This work-out combined with the 7 min slimmer legs wk has become my new morning routine. Thank you for the great content! For those who have asked. I did get results and kept at it for a few months. After a while I tried a few others exercises just to change my routine a bit. But, I still keep coming back to this combo, which is best suited for my needs :)
I’ve started this workout today. I’m gonna do this twice a day and keep everyone posted about the progress. Day 1- I can feel my sides and upper abs burning. I’m gonna wake up sore 😐 Day 2- I did this workout on an empty stomach and it definitely makes a difference. My abs are on 🔥 Day 3- I did this workout twice and the difference is very noticeable . My stomach is less bloated, upper abs feel tight and this workout feels much easier than day 1. Day 4- I was able to do this workout thrice. My upper abs have more definition now, my stomach feels tight. Day 5- I could only do it once but I feel extremely motivated. The lines (definition) on my abs are more prominent now. Day 6- Did it thrice! I feel more confident sporting crop tops than I did 6 days ago. Day 7- I breezed through the workout today. End results- I’ve lost 2 inches of belly fat in total. I’ve got very prominent ab lines now. Definitely continuing with this workout. PS- I started off with some flab on my stomach which is slowly melting off. The only changes I’ve made in my diet are cutting back on sugar and not eating anything after 7 pm. Brisk walking for 30-45 minutes a day has also helped.
I do this workout, then your slim legs workout, then repeat, then cool down with stretches. I only do it twice a week and I've already noticed a vertical line appear on my stomach (most people have that already but for me, that's a miracle!). My muffin top is also a lot tighter and my legs feel stronger and look leaner. I've been doing cardio and weights for two years, hourly sessions 2x a week but seen no results whatsoever (I also eat healthily). I dont know why I didn't stop after the first few months of seeing nothing happening. These workouts are intense but not overpowering, and they target the exact areas I wanted to lose fat from! @@makeup8715 I saw results after like a month of doing the mix 2 times a week (roughly 8 sessions. Only subtle results but after 16 weeks they're more noticeable). I wasnt overweight beforehand but just had some areas like thighs and stomach I wanted to tone up in, and no I dont exactly count calories. Unfortunately at the moment I really struggle with binge eating, and that makes me feel guilty so I always workout after a binge. I'm trying to get out of the habit but it's so hard! Its making me very depressed because just as I see results I start craving all the wrong foods and something clicks in my brain where I can't say no. I open a sharing pack of crisps or chocolate, thinking "I'll just have small handful" and end up eating it all. I know loads of people do that, but for me it's a lot worse and I think its psychological. Like for example I have anxiety and I've noticed I normally can't say no to food on a Sunday, despite being able to most other days of the week. I always binge eat Sunday evening, and I think it's my bodies' way of coping with the coming week and the unknown. It's a comfort thing. That being said, when I'm not binge eating I eat sensibly and healthily. Breakfast is porridge with blueberries or banana (sometimes a teaspoon of honey). I make it with almond milk as dairy can give me breakouts (I still eat dairy but just reduce it where I can). Mid morning snack is fruit or nuts, sometimes a homemade energy bar. Lunch is raw vegetables (carrot sticks, cucumber, tomatoes, pepper) and sometimes a chicken or tuna salad wholemeal wrap. Dinner is more vegetables and some meat or fish, I dont eat dessert unless I'm eating out. I've just upped my workouts to 3x a week, as i was becoming a bit too familiar with the same routine, and i think it's good to change it up a bit. I also need to start sleeping more though, 6 hours every day isn't really ideal for my age range and especially if my muscles need time to repair and recover.
@@larab2323 I honestly dont have any tips that help me with binge eating, as I'm currently still trying to get out of it too! Its soo hard to break the cycle, and just when I think I've mastered it, something else rocks me emotionally or I have a mildly bad day/experience and I go back to stuffing my face. Tips I've heard from others dont seem to help me, for example "just don't go near the kitchen... if you want food do something with your hands or sing a song..." Like seriously my kitchen is in the middle of my house, you have to go through it to get to every single room! Also I simply have no willpower to say no when I crave food. I've tried putting more unhealthy/sugary foods in boxes that aren't transparent to avoid temptation but I always end up eating the contents anyway. As I live in a family of 5 I can't exactly dictate what foods we eat (I tried trashing the bad foods and stocking cupboards with healthy stuff but as I'm the only one in my family who wants to be healthy it quickly went back to square 1.) When I move out I swear it will be a whole lot easier because I will do the grocery shop and get to fill my cupboards with a rainbow of vegetables and fruit. So idk really... when I'm cured of this extremely depressing disorder I'll leave my secrets here. In the meantime good luck trying to break free. It really sucks. *BUT* other people have successfully overcome this, I may have to personally hunt them down to figure out what superpower they aren't telling me about. Dont give up.. food won't control us forever!!! Edit: I'm sure you've Googled solutions to BED too, but here's one website I found which may or may not help: www.healthline.com/nutrition/how-to-stop-binge-eating#section16 It will basically tell you what every single website is telling you. Dont skip meals, ditch the diet, get enough sleep. I swear the authors of some of these articles dont even have Binge Eating Disorder 😂
@@makeup8715 I can relate to that too. Sorry you're having such a hard time... I have literally just sat down from doing 100 sit ups and crunches, 50 squats and pushups just because after dinner I decided to binge on 3 packs of crisps and 2 chocolate bars. My body doesn't need it. But something in my brain says I do? My stomach knows when it's full, but between my stomach and my brain the signal gets lost and my brain decides to tell me to "go on. Eat that piece of cake. It's not much. You deserve it because you worked out earlier." Or "you only had an apple for breakfast. Make up for it now!" This is why it's so hard to see results when working out. Nutrition is super important for weight loss or toning, but I find it a whole lot harder than exercise! However once you have a decent routine in place I think it does make a difference to your attitude towards food. For example the more I do this workout the more I feel inclined to stick to good food. A downside is I'm always feeling hungry 🤷♀️ My new exercise regime, 3x a week is: *10 minutes warm up* Running on the spot, arm circles, star jumps, rotator cuffs, ankle stretches, skipping etc. Just a mash up really to get my heart rate up. I always stretch for at least 5 of the 10 minutes *40 minutes workout* I've started doing a bit of kickboxing to tone my thighs/legs and it's also an effective way to lose overall weight. 10 star jumps, 20 alternating high kicks then repeat 3 times. This is kind of an extension to the warm up. After that I do the 7 min abs workout on this channel, followed by the indoor walking one, followed by the thigh workout. I do change the order of the workout occasionally, and if I have time I do more than one set of the shorter routines. *10 minutes cooldown* Stretching everything and drinking loads of water. I would just add that I use a smartwatch to monitor my workouts. I think it does help, because it makes me work harder to reach my calorie goal (which is to burn 300 cal minimum per workout). Doing the above workout usually means I burn around 300-350 calories. I've stopped using weights altogether now, as I feel like they just bulked me out if anything. They say weights are better than cardio when it comes time weight loss but that's where I think the workouts on this channel are awesome: because you can do a bit of cardio but there are also toning exercises to do at home which is basically what weights at the gym would do for you. Sorry if any of the above is confusing. I wish there was more help out there for binge eaters. Its becoming an increasing problem but very few solutions have been found. I guess it's down to the individual and their circumstances.
@@rebeccamclaren97 thank you, I have the same problems with my family too, and I'll definitely try the tips. 2 others I know is for example that if you want to go to the kitchen to get unhealthy food u have to do lunges the whole way there and back or so, and since probably u don't feel like doing that, it might help. Also maybe try brushing ur teeth more often since then you'll have that minty taste in ur mouth which makes food taste bitter. Anyway, good luck in getting over it!
For those who are wondering if this workout is working: YES IT DOES WORK! I've been doing it for one and a half week now and I can already see the results. I previously had an originally semi-flat stomach so what I only needed was to gain abs and SO DID I! I've been doing this workout every day since I started and I already see the results. Not a huge difference but for this short amount of time, it's amazing. Also, it only takes 7 mins so you can do it!
love love LOVE this workout. tried so many other ab videos that just didn't work for me; the videos were too long so i got discouraged or the routines where too hard to the point i had to take long breaks after a couple of sets. this video is perfect. short, time for rest, simple yet so effective. @@kutiepie-rn1wu well I suppose so, but it could hurt your back, considering that your bed doesn’t really give you much back support i don’t think. I personally think that you should do it on the floor or a mat, but your bed should work fine.

