I've been following you Holly for two years now trying to lose my baby weight, and the first time I tried this workout, I'll be honest I quit before the five minute mark, I couldn't do it. Tonight I did it! I made it all the way through the exercise! I've been following your videos that don't say anything about Intense because you are a fitness machine and I'm a lazy back woods redneck hillbilly trying to go city and take better care of herself Thank you for all of your videos. @@itz.candypop6162 I’m doing some other work out from six months, when I started I was 57 kg now I’m 52.8 kg. I do this one once or twice a week also it’s only been two weeks since I have started this one.
To the person/people going through the comments to see if this is attainable for them: I have NEVER felt good about myself working out core. I always get angry and upset and usually lead to binge eating and making things worse. This is the first workout I have ever been able to stick with and feel good about. I break for a couple extra seconds every once in a while but it’s usually because I forget to breathe. Today was day 4 for me, I sent a pic to my boyfriend and he legitimately noticed a difference from Monday. And it’s SO QUICK please try it. This is your sign. Do the damn workout and love yourself already

@@jennycruz9065 I had a extra pad of fat. Make that 4 layers thick. But after a month of her 10 min HIIT and abs, I can confidently say, it's 2 layers thick only. Plus my arms and thighs are leaner and can almost see muscle definition.
Hello, to everyone who says it's hard it doesn't works well I started to do this for 3 days and I see results I have a 5 yo and being a mom is about to get our bodie back and this workout has surprised me because I can see my abs again even if I'm not eating well. So I think that we need to be more constant with it because is not so much time is tough yes, but not as other programs I have tried. So good luck to everyone and keep doing it!

I usually NEVER comment on ab/ any exercising workouts because most don't work for me (cant feel the burn even with proper form), but when i first started to lose weight i was doing this exact ab routine with other videos, and it helped me lose 30 pounds (with adjusted diet too)! Now I'm doing exercises to tone up but I forgot all about this video until I came back across it today. Back then when i was weaker, IT BURNED but now as I have built some core muscles, IT STILL BURNS. You amaze me Holly! Your workouts while constructive and powerful are worth the results because they are always visible if you are consistent. I hope this brings inspiration to people because I really could've used some when I first started. Know that YOU GOT THIS! YOU can make this happen

Hi Holly, Thank you for setting this up. I use this workout everyday. The workout has immediate effect on my body and I feel the difference in my abs. But I must say, the advertisements that regularly break the video 3-4 times are very annoying and distracting . they break the rhythm of the workout
for everyone who just started doing this workout to get fit in quarantine: THIS REALLY WORKS! I’ve been using this workout for around 4 months. It felt really hard the first few days, but it got easier as I kept doing it, and I saw visible changes in my body after the first 4 or 5 days. I used to do it every day, now I do it once or twice a week and do more advanced ab workouts on the other days. I highly recommend😊
Rawr Lol I’ve always eaten pretty healthy, but I have lost weight since I started doing this workout. I don’t know if it’s due to the workout or what I ate. But I do look a lot more toned now and that’s definitely because of the workout

when i say I see a difference...ITS INSANE! in the past, I have tried Chloe Ting, but after a week, i've never seen even a slight change. but in 4 DAYS of doing this... i could already tell a difference! I will for sure be doing this for more than a week and I HIGHLY recommend for anyone wanting a flat tummy!! Pisces Zodiac you can do them slower. If you pull your knee up to you opposite elbow instead of running. I find that it’s more affective for me as i feel like I’m engaging my abdominal muscles more 💓

This actually works! I have recently been battleing cancer - i have been cancerfree for 2 months now (; During treatment i gained quite a lot of weight, while losing my muscles at the same time. So i tried this workout and it really burns and hurts, but i have done it everyday for 2 weeks. I cut off eating candy/junk everyday. I see clear results!! after just one week, i could feel my muscles forming and my stomach getting flatter. Even my friends and family has commented on my transformation. omgggg samee no joke got it last june 2019 and got done with chemo in february 2020... it was in my leg still can’t but weight on it till like september 2020 so i didn’t do the crutches but i was 12 when found out and i was like 90 pounds and now i’m 13 and 115 witch isn’t that bad it’s just different and i want to be like 110 at least before school u know lmao but congrats on being cancer free

Im 13. I was overweight, i was like 136 pounds . But during quarantine i lost a lot of weight by doing different workouts . Now i m 112 pounds. Along the whole journey, my weight is only going down, i did not gain muscle nor did i tone any part of my body. Im gonna do this workout and update everyday to see the results i get in 1 week Edit : thnx for all likes Hope u get ur dream body I did it for one week , and i lost a lot inches around my waist. My family members were shocked as they could see a big difference in my appearance. I also put up some height. My posture improved , and i feel much better about myself.
I'm preparing for an exam which requires persistence. I have been doing this since a week and is benefitting me. Will be doing this every single morning and evening. And will update in 7 months about both results.

okay. i never thought i could lose my belly fat that has been haunting me my whole life. it was my biggest insecurity and it stopped me from doing so many things. i did chloe ting programs, endless cardio and running, but nothing ever worked for me. but i'm only on day FIVE of this and my belly fat is almost completely gone. i can see abs forming too! i've been doing this as well as jogging one mile and using portion control (i'm also vegan). i want to say THANK YOU HOLLY DOLKE for helping me finally love myself!😘😘😘😘

Omq Tyler no, there are so many other sources of protein (tofu, quinoa, chickpeas). vegans also have to take supplements for at least vitamin b12 which is only found in meat and dairy products. some vegans do suffer from malnutrition, but if we make sure we are eating the right stuff we can be happy and healthy.
@@evaa2185 yeah basically all beans and rices have protein and if your veggie you can eat eggs aswell. I'm vegetarian and I didn't realize you had to take b12 though.. probably should start taking them oops

