THIS WORKOUT HAS BEEN A REAL LIFESAVER. I've been really struggling with my flabby/fat arms which caused me to be really insecure and wear long-sleeved shirts/blouses. However, ever since I started following this routine, I've noticed my arms become way more toned & overall slim. Yes- I think it is great- but as a person who has always worked out- just because you’re pregnant doesn’t mean you should stop working out! I was working out up until a week and a half before I gave birth. It wasn’t a big deal. I’m sure it’s the same for holly! Thanks for the awesome videos, holly!

I'm a disabled person and recently started Holly's 1000 steps in seven min as I needed to increase my fitness levels and can't go far. This has lead to me finding her other short exercise routines and I love them. Thank you for helping me enjoy exercising again

I saw pics of mine from a relative's weeding wearing a sleeveless dress and my jaw dropped seeing how huge my arms were looking, I used to adore her abs and legs workouts bcs they were so short yet so effective and now I have found another banger , i have done this workout 4-5 ish time in almost 2 weeks and i can LITREALLY see a difference JUST 4 FREAKING TIMES . @@___vasilyeva___7014about a year n a half ago i did her other arm workout thats super similar 3 to 4 times a dayn my arms shrunk a fair amount in that two months, tho i did also do robertas 12 exercises to do in bed video up to four times a day. Im back to doin them all again this week n for the future
This was the 4th day of this workout and wow! I didn't even find it hard to keep my arms straight in the air for 8 minutes...... thank you so much holly!
So I will do this for a week and update daily So here goes my progress Day 1: Completed✔ As it was without break so it really hurt and I had to take 4 breaks in between but the break was only 10 seconds long Day 2:Completed✔ Today was also harder and I noticed that the faster we change the exercies the more it burns .......in the last i couldn't really do it but I finally completed ......I don't know whether it will help in losing arm fat or nor but it will definitely make my arm stronger ....Btw I took rest 5 times but only 3 seconds break....so yes Meet you tomorrow Day 3:Completed✔I only dropped my hands 2 times ......it was really hard but yeah I (we)did it ...thankyou so much guys for motivation .....Now I m gonna have to complete it for you guys.... I went to see my massage therapist yesterday and she commented on my arm muscles feeling tighter! And I had only been doing this workout for four days! Thank you for giving me hope with changing my body.

Last weekend she asked me to fetch 2 sacks of soil from her car to put in the garden. I could not even move one sack! She came over and lifted both sacks in one arm and carried to the garden!! Ah I’m so sorry that Ellie is injured! Hope she’s better soon. This was a true burner as I have already done two other 8 minute arm workouts today... (plus all of the usual workouts). OMG I just did this without resting for 7 mins straight! This is an achievement for me. I used to do this with 2x rests in between minute 3:51 every time. Will definitely do this on regular basis. I need to lose my flabby arms
Doing this 2x a day for 14 days straight (with bangle weights) February 10 ✅ February 11 ✅ February 12 ✅ February 13 ✅ (almost skipped but set aside my “excuse”) February 14 ✅ (noticed slight difference - felt like my arms are less flabby and more toned) February 15 ✅ (the burn is real) February 16 ✅ (proud of myself for doing this for seven days, yet i still struggle not putting my arms down, more days to come = more strength) February 17 ✅ (i started doing this more intentionally to prevent dropping my arms) February 18 ✅ February 19 ✅ (10th day of doing this yay! this is a really good exercise for those with bad back since it’s mostly sitting) February 20 ✅ (did this a bit early since i’m fixing my body clock. since i’m doing this for 11 days now i’ve also transitioned to doing a full body standing exercise to give a full body burn. this is still a nice addition to toning my arms. i’m just proud that i’ve been really disciplined to do this for consecutive days) February 21 ✅ (the difference is amazing. still a long way to go but after doing for a couple of days consistently, the change is noticeable) February 22 ✅ (yay one more day! im planning on doing another 14-day arm challenge with one of Holly’s arm workout to continue my progress) February 23 ✅ (i made it! i used to be that kind of person who stops at day 3. more than toning my arms, this exercise helped me stay disciplined) unfortunately, I wasn’t able to measure my arms, but visually, I can see changes - they’re less flabby and they are more firm. to give more context, i do this 2x a day with bangle weights (1lb each), and i do calorie deficit + 30-40 min workout. i will be doing another arm or tummy exercise aside from those. if anyone is reading this, you can do it! small step is better than doing nothing at all.
This video is incredible. Trying to build arm muscle and people have been telling me they're amazed and that I am becoming noticeably strong now. I coupled this video with a few others and once I had this one down, I started using weights with it! I love that she gives breaks on the muscles by exercising others. That helped a lot in the beginning.
First time doing this workout. Trust the comments in this vid that says your arms will feel like falling off. They really do! AND that is how you know it's working! If it's burning, you wanna cry and it feels like falling off, yup, you're on your way!