My friends keep asking why I'm never free on weekdays anymore. Well, the gyms closed down and I discovered Holly Dolke's workout videos. So I now spend my free time doing those because I love the burn and results!

I started two days ago: (Also I wanna let u guys know tht my friend actually recommended this workout, she saw results in a month) 1st day: VERy Tuff 2nd day: My stomach is like supeeeer sore in the morning but it feels kinda good in a weird way. Also I just finished it again, no difference yet but it’s hurting so must be working Day 3: It’s getting a LITTLE bit easier, still burning but now able to endure it more a bit. Day 4: Idk If it’s a wishful seeing but I just woke up and it seems like my stomach is flatTer haha. I just finished and the exercise is still challenging 🤧 Day 5: I literally had no motivation today but yall comments made me feel like I have to do it😆 and I did. It’s still very very hard but I think it will get easier. Also, not really much change yet. (I will be very honest throughout) Day 6: I am sorry guys, my “thing” started today and I just couldn’t get myself to do it :( I will do it tmr, promise! Day 7: I skipped cuz cramps sorry 🤧 Day 8: It’s really hard a gain because I have been missing doing it for two days. But I did it! Day 9: It’s crazy because tonight is the first time I did it all the way through without stopping, it gets easier. I can feel i guess “hard muscles” forming inside my stomach. I ordered crop tops today from Shein for the first time, along w/ body-cons. I feel so much more confident in wearing them. Ofc, u should love your body either way but just be healthy! i lost an inch off my stomach from doing this for a month!!! i made slight changes to my diet like intermittent fasting and cutting off chips, soda, and candy. pls don't starve urself!! trust me i did it for a while and it changed nothing and now i eat 3 meals a day and i feel great :) also i did only this workout 4-5 times a week! i hope i helped you on your journey, i'll update again once i've reached my goal hehe

