Hi mad! I just want to say thank you! I’m overweight and I tried so many workouts for my weight loss. I’m only 14 and my body weight is about 85 kg. My life is kinda weird. I was depressed and I was having problems with self harming, since I remember I was always eating when I was sad, and my relationship with my mother is terrible. I am so ashamed about my body but I decided to change it. I’m writing this comment because I know that there are lots of people that are having the same problem. I want to say thank you. Im watching you for five months and I need to say that your workouts are really helping me. You are such a great person, and you really motivated me to take a step forward and start taking care of myself! Again, thank you very much Mad, you’re inspiring people🥰

If anyone is looking to make this/any of these workouts more intense, just keep doing the moves through the 30 second breaks so you transition from one to the next. keeps the heart rate up and makes it that much more difficult :) love these

I have made a playlist for myself of your workouts that are my personal favorite! I do them if not everyday, every other! They are amazing, they get my heart rate up and make me covered in sweat! I am always sore the day after. I have seen tremendous changes already too and it makes me feel very satisfied!!

If you are asking personally though, I should add that I run 3-4 times per week and have a rather healthy diet as well as doing Maddie's exercises. The combination of all these gives me results.
Oh man. Only made it through 2 rounds. It's been awhile since I really took working out seriously. I'm glad I'm back but it's been a huge set back. I had incredible control over my body and mind once, I will do it again. And these videos will help me get back there once again! Thank you MadFit!

a month ago I couldn't even complete the second set and I tried this again three months later of daily workouts and I could complete every single set without stopping the video. you can do this people, cheer up!

I started with a 20min Full body workout with dumbbells and finished with this. To be honest I had to use a 3min break before the last round although I am pretty fit, because I was out of breath. I am feeling so energised now ☺️ Thank you for what you are doing for us !!
I have to say, I get pretty tired of the same workout routines you find out there, (Im sure its incredibly difficult for instructors to change it up) but this workout had some unique qualities to it, along with many of your workouts , and was a fun change of pace! Refreshing. :)

Hey I discovered your channel a month ago, when school stopped. I had a lot of time and sports was cancelled too (I fence as a sport) so I was craving exercise, and usually I dislike just plainly workout out. But I have to say, I never planned on doing your workouts long-term but now I do multiple of them, along with abs from another channel, up to 5 times a week! First week was hard. But I've come to the point where I can do 3-4 HIIT workouts of yours in a day, with less rest time than you give (usually 30 seconds is way too much for me now), and I can even add another set to almost all and immediately hold a plank at the end for all your outros! Along with a little bit healthier eating, I've lost weight, almost got abs, and I just feel fitter with so much energy. No workouts here kill me anymore, which means I can do more than just 1. And whenever ads come on, I just do planks too haha. Thank you so much for making this free, Maddie! I've done specific this workout probably 15 times now. It's my favorite. :D Anyone who reads this, you can do it! Think about where you can be in a month. Just a month. Good luck, stay healthy, and take this time for yourself! No matter how old you are.

60 min HIIT? Who the hell posted that video? HIIT cannot be that long. After the 30 min mark, it stops being high intensive and becomes moderate.

i was avoiding doing this cause i hate cardio. all the exercises in this were super fun and a good level of challenging without being too mcuh.
