame af as i typed that out) ANYWAY, That first workout gonna have the house shaking. So much for trying to be quiet about it 😂
I never comment on these videos but I’ve been doing this every day (along with a daily 1-2 mile run, some Pamela Reid workouts, and healthy eating) and I lost 2 inches off my waist. It takes a while but it works. Thank you :)

i’m going to actually finish a week of exercise and keep you guys updated.
Day 1: worked out, didn’t see anything new but felt the burn.
Day 2: I already saw my abs forming in!! was a little easier to do the workout but still burned a lot.
Day 3: DEFINITELY SAW A DIFFERENCE ON THE SIDES!! slowly forming the abs still but i can tell i look different
Day 4: i wanted to quit but i didn’t so i worked hard and really felt the burn and hopefully i’ll see hella nice results. i’ll let u know the next day....
Day 5: i actually worked out but forgot to update on here but, i saw that the first row of my abs formed at the top and it’s moving it’s way down. I also noticed that the line in the middle is forming, finally.
Day 6: my lower belly got really flat and i’m loving it, definitely saw a lot of results from this workout and i’m that person that doesn’t believe things until they see it and from this i saw it.

day 1: obviously you won’t see a difference right away. i don’t think this workout is too hard, then again i work out almost every day. i do still feel it in my abs, though!
day 2: i do see some toned-ness going on, and a very small “hour glass” shape starting to form! :)
day 3: nothing any more special, i see the same results as last time. a little more defined on my abs, and thats it if anything.
day 4: i see definition in my abs! they’re definetly there :). nothing too much in the “hourglass shape”, but we’re getting there!

I've been doing this workout along with chloe ting's abs workout and the results are shocking. I used to have a big body and when i walk i can feel my meat flapping around, but now i gained so much confident because I've slimmed down. thank you so much for this workout😭 and for those who's still hesitating, pls don't because this workout is bomb!

i haven't measure me yet but i can say i'm much stronger than day 1, i can do the work out without rests and i feel very good about myself. It was worth it. Now lets see:
Waist before: 67 cm
Waist now: 65.5 cm
I also did a total of 60 to 90 donkey kicks, squats and hips thrust for 14 days
butt before:93 cm
butt now: 95.5 cm :o
I did her tone arms workout (7 minutes) and i don't have measure but im muuuch stronger and can do it without getting tired.
Lastly i want to say i didn't do any diet, ate all i wanted but with conscience

Day one: this workout KILLED ME! The jumping side twists and plank was painful. I struggled a lot today! The toe touch and knee touches were super easy for me so I added 20x more! I’m so tired and sweaty!
WHAT I ATE TODAY
Whole bran cereal, 2 eggs, 2 breakfast bars

Day 1 : struggled and had to pause the video many times and wasn't clean with the exercises but still felt burns.
Day 2 : The exercise felt easier and did it way faster than yesterday. Don't see any change but i feel fressh.
Day 3: Just finished the workout. I see a tiny change in the waist. No abs yet. And one fault: did this after eating breakfast. DONT DO THIS MISTAKE FRIENDS.
Day 4 : I don't see abs but my waist sure has shrunk a little bit. I feel good and fit today.
Day 5 : I really had a bumpy stomach. And i see a great difference. No abs but my stomach has started to become flat.
Don't pause it! Just rewind it back 10 seconds after each rest of you need more time. You got this

this is by far my favorite waist workout! all of the other workouts don’t give me the same burn as this one. i love this so much and i actually enjoy doing it surprisingly 😂

So I’ve been doing this for over a week now :) here is my day by day progress
Day 1 - no results yet since I just started, did this plus fifty squats
Day 2 - felt the same as yesterday but wasn’t unbearable
Day 3 - still going strong 💪, no results yet though
Day 4 - no results yet, but workout got easier
Day 5 - starting to see some definition
Day 6 - same as day 5
Day 7 - a whole week but I still don’t see any extreme differences yet!
Day 8 - skipped
Day 9 - skipped
Day 10 - did this workout twice and another one and now that I’ve really examined myself in the mirror, I do see a big difference from the start and now, so this definitely works! ✅
Day 11 - I skipped due to a lot of AP homework lol
Day 12 - I did this workout twice with the same workout from day 10, and it's difficult but i wont give up!

Fr. At the beginning of quarantine I was self conscious of my body, but as it went on I learned to love ever bit of it. I do want my abs back though, and last summer this gave me the best abs😂
These workouts are supper effective, been doing this one and one more for few weeks and already seeing changes. Recommend combining with butt/thighs workouts