Remember guys, you aren’t gonna see a difference right after you do this workout. You need to get into a routine, and don’t forget to eat healthy. If you can’t get yourself into a routine, then you aren’t dedicated enough.
I’ve been doing ab workouts for 5 years with no results. I never changed my eating habits (failed dieting again and again) and only did ab workouts. This year, I decided to change that. I’ve been working my whole body with cardio, legs, abs, and arms. And I’ve been trying to eat healthier, smaller portions. My weakness is sugars. I’ve seen amazing results in my arms and legs, but my stomach has stayed the same. I realized that my body has become “immune” to certain ab workouts/videos, due to too much repetition and not enough variety. I’m so glad I found you, Holly. Your ab workouts are completely different and I feel the burn every time. I can’t wait to see the results. ❤️
i’m gonna update y’all everyday. i’ll do it mixed with some different workouts for my back fat!! day 1: it was very relieving to finally be able to finish a workout with confidence. lifting legs was very challenging but hopefully it will be easier tomorrow. day 2: it was so nice today, still needs more practice but it goes way easier now and it feels nice to be able to complete it day 3: today the first part went by with a breeze, however towards the end i started to become more sloppy as my core really started to burn!! day 4: my abs r burning so much i accidentally skipped a day and it feels like i have to restart all over again 🥴 day 5: it went more smooth and i’m starting to see some change already!! i feel way more refreshed ❤️

I did this workout for a week, then i stopped doing it because ~lazynessss~ but then i realized that when I was face down my stomach felt hard. THOSE WERE ABS. This really works, and I will continue doing them

Starting it(+the slim legs workout) Day 1: feeling the pain but it wasn’t that hard Day 2: pretty tired but i did it(still feeling the pain) Day 3: no workout today because i decided to run (2km) Day 4: i feel stronger💪🏻(workout + run 2km) Day 5: it was hard because i was tired, but i did it(+10km biking) Day 6: today hardeer, but i don’t give up! Day 7: it was more easier then yesterday. ( my abs are more toned and i see changes on my legs too) Day 8: done Day 9: it was easy! Day 10: Great workout and pretty good results Day 11: Done Day 12: workout done (+2km run); my legs are more toned Day 13: done Day 14: done, i feel more confident with my body Day 15: i can’t believe that i started the workout 15 days ago! The results are pretty good, my abs are toned. I don t see evident changes on my legs: stronger legs but not slimmer (i don’t give up!) Day 16: good workout Day 17 Day 18-19-20: pause! Day 21: pretty hard after the pause Day 22: no workout Day 23:good workout(my legs look toned too!)
Karen Bueno you can get some visible results just after 2-3 weeks(workout every day), i haven’t had much belly fat but it feels more stronger(in this period i also ate Fast food too)
I have never posted any comments to exercise channles but Holly's workouts are amazing. She keeps it fun and interesting, while providing results. I've been doing her workouts for about 3 months a few times a week. But when I do her ab workouts everyday, after a week, I see an amazing transformation. I only watch her channel and I am currently following her 30 day quarantine workout routine. I am much more toned and stronger, and the best part is, I can really see it. I lost about 8 pounds from doing her workouts over the course of 3 months. Stick with her workouts because they really help. Thank you, Holly!
This workout is amazing for ages I’ve been doing ones that haven’t been effective and I’ve done this for just over a week and I have results! Also I do slimmer legs everyday too, and arms, muffin top and lower abs when ever possible. Thank you so much.

