Of all the videos I’ve been watching, you stand out the most to me. It’s the sweet smile and genuinely trying to help people get healthier. I loveee the walking and the strengthening exercises combination. It is realistic for people starting out and for others that want amp it up. Another reason why you shine more is you are not focusing on showing how fit you are. A lot of trainers on videos talk about how to look like them by doing their workout and how fit they are by repeatedly showing of their amazing abs, legs off. I’ve never commented on anything before. Keep your videos coming shine one.
I am 50 yrs old and have been power walking for over 30 yrs as a means of exercise for myself. I always feel so good and clear headed after I walk my daily 3 miles. I came to this video because 1) my dietitian said I needed to amp up my cardio for my weight-loss regimen, 2) I love walking, but 3) it's too cold to walk where I'm at. ...and I'm so happy I did! Since I started doing this 4x/week about a month ago, I've had great results. Doing this, along with going more plant-based eating-wise and incorporating yoga and strength-training 2x/week, has given me the results I wanted and liked. Thanks, Holly!
I am 66 years YOUNG! I used to go to the gym, do aerobics, and power walk outside .Love your workouts ,they're not too hard to do, and I definitely broke a sweat. I do both of these workouts with a little break in between. I dislike going to the gym, and I don't like going outside to walk alone, so this is perfect for me!
the thing with this workout is that it seems too easy. but i can assure you it is not. i've been in my weight loss journey for about eight months now. i've tried all the fancy dancy workouts: 40 minute HIIT, 30 minute starter, 12 week programs. 100% honestly, this gives me the most results. 20 minutes of walking and toning. at first, i only did this routine. now i am able to either play it twice through or do this with some bonus arm/leg/core exercises. she's so encouraging throughout the entire thing and has helped me really change my body. thank you for all you've done, holly

This workout helps a lot, due to arthritis on my knees it is really hard to workout, but I have found this very manageable and when it comes to jumping I just get on a chair and do leg works like lifts, scissors even side crunches. It's pretty cool.

Hi Holly, I'm so glad I found you, I started going to the gym just 1 month after all this COVID 19 contingency, so I had to leave it. But I discovered your quarantine routine and I have been doing it day by day along with this 20 min workout. The first days I couldn't complete most of the toning exercises, but since yesterday I noticed that now I can and I am looking for more of your routines to complement my workouts!!! Holly I love this workout! Cardio and toning, a winning combination. The technique of your workout is fabulous, but it would be great if you could add a cool down and stretch.
From my personal experience, Holly your workouts give me the best results...physically and mentally. You are such fun to workout with! I start these indoor walking workouts with low energy, but finish the workout with a massive endorphin release and more energy to takle your other regimes!

Holly's workout is perfect for my schedule! I work full time from 9Am-6PM and I usually don't have time to work out after that cause I gotta fix dinner and tidy up the house. Instead I slip in 20 mins of this workout at 7:30AM and I'm good for the day as it might look simple but it really kicks your butt! I'm a 55yr old female, long distance trail walker, typically walking for 6-9 hour hikes ( 10-20 + miles) over varied terrain on consecutive days, but I'm always puzzled why I never shed any weight doing that. I'm going to try your walking routine, maybe incorporating the other exercises into routine will make a difference. Hoping so, can't wait to start thank you!

It's the first time I manage to actually commit to an exercise routine and actually end up DRENCHED after completing your 2 walking work outs with the occasional abs/back/leg work out!! 3 weeks in a row already with some daily walk to work and I can already see some progress! (Lost a bit of that upper belly fat I couldn't get rid of AT ALL 😂)

I love your workouts! This and the 15 minute one provide wonderful body-weight toning exercises (using weights often hurts my joints :) ). The toning element is definitely my favorite, but I love how the walking provides practice in focusing on your abs and other muscles while you walk. I've already noticed myself focusing on my abs while walking in normal situations now. Thanks, Holly! More videos like this would be awesome!

Holly I really like your videos. I checked out the 15 minute and 20 videos and I was able to do it all. The only thing is you need to give more time in between exercises because I'm 60 years old and getting down to the floor and up from the from can be challenging. I have breathing problems and looked at a lot of exercise videos. This one got my heart rate up but I was still able to breath at the end of the program.