This was my first time tuning in. I am 5ft 3in and 210lbs....I walk up 10 steps and I am out of breath...This past Sunday I started eating healthier and get exercise in. Sad to say every 1 1/2 minutes I dropped my arms...the pain was too much...I guess I was moving muscles I have not moved in years....I never stopped...If I am being honest I have to say I seriously wanted to cry because I could not keep my arms up like you......But I made a promise to myself that each day I will do better and better.....If anyone has any non-surgical advice I would love to hear them...Thanks

Shortly after I posted my comment, I broke 2 toes....then I contracted Covid after the toes healed...then my husband was diagnosed with bladder and prostate cancer....he has 4 surgeries....then I broke 2 fingers....slammed them in the Omni-Cell at work and on my way to get X-rays, I slammed the same hand in a door leading out of the O. R. (Anesthesia workroom door) after that my adult son who lives with us contracted Covid. On top of all of this I am an Anesthesia Nurse...so since Covid working around the clock with crazy hours eating at all times of the day AND night. But as of 4 weeks I decided I still need to take care of me. So I started the excise program again and I am down 7 pounds. I feel real good about it too. So I am going to keep it up. I was a person who really had insecurity in my arms. Even for a person like me, whose arms doesn't even sweat or flinch even after a tough workout, this works well..trust me💪💪. This workout reduces the arm fat and gives your arms a very good shape.🎉 For best results, do it after a warmup and stretch your arms after the workout.
Its really good. My arm got toned in a good way and my arms look in a very better shape now. I did it daily for months. But you can start seeing results after two to three days. Its still make my arms sore. But now I don't do it bcoz I am bc with college.

Before this workout, i have checked the comments and saw some saying that they were dropping their arms about 4-2 times. I was confident in not dropping them in all, but I have only dropped them once for a few seconds. Over all this workout was a big burner and I really felt my muscles building up!!!

I really love her arm workouts! I am doing a couple of them and you really see the change very quick and I do enjoy the pain and since it´s a workout everyone can do from a sitting position, it´s awesome for lazy ppl like me lmao! Totally recommend them to anyone new reading this!!

Julia M. That’s kinda ironic 😂 I felt the other one was more difficult. But I have only been doing it for a few weeks. Maybe trying this one was harder for you because your muscle were used to doing the other one so consistently and changing that up was like a break in routine which made it harder. But I could be wrong 😅

This is absolutely perfect!!! All that I was looking for in an arm workout. It concentrates solely on upper limb movement and strength, without any push ups, dips or burpees. Loved it!! Just when it felt like my arms would drop off, the next move would start. Perfectly timed!!

This is the best arm workout I have come so far. Nor too long, neither short, no equipment, no push -up, still manages to make you scream. Yes! This is what I was looking for. I'm doing this and her other "Tone in 8 Min" exercise twice a day. Its only been 4 days, so obviously I didn't notice any changes or toning. But I know, very soon I will. I've given myself 20 days. So let's see what happens!😅

Promise keep updating Day 1: Only drooped my arms once. ✔ Day 2: Boy this Burned like hell but I didn't dropped neither once this time ✔ Day 3: don't feel my arms anymore ✔ Day 4: A bit later but I did ✔ Day 5: I'm passing through some real pain here ✔ Day 6: Some how wasn't that bad ✔ Day 7: Today was ✔ I have lost 1 cm in the left arm and 1,3 cm in the right on. I've been doing this workout for quite a while and my arms have been toned. Since it was getting easy I started doing it with weights, i used 0.5 kg and I felt like i was doing this workout from the start again! whew
You can also do this beleive yourself At first it was very hard for me literally I took 6 breaks at first day but after 1 week I became habituated and did the whole workout without break

I saw pics of mine from a relative's weeding wearing a sleeveless dress and my jaw dropped seeing how huge my arms were looking, I used to adore her abs and legs workouts bcs they were so short yet so effective and now I have found another banger , i have done this workout 4-5 ish time in almost 2 weeks and i can LITREALLY see a difference JUST 4 FREAKING TIMES . Im back to doin them all again this week n for the future

Day 1: Completed✔ As it was without break so it really hurt and I had to take 4 breaks in between but the break was only 10 seconds long
Day 2:Completed✔ Today was also harder and I noticed that the faster we change the exercies the more it burns .......in the last i couldn't really do it but I finally completed ......I don't know whether it will help in losing arm fat or nor but it will definitely make my arm stronger ....Btw I took rest 5 times but only 3 seconds break....so yes

Last weekend she asked me to fetch 2 sacks of soil from her car to put in the garden. I could not even move one sack! She came over and lifted both sacks in one arm and carried to the garden!! I feel really low and defeated