Also April Hans slim arm workout Day 1 : ✔️ Day 2 : ❌ I spent two hours exercising yesterday which may not be a lot but compared to my 0 minutes a day for my whole life it was a lot. I was too sore to do it, BUT I am back in it tomorrow no matter what!!
I am overweight but determined to change. I have got myself on a good diet and i will be updating daily. Doing this and the slim leg workout. Starting : Tummy; 97cm Goal; 90cm Waist; 86 cm. Goal; 80cm Day 1- Very sore and had to take a few breaks but finished! Day 2- Sore again but took 1 less break!
I just switched from chloe ting’s workout everyday to doing this and I’ll begin documenting my progress (not dieting just trying to eat in moderation): DAY 1: Motivated, lower abs burning a bit, completed it twice! DAY 2: Motivated, was easier, again completed twice :) DAY 3: Motivated, was easier and also did 30 mins of cardio, completed once DAY 4: Bit tired, was easy and did cardio, completed once DAY 5: Still motivated but was a bit of a burn, did a cardio workout beforehand, completed once DAY 6: Motivated, did a HIIT workout beforehand, completed once DAY 7: (1 week!) Motivated, did 2km of running beforehand, completed once, I see more definition/have lost roughly 1kg DAY 8: Sadly skipped due going on a long walk, will do x2 tomorrow DAY 9: Motivated, did some cardio and weights, completed x2 DAY 10: Not as motivated but also completed her jump rope workout

Luv the 7min workouts. It hurts but the best hurt ever. Workouts at 445am or 5am before getting ready for work and haul the little to school or camp is the best for the busy family schedule!

Holly, I dont know what I would do without your ab and arm workouts. I started 10 days ago after gaining weight over covid quarantine. I do them twice a day, once in morning and once in evening after my aerobics of 50-60 min. I have tons more energy and I cant wait to see my new body down the road soon. Thank you girl!

This is exactly what I needed im so glad i found this. Felt like every flat stomach workout was targeting every art of my body to the point where id get tired fairly quickly and just lose all motivation. Here, I feel no cramps in any area in my body besides my stomach and that is what I want! Thank you so much for this workout!

Perfect length for a daily set. I’ve tried long ones but you get intimidated after a while and are LESS likely to keep it up. 7 mins is quick but effective, great for every day :)
THIS works. I’ve been doing this workout for a long time and it never failed me to feel the BURN after the video. Do this every other day and with a healthy diet and 2L of water everyday, then you’ll see results in a few weeks. I love this workout so much because I can already feel the burn BURN on the 3rd workout. This is just right for my body, and 7 minutes with effective workouts are enough, so if you’re reading comments to see if it works PUT THE VIDEO ON FULL SCREEN AND WORKOUT. GET THAT SUMMER BODY!!!
Week 1: I loved this workout and did it everyday for the 1st week and I do feel less bloated. Week 2 : I feel like I lost half a inch of my belly fat. Looking forward to it since this workout is fun and quick and feels effective. Week 3 : Not much visible difference but I definitely feel less bloated and fit. P.s. - I took Holly's 7day challenge for belly fat loss between week 3 and 4 for this workout. Between week 4 to week 6 I lost 2cm. I will keep updating week wise ;)
@@oreillyautoparts06 yes u will too get it but I also did some other workouts along with this one...all were holly's...like the muffin top one, or the 1000 steps...I combined other workouts with this one as I felt like doing. I mean I was consistent with this one and combined it with different other workouts on different days of the week so that I don't get bored of the same routine.
hello, I usually don't post comments under workout videos but before a starting a video I always look up the comments to check whether the workout has worked for other people or not, so I thought I might as well put one too I started this workout yesterday paired with Lily Sabri's 10 Day stubborn belly fat workout Day 1 - the workouts felt easy but I still felt the burn I enjoyed the punching excercise the most Day 2 - when I woke up today my abs were so tight and hard and I didn't even bloat much after eating lunch
Been doing this workout every day for the past two weeks!!! Im overweight and most ab workouts I have a ton of difficulty completing! This is easy, don’t get me wrong it’s hard work but easy. I can do all this no problem and I’m pouring sweat. I can’t clap my hands under my knees but I still get as close as I can and geez I feel it!! It’s helped so much already ! Less back pain even!!!

I’m seeing a difference then before 11/24/19: wasn’t motivated today but did it anyways 11/25/19: had a bad day this helps with anger! As a 260 pound 16 year old boy doing these workouts, I'd like to keep you guys updated from day 1, and I'd like to start off slow and update you guys for a week and do forth. Day 1: Since I am really fat, these were definitely a challenge, I admit I did skip one of them only because I didn't have enough room in my house. My stomach kinda hurts and stings but I know it's for the best. Day 2: This day was a tiny bit harder for some reason but I was still able to get it done and I feel a bit better about myself Day 3:I couldn't finish the exercises because I was very short on time but I did do half of them. My mindset is good. I feel slightly smaller Day 4:Today's workout was a bit easier. Did everything with minimal struggle. Day 5: Today was great! I feel good about myself and did the exercises with some struggle as always but I was able to get through it Day 6:Today was also great. I was able to do the exercises with somewhat ease Day 7:
day 1: my belly was burning so much, i had to stop multiple times but i managed to finish it! day 2: still burned and i had to stop around 3 times? but i finished the workout! day 3: i stopped around 3 times but i think the pain got ever so slightly better :) day 4: felt sick so i couldn't exercise :( day 5: had to take 2 long breaks but managed to complete the workout! day 6: didn't have to take additional breaks except when i stopped halfway through the russian twist, that exercise always sets my stomach on fire 💦 day 7: didn't felt like exercising today :( day 8: had some stomach aches, so took things slower by having fewer reps of each exercise. did manage to pull through the whole workout! seeing some slight muscle definition (very little but it's there!) on the upper abs, but my stomach is still protruding haha. day 9-13: skipped 5 days of workout because of a family emergency, which caused me no time and motivation to work out. day 14: back! had to slow down because my body was stiff from the previous 5 days of not working out but im hoping it gets better
I have been doing this workout everyday for 2months and it is working for me! It is easy and short so even on the days I don't feel like working out, this one motivates me to do! I do have seen changes on my waist.

