I am a silent viewer usually, but this is the second workout that I've seen from Holly and I find her workouts pretty easy and also really effective. I am weak as shit, but her workouts actually give good effects and I am not exhausted or something. I am amazed.
@cmk Color Me Kool Cheryl Kolbeck I have that same worry, but I have a tip for planking. Get on a rug and if you slip you are either too low or too high. If you don’t slip then you are perfectly positioned. Hope this helps!

My progress! Day 1: I only really did half as I felt like working out but the next morning I saw a difference so decided to carry on with it! Day 2: I did the full thing! Definitely harder then day 1 as my abs were sore! Day 3: I could feel it getting easier and saw results already! I was definitely toning! I decided to do it twice that day one in the morning and one at night! Day 4: I could definitely feel my abs getting stronger! I really am enjoying the challenge! Comeback for daily updates! Day 5: you can see the toned abs! Day 6: you can feel your abs getting stronger, very pleased with the results. I could also feel the workout getting easier. Disclaimer! I already have a flat stomach, there fore it is easier for me to see results quicker!
Noor’s Art I had fruit for breakfast, lunch I didn’t really go healthy I just went with what I usually have so wraps, sandwich, pasta ect. I would have 1 snack between lunch and dinner. And for dinner I tend to have some sort of meat with a side. I don’t have a diet I just cut back on the snacks I eat.
Yes I am already doing this in routine and have lost almost 4.5 kg in month..(8.5 kg in two months updated). really helpful excersises but in beginning few days I used to get tired too much...
i do ur intense flat stomach workout 8 min and I LOVE IT. been doing it every night for months and my stomach has been flat for so long :) got those abs too! love it
hey so I just started that today and on the exercise where you kick your leg up and then bring it to the side I don’t feel that in my abs I feel it in my legs do you know why?
emma j you’re using your legs more..... i keep my other leg a little bit up off the floor, not resting on the floor, and that helps you feel it in your abs more
I've been doing this workout in the mornings for the past couple of days, incorporated with some of my own exercises, and I'm definitely seeing positive results! I feel better about my weight when I look in the mirror now and my stomach is beginning to look flatter. I'm also on a slimming world diet and snacking less which really helps with a quicker weight loss
I’ve only been doing this workout for 3 days but I’m already seeing insane results! Take in mind I am a runner training around 3-7 miles a day!! But my abs are looking so much more defined and I feel so tight and confident!! I will update you guys after a few weeks
I accidentally kneed myself in the face when doing the reverse crunches the 2nd time!!! LOL!!!!!! I LOVE THIS WORKOUT SOOOO MUCH!!!!!! just a heads up tho, if any of you find this easy, just really work on engaging your core and GIVING IT YOUR ALL!! I really REALLY tried to do it, and now I am out of breath and my abs are SO SORE! Literally tho. They are on fire.

Ive been doing a mix of this one and the muffin top workout for the past few months and honestly ive seen results so quickly and theyre easy and fast so they fit into my busy schedule. Honestly 12/10 recommend!! These workouts combined with just eating smaller portions and drinking more water has literally changed my body (not to mention im also down 10 pounds)

Okay this is like my favorite workout I've tried this summer--it really works and I lost about an inch and a half on both my hips and waist! (TOTALLY RECOMMEND) now, onto something new :) [COMPLETE]

Update for 12/17/20: -completed two workouts during the morning and afternoon Food for today- ate hummus/pita, frozen raspberries and pineapple, fresh fruit bowl (banana, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries) with cinnamon, green beans, apple, rx protein bar, one small piece of dark chocolate, half a homemade English muffin with cinnamon, butter and jam, one piece of lasagna Water intake- 7 glasses

@@kanakoxu2310 i reduce the consumption for my dinner, fo breakfast i ate fruit or oatmeal, for lunch i eat my normal lunch and for dinner i ate before 6 and usually i eat oatmeal with 1 tsp of sugar to add flavour
Doing this until im happy with my body!:) My goal is a flat stomach, not ABS abs but just a little toned. I have been working out for a month and a half, kinda using different workouts and just skipping around. I plan to stick to this one and see where it takes me:) Day 1: Easy-ish, only a bit sore. Crunches and heel taps hurt my neck after a while lol Day 2: Completed, only a little sore but the last exercise kills me. Was very unmotivated but pushed through and got it done with Day 3: was okay, unmotivated and had to rush bc of plans but felt the burn on the last Excercise
I did this outside and i enjoyed it but i havent worked out in so long so it was sort of hard but it was great. Got that nice breeze hitting my face and hearing the birds sing is amazing. Ty I will update each week

Ive been doing a mix of this one and the muffin top workout for the past few months and honestly ive seen results so quickly and theyre easy and fast so they fit into my busy schedule. Honestly 12/10 recommend!! These workouts combined with just eating smaller portions and drinking more water has literally changed my body (not to mention im also down 10 pounds)

-completed two workouts during the morning and afternoon
Food for today- ate hummus/pita, frozen raspberries and pineapple, fresh fruit bowl (banana, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries) with cinnamon, green beans, apple, rx protein bar, one small piece of dark chocolate, half a homemade English muffin with cinnamon, butter and jam, one piece of lasagna
Water intake- 7 glasses

Doing this until im happy with my body!:) My goal is a flat stomach, not ABS abs but just a little toned. I have been working out for a month and a half, kinda using different workouts and just skipping around. I plan to stick to this one and see where it takes me:)
Day 1: Easy-ish, only a bit sore. Crunches and heel taps hurt my neck after a while lol
Day 2: Completed, only a little sore but the last exercise kills me. Was very unmotivated but pushed through and got it done with

Omg, I can’t believe it! I did this for only one day and after I did the workout I noticed my wait looked smaller and now it’s half an inch less! Before it was 25 inches and now it 24.5 inches! I’m going to keep doing this workout and I’ll try to remember to update!