Ah I’m so sorry that Ellie is injured! Hope she’s better soon. This was a true burner as I have already done two other 8 minute arm workouts today... (plus all of the usual workouts). February 20 ✅ (did this a bit early since i’m fixing my body clock. since i’m doing this for 11 days now i’ve also transitioned to doing a full body standing exercise to give a full body burn. this is still a nice addition to toning my arms. i’m just proud that i’ve been really disciplined to do this for consecutive days)
February 21 ✅ (the difference is amazing. still a long way to go but after doing for a couple of days consistently, the change is noticeable)
February 22 ✅ (yay one more day! im planning on doing another 14-day arm challenge with one of Holly’s arm workout to continue my progress)
February 23 ✅ (i made it! i used to be that kind of person who stops at day 3. more than toning my arms, this exercise helped me stay disciplined)
unfortunately, I wasn’t able to measure my arms, but visually, I can see changes - they’re less flabby and they are more firm. to give more context, i do this 2x a day with bangle weights (1lb each), and i do calorie deficit + 30-40 min workout. i will be doing another arm or tummy exercise aside from those. if anyone is reading this, you can do it! small step is better than doing nothing at all.

This video is incredible. Trying to build arm muscle and people have been telling me they're amazed and that I am becoming noticeably strong now. I coupled this video with a few others and once I had this one down, I started using weights with it! I love that she gives breaks on the muscles by exercising others. That helped a lot in the beginning.
First time doing this workout. Trust the comments in this vid that says your arms will feel like falling off. They really do! AND that is how you know it's working! If it's burning, you wanna cry and it feels like falling off, yup, you're on your way!

This was my first time tuning in. I am 5ft 3in and 210lbs....I walk up 10 steps and I am out of breath...This past Sunday I started eating healthier and get exercise in. Sad to say every 1 1/2 minutes I dropped my arms...the pain was too much...I guess I was moving muscles I have not moved in years....I never stopped...If I am being honest I have to say I seriously wanted to cry because I could not keep my arms up like you......But I made a promise to myself that each day I will do better and better.....If anyone has any non-surgical advice I would love to hear them...Thanks

Shortly after I posted my comment, I broke 2 toes....then I contracted Covid after the toes healed...then my husband was diagnosed with bladder and prostate cancer....he has 4 surgeries....then I broke 2 fingers....slammed them in the Omni-Cell at work and on my way to get X-rays, I slammed the same hand in a door leading out of the O. R. (Anesthesia workroom door) after that my adult son who lives with us contracted Covid. On top of all of this I am an Anesthesia Nurse...so since Covid working around the clock with crazy hours eating at all times of the day AND night. But as of 4 weeks I decided I still need to take care of me. So I started the excise program again and I am down 7 pounds. I feel real good about it too. So I am going to keep it up. I like feeling this way! Thank you again for asking!

I was a person who really had insecurity in my arms. Even for a person like me, whose arms doesn't even sweat or flinch even after a tough workout, this works well..trust me💪💪. This workout reduces the arm fat and gives your arms a very good shape.🎉
For best results, do it after a warmup and stretch your arms after the workout.

Its really good. My arm got toned in a good way and my arms look in a very better shape now. I did it daily for months. But you can start seeing results after two to three days. Its still make my arms sore. But now I don't do it bcoz I am bc with college.

Before this workout, i have checked the comments and saw some saying that they were dropping their arms about 4-2 times. I was confident in not dropping them in all, but I have only dropped them once for a few seconds. Over all this workout was a big burner and I really felt my muscles building up!!!

Julia M. That’s kinda ironic 😂 I felt the other one was more difficult. But I have only been doing it for a few weeks. Maybe trying this one was harder for you because your muscle were used to doing the other one so consistently and changing that up was like a break in routine which made it harder. But I could be wrong 😅

This is absolutely perfect!!! All that I was looking for in an arm workout. It concentrates solely on upper limb movement and strength, without any push ups, dips or burpees. Loved it!! Just when it felt like my arms would drop off, the next move would start. Perfectly timed!!

This is the best arm workout I have come so far. Nor too long, neither short, no equipment, no push -up, still manages to make you scream. Yes! This is what I was looking for. I'm doing this and her other "Tone in 8 Min" exercise twice a day. Its only been 4 days, so obviously I didn't notice any changes or toning. But I know, very soon I will. I've given myself 20 days. So let's see what happens!😅

Can men also do Holly's workouts? I am a man, my girl friend has been doing Holly's biceps workouts for many years! Last weekend she asked me to fetch 2 sacks of soil from her car to put in the garden. I could not even move one sack! She came over and lifted both sacks in one arm and carried to the garden!! I feel really low and defeated
Finally was able to finish without a break on day 5. Burns like hell but I can already feel my arms are changing. Keep going folks, it’s worth it!!!

I've been doing this workout for quite a while and my arms have been toned. Since it was getting easy I started doing it with weights, i used 0.5 kg and I felt like i was doing this workout from the start again! whew
How in the world did she do this without any rest?! This one killed me !!

At first it was very hard for me literally I took 6 breaks at first day but after 1 week I became habituated and did the whole workout without break
The real pain is I can't see how much more to do while doing this workout as I don't drop my hands