Day 1 of this workout. Miraculously, I made it thru the entire routine! I swear that this engaged abdomen muscles I didn't even know were there. And I'm pretty sure I'm gonna feel this workout from underboob to vagina for days. THANK YOU for doing more than planks! I get enough of those on YOGA/PILATE days. This is on my faves to do at least 2-3 times a week (to start). I probably won't be able to sit up without crying later today, but I'll appreciate it later.

I only do it twice a week and I've already noticed a vertical line appear on my stomach (most people have that already but for me, that's a miracle!). My muffin top is also a lot tighter and my legs feel stronger and look leaner.

Back in 2020 when we were all at home, I used to workout to her videos everyday! They helped me shed 15 pounds. I was also drinking a lot of water and eating very healthy. After having to go back to work a year after, I was completely stressed and gained the weight back and then some lol. So here I am in 2024 getting back into my old routine with Holly 😊

Okay let's do this! Day 1: I did it twice definitely felt the burn! Day 2: I was too lazy to do the whole workout so I did some crunches. i just wanted to say something about Holly’s workouts. and yes i am not a fake commenter, because i have actually been doing holly’s workouts and i have literally been dancing and beeen soooo much more happy with my body. I took before and after pics and i can literally seeeee a hugeeee difference. The workouts that i did of holly’s is the slim leg one and this one. But i have been doing some of Gabriella Whited ones which really helps! I decided to switch to holly’s as my legs are literally looking so bomb so i wanted to test out her flat stomach ones, when i was doing this workout i noticed that my abs were really really burning much more and i wasn’t dieing i was happy and i know because i trust holly and that she is helping every insecure person watching this video! :) oh and i’ve been doing her workouts for about 2-3 weeks x
I’m going to be doing this for 2 weeks!!! Day 1: Definitely got tired, but pushed through. Day 2: Got a little bit easier and my abs definitely feel sore.
Day 3: The workout got much easier than the first couple of days. I am starting to see the line in the center which was very fast. I was not expecting this to work on day 3. I also do this workout about twice a day.

I am a mother of 2 and was always skinny as a child but having my kids made me gain weight and I hated the way I looked always pulling down on my shirt trying to hike my shorts up so you wouldnt see the fat I am proud to say i have lost 5 pounds already and plan to keep going I want that beach bod and I wont stop until i reach my goal!!!!

I’ve started this workout today. I’m gonna do this twice a day and keep everyone posted about the progress.
Day 1- I can feel my sides and upper abs burning.
I’m gonna wake up sore 😐
Day 2- I did this workout on an empty stomach and it definitely makes a difference. My abs are on 🔥
Day 3- I did this workout twice and the difference is very noticeable . My stomach is less bloated, upper abs feel tight and this workout feels much easier than day 1.
Day 4- I was able to do this workout thrice. My upper abs have more definition now, my stomach feels tight.
Day 5- I could only do it once but I feel extremely motivated. The lines (definition) on my abs are more prominent now.
Day 6- Did it thrice! I feel more confident sporting crop tops than I did 6 days ago.
Day 7- I breezed through the workout today.
End results- I’ve lost 2 inches of belly fat in total. I’ve got very prominent ab lines now. Definitely continuing with this workout.
PS- I started off with some flab on my stomach which is slowly melting off. The only changes I’ve made in my diet are cutting back on sugar and not eating anything after 7 pm. Brisk walking for 30-45 minutes a day has also helped.

I've been doing cardio and weights for two years, hourly sessions 2x a week but seen no results whatsoever (I also eat healthily). I dont know why I didn't stop after the first few months of seeing nothing happening.
These workouts are intense but not overpowering, and they target the exact areas I wanted to lose fat from!

@@makeup8715 I saw results after like a month of doing the mix 2 times a week (roughly 8 sessions. Only subtle results but after 16 weeks they're more noticeable).
I wasnt overweight beforehand but just had some areas like thighs and stomach I wanted to tone up in, and no I dont exactly count calories.
Unfortunately at the moment I really struggle with binge eating, and that makes me feel guilty so I always workout after a binge.
I'm trying to get out of the habit but it's so hard! Its making me very depressed because just as I see results I start craving all the wrong foods and something clicks in my brain where I can't say no. I open a sharing pack of crisps or chocolate, thinking "I'll just have small handful" and end up eating it all.
I know loads of people do that, but for me it's a lot worse and I think its psychological. Like for example I have anxiety and I've noticed I normally can't say no to food on a Sunday, despite being able to most other days of the week. I always binge eat Sunday evening, and I think it's my bodies' way of coping with the coming week and the unknown. It's a comfort thing.
That being said, when I'm not binge eating I eat sensibly and healthily. Breakfast is porridge with blueberries or banana (sometimes a teaspoon of honey). I make it with almond milk as dairy can give me breakouts (I still eat dairy but just reduce it where I can).
Mid morning snack is fruit or nuts, sometimes a homemade energy bar.
Lunch is raw vegetables (carrot sticks, cucumber, tomatoes, pepper) and sometimes a chicken or tuna salad wholemeal wrap.
Dinner is more vegetables and some meat or fish, I dont eat dessert unless I'm eating out.
I've just upped my workouts to 3x a week, as i was becoming a bit too familiar with the same routine, and i think it's good to change it up a bit.
I also need to start sleeping more though, 6 hours every day isn't really ideal for my age range and especially if my muscles need time to repair and recover.

Its soo hard to break the cycle, and just when I think I've mastered it, something else rocks me emotionally or I have a mildly bad day/experience and I go back to stuffing my face.
Tips I've heard from others dont seem to help me, for example "just don't go near the kitchen... if you want food do something with your hands or sing a song..."
Like seriously my kitchen is in the middle of my house, you have to go through it to get to every single room! Also I simply have no willpower to say no when I crave food. I've tried putting more unhealthy/sugary foods in boxes that aren't transparent to avoid temptation but I always end up eating the contents anyway. As I live in a family of 5 I can't exactly dictate what foods we eat (I tried trashing the bad foods and stocking cupboards with healthy stuff but as I'm the only one in my family who wants to be healthy it quickly went back to square 1.) When I move out I swear it will be a whole lot easier because I will do the grocery shop and get to fill my cupboards with a rainbow of vegetables and fruit.
So idk really... when I'm cured of this extremely depressing disorder I'll leave my secrets here. In the meantime good luck trying to break free. It really sucks.
*BUT* other people have successfully overcome this, I may have to personally hunt them down to figure out what superpower they aren't telling me about. Dont give up.. food won't control us forever!!!

I can relate to that too. Sorry you're having such a hard time... I have literally just sat down from doing 100 sit ups and crunches, 50 squats and pushups just because after dinner I decided to binge on 3 packs of crisps and 2 chocolate bars.
My body doesn't need it. But something in my brain says I do?
My stomach knows when it's full, but between my stomach and my brain the signal gets lost and my brain decides to tell me to "go on. Eat that piece of cake. It's not much. You deserve it because you worked out earlier." Or "you only had an apple for breakfast. Make up for it now!"
This is why it's so hard to see results when working out. Nutrition is super important for weight loss or toning, but I find it a whole lot harder than exercise!
However once you have a decent routine in place I think it does make a difference to your attitude towards food. For example the more I do this workout the more I feel inclined to stick to good food. A downside is I'm always feeling hungry 🤷♀️
My new exercise regime, 3x a week is:
*10 minutes warm up*
Running on the spot, arm circles, star jumps, rotator cuffs, ankle stretches, skipping etc. Just a mash up really to get my heart rate up. I always stretch for at least 5 of the 10 minutes
*40 minutes workout*
I've started doing a bit of kickboxing to tone my thighs/legs and it's also an effective way to lose overall weight. 10 star jumps, 20 alternating high kicks then repeat 3 times. This is kind of an extension to the warm up.
After that I do the 7 min abs workout on this channel, followed by the indoor walking one, followed by the thigh workout.
I do change the order of the workout occasionally, and if I have time I do more than one set of the shorter routines.
*10 minutes cooldown*
Stretching everything and drinking loads of water.
I would just add that I use a smartwatch to monitor my workouts. I think it does help, because it makes me work harder to reach my calorie goal (which is to burn 300 cal minimum per workout). Doing the above workout usually means I burn around 300-350 calories.
I've stopped using weights altogether now, as I feel like they just bulked me out if anything. They say weights are better than cardio when it comes time weight loss but that's where I think the workouts on this channel are awesome: because you can do a bit of cardio but there are also toning exercises to do at home which is basically what weights at the gym would do for you.
Sorry if any of the above is confusing.
I wish there was more help out there for binge eaters. Its becoming an increasing problem but very few solutions have been found. I guess it's down to the individual and their circumstances.
@@rebeccamclaren97 thank you, I have the same problems with my family too, and I'll definitely try the tips. 2 others I know is for example that if you want to go to the kitchen to get unhealthy food u have to do lunges the whole way there and back or so, and since probably u don't feel like doing that, it might help. Also maybe try brushing ur teeth more often since then you'll have that minty taste in ur mouth which makes food taste bitter. Anyway, good luck in getting over it!

I've been doing it for one and a half week now and I can already see the results. I previously had an originally semi-flat stomach so what I only needed was to gain abs and SO DID I!
I've been doing this workout every day since I started and I already see the results. Not a huge difference but for this short amount of time, it's amazing. Also, it only takes 7 mins so you can do it!

Day I lost track: I have not been updating for about 4 days but I promise I did them everyday. I came back because i see a result. My bump that always pop up when i wear my jeans is now gone. And before I did this work out, I was 96 lbs. I am now 91 so i lost about 5 pounds. (Also, don’t worry I am not underweight. I am 4’11, and 18 years old I am just small lol)
Day whatever: So, my stomach is now a decent size of what I wanted to achieve. I ordered crop tops today from Shein for the first time, along w/ body-cons. I feel so much more confident in wearing them. Ofc, u should love your body either way but just be healthy! Stay safe everyone. 🤍

I think it all depends individually, but I think that if u work out everyday, u will see a result in less than a month. you got this ✨ If u do it for a week, it actually became a habit and I just do it every evening without thinking much. i lost an inch off my stomach from doing this for a month!!! i made slight changes to my diet like intermittent fasting and cutting off chips, soda, and candy. pls don't starve urself!! trust me i did it for a while and it changed nothing and now i eat 3 meals a day and i feel great :) also i did only this workout 4-5 times a week! i hope i helped you on your journey, i'll update again once i've reached my goal hehe

I’ve been doing ab workouts for 5 years with no results. I never changed my eating habits (failed dieting again and again) and only did ab workouts. This year, I decided to change that. I’ve been working my whole body with cardio, legs, abs, and arms. And I’ve been trying to eat healthier, smaller portions. My weakness is sugars. I’ve seen amazing results in my arms and legs, but my stomach has stayed the same. I realized that my body has become “immune” to certain ab workouts/videos, due to too much repetition and not enough variety. I’m so glad I found you, Holly. Your ab workouts are completely different and I feel the burn every time. I can’t wait to see the results. ❤️

day 1: it was very relieving to finally be able to finish a workout with confidence. lifting legs was very challenging but hopefully it will be easier tomorrow.
day 2: it was so nice today, still needs more practice but it goes way easier now and it feels nice to be able to complete it
day 3: today the first part went by with a breeze, however towards the end i started to become more sloppy as my core really started to burn!!
day 4: my abs r burning so much i accidentally skipped a day and it feels like i have to restart all over again 🥴

Karen Bueno you can get some visible results just after 2-3 weeks(workout every day), i haven’t had much belly fat but it feels more stronger(in this period i also ate Fast food too)
I have never posted any comments to exercise channles but Holly's workouts are amazing. She keeps it fun and interesting, while providing results. I've been doing her workouts for about 3 months a few times a week. But when I do her ab workouts everyday, after a week, I see an amazing transformation. I only watch her channel and I am currently following her 30 day quarantine workout routine. I am much more toned and stronger, and the best part is, I can really see it. I just switched from chloe ting’s workout everyday to doing this and I’ll begin documenting my progress (not dieting just trying to eat in moderation): DAY 1: Motivated, lower abs burning a bit, completed it twice! I’ve been doing this workout for a long time and it never failed me to feel the BURN after the video. Do this every other day and with a healthy diet and 2L of water everyday, then you’ll see results in a few weeks.
I love this workout so much because I can already feel the burn BURN on the 3rd workout.

Week 1: I loved this workout and did it everyday for the 1st week and I do feel less bloated.
Week 2 : I feel like I lost half a inch of my belly fat. Looking forward to it since this workout is fun and quick and feels effective.
Week 3 : Not much visible difference but I definitely feel less bloated and fit.
P.s. - I took Holly's 7day challenge for belly fat loss between week 3 and 4 for this workout.

@@oreillyautoparts06 yes u will too get it but I also did some other workouts along with this one...all were holly's...like the muffin top one, or the 1000 steps...I combined other workouts with this one as I felt like doing. I mean I was consistent with this one and combined it with different other workouts on different days of the week so that I don't get bored of the same routine.

Been doing this workout every day for the past two weeks!!! Im overweight and most ab workouts I have a ton of difficulty completing! This is easy, don’t get me wrong it’s hard work but easy. I can do all this no problem and I’m pouring sweat. I can’t clap my hands under my knees but I still get as close as I can and geez I feel it!! It’s helped so much already ! Less back pain even!!!

As a 260 pound 16 year old boy doing these workouts, I'd like to keep you guys updated from day 1, and I'd like to start off slow and update you guys for a week and do forth.
Day 1: Since I am really fat, these were definitely a challenge, I admit I did skip one of them only because I didn't have enough room in my house. My stomach kinda hurts and stings but I know it's for the best.
Day 2: This day was a tiny bit harder for some reason but I was still able to get it done and I feel a bit better about myself
Day 3:I couldn't finish the exercises because I was very short on time but I did do half of them. My mindset is good. I feel slightly smaller
Day 4:Today's workout was a bit easier. Did everything with minimal struggle.
Day 5: Today was great! I feel good about myself and did the exercises with some struggle as always but I was able to get through it

day 1: my belly was burning so much, i had to stop multiple times but i managed to finish it!
day 2: still burned and i had to stop around 3 times? but i finished the workout!
day 3: i stopped around 3 times but i think the pain got ever so slightly better :)
day 4: felt sick so i couldn't exercise :(
day 5: had to take 2 long breaks but managed to complete the workout!
day 6: didn't have to take additional breaks except when i stopped halfway through the russian twist, that exercise always sets my stomach on fire 💦
day 7: didn't felt like exercising today :(
day 8: had some stomach aches, so took things slower by having fewer reps of each exercise. did manage to pull through the whole workout! seeing some slight muscle definition (very little but it's there!) on the upper abs, but my stomach is still protruding haha.
day 9-13: skipped 5 days of workout because of a family emergency, which caused me no time and motivation to work out.
day 14: back! had to slow down because my body was stiff from the previous 5 days of not working out but im hoping it gets better

Day 1 of this workout. Miraculously, I made it thru the entire routine! I swear that this engaged abdomen muscles I didn't even know were there. And I'm pretty sure I'm gonna feel this workout from underboob to vagina for days. THANK YOU for doing more than planks! I get enough of those on YOGA/PILATE days. This is on my faves to do at least 2-3 times a week (to start).
I probably won't be able to sit up without crying later today, but I'll appreciate it later.

I do this workout, then your slim legs workout, then repeat, then cool down with stretches. I only do it twice a week and I've already noticed a vertical line appear on my stomach (most people have that already but for me, that's a miracle!). My muffin top is also a lot tighter and my legs feel stronger and look leaner.

Back in 2020 when we were all at home, I used to workout to her videos everyday! They helped me shed 15 pounds. I was also drinking a lot of water and eating very healthy. After having to go back to work a year after, I was completely stressed and gained the weight back and then some lol. So here I am in 2024 getting back into my old routine with Holly 😊

week one:
day 1: done and definitely a killer workout, but it makes you feel better about yourself
day 2: today my lower stomach was on fire from yesterday and i think im starting to see lines
day 3: i skipped today because i wasn't home all day and got home around 1am. i'll do it 2 times tmr
day 4: i did one today! i will do another later tonight to make up from last night. i did my second one :)
day 5: i didnt mention before but it gets easier as you do it :)
day 6: done! and i love this workout!!
day 7: done!
im honestly so happy with the result i feel like my stomach is so much tighter and i definitely have the ab lines!! will continues to do. i also have been eating healthier :)

Day 1: I did it twice definitely felt the burn!
Day 2: I was too lazy to do the whole workout so I did some crunches.
Day 3: I woke up this morning and my stomach looked flat and my oblique muscles looked toned (probably just morning skinny) I did the workout twice and may even do it a third time!

i just wanted to say something about Holly’s workouts. and yes i am not a fake commenter, because i have actually been doing holly’s workouts and i have literally been dancing and beeen soooo much more happy with my body. I took before and after pics and i can literally seeeee a hugeeee difference. The workouts that i did of holly’s is the slim leg one and this one. But i have been doing some of Gabriella Whited ones which really helps! I decided to switch to holly’s as my legs are literally looking so bomb so i wanted to test out her flat stomach ones, when i was doing this workout i noticed that my abs were really really burning much more and i wasn’t dieing i was happy and i know because i trust holly and that she is helping every insecure person watching this video! :) oh and i’ve been doing her workouts for about 2-3 weeks x

Day 3: The workout got much easier than the first couple of days. I am starting to see the line in the center which was very fast. I was not expecting this to work on day 3. I also do this workout about twice a day.
Thank you so much Holly this work is so effective this is day 10 for me and ive been doing your workouts everyday religiously I skipped this morning but I thought i need to do it so here I am at 9 oclock at night doing it.. I am a mother of 2 and was always skinny as a child but having my kids made me gain weight and I hated the way I looked always pulling down on my shirt trying to hike my shorts up so you wouldnt see the fat I am proud to say i have lost 5 pounds already and plan to keep going I want that beach bod and I wont stop until i reach my goal!!!!