This works!! Just a few days in and my tummy is definitely tighter and flatter!! If you're doing what I used to do and you're scrolling TH-cam trying to find a workout video that "looks like it would be effective" (lol!) just get up and workout along with it. I almost didn't even try this one because it just looked to simple and easy to yield results. Not so! I used to feel like it had to be all or nothing......work out for 30 minutes to an hour (which is sometimes tough to do) or don't bother working out at all. WRONG! Anything at all is better than nothing at all! 13 min a day for 4 days and I'm already seeing/feeling a difference! Stop scrolling TH-cam and social media for 10 to 15 minutes and move your body! You'll feel better
Age: 15 Waist: 29 inches Goal: 24 inches Day 1: Done. I didn't sweat a lot, but it's quite tough for me. Day 2: Done. It's a little easier for me now. I haven't seen any results yet, but I can feel that my stomach is a bit tight😄 Day 3: Done. I am so motivated to workout so I did it twice today (morning and afternoon) 😊 I felt exhausted doing it, but it's ok.. Day 4: Done. I checked the size of my waist and it's already 28.4 inches. Can't believe it actually works. Since Day 1, I have lessened eating rice and avoid processed foods like hakdogs. I am so happy rn🤗😃 Day 5: Done. I can see the changes already. My stomach gets a little flat (28.2 inches) and I hope that I'll reach my goal. I will surely do this for months because why not hihihi. I find the changes fast, even if I'm eating more than 1000 calories per day. Day 6: Done. My stomach and abs hurt when I woke up. My waist is already 28 inches and my thighs are starting to be slim too. Unfortunately, I do not have any weighing scale at home to measure my weight changes. I did this workout today and it's a lot easier to do. This really works guys, you just need determination, discipline and patience. 👍Last day tomorrow wooohooo 🎉 Day 7: This is my last day and overall I lose 1 inch on my waist. I am so happy I did it for a week. The results are really visible. I will do this until july 30 and I will update you guys weekly. *Week 1*: Now 28 inches already. My legs became a bit slim too. *Week 2*: I did this 4 times this 2nd week. My waist is now 27.6 inches. I also did other ab workouts by Holly. *Week 3*: I am really glad about the results. I did this workout including a 10 mins Pilates. My waist is now 27.6 inches. Thanks for those who cheer me up because it really motivated me to continue this workout for me to achieve my goal.. This one workout alone is more affective then chloe tings whole routine, trust me. I’ve tried her 2 week shred and I lost 2 pounds and only got slightly more toned. A few weeks passed and I started doing this workout twice a day for a week, and I lost 1 pound (without changing my diet!) and believe me my stomach is SO toned! Like you can see really defined lines in any kind of lighting, and this workout is so much easier and quicker than chloes. ( plus ive recently started doing holly’s slim legs workout and im already seeing results after 2 weeks)
you just need time do its job when you're doing chloe ting's workouts. For me, chloe's routine was more effective and my stomach was SO toned. You should be lucky you lost a couple pounds from her videos.

Ok so my waist is 29 1/2, I started this workout yesterday so I’ll just continue writing in this to tell you my progress Day 1: I’m very weak in my ab area so this really worked it, I can feel a difference but can’t see it yet :) Day 2: so I felt the burn way more than yesterday, I’m not quite sure why. But it felt good to know I’m doing something. (Tomrow I’ll check my measurements to see if there’s a difference) Day 3: ok so yesterday my abs were soooo sore but it felt good, this morning I had to stop on the plank but everything else is going awesome! (Thank you for the comments also☺️) btw I measured my waist and it’s now at 28 inches!! Day 4: yay!! Almost done with a week, so I’ve noticed I’m stronger in my abs area and it makes me feel skinner, I can tell I lost weight and right now my obliques show when I flex🤩 Day 5: ok so when I first started this workout my stomach had a pretty noticeable pouch right under my bellybutton but now it’s like skimmed down and so has the rest of my stomach! @@kattyzz Look up workout posture. This workout will hurt, but you'll save yourself some of the other aches and pains. You'll start to build up a bit more immunity. It hurt for me LIKE HELL for the first three days.

I always come back to this video after a period of inactivity. I always find it helps me get back into working out and pushing myself. Sometimes just doing this once per day is all I can manage, but I still see progress with my strength and ability! Great workout!

This actually works! I’ve tried so many other “ab workouts” on yt, and none seemed to work, even though I committed to them. Doing this everyday for a week really gives you the results you’d want.
I feel thatttttttt. Love Chloe Ting, but hate up and down planks with a passion. Holly gives me just as much of a burn, or even more, and she doesn't make me do up and down plank. Ahahaha
If you are looking for a workout that really works for flat stomach’s this one works really well! I did it twice a day for 6 days. And my stomach is completely flat! ❤. This has also really boosted my confidence.
I HATED my body, I refused to go swimming and never wore skirts or dresses, I did this work out now I am happy with my body and my friends cried with happiness when I said do you want to go swimming, thank you so much I love you💞

DAY 1: My abs hurted a lot a lot while doing the first 2 exercise routines.. But after completion it's a lot better. DAY 2: It was a lot easier today.. No pain but no difference yet. DAY 3: No difference at all DAY 4: It was much easier today.. and yeah I can see that my stomach's getting genuinely flatter. DAY 5: It was so so easy today.. I did all the exercises with no difficulty and my stomach has become slightly flatter.. just the way I wanted. DAY 6: as compared to the beginning a much flatter stomach :) Thanks a ton Holly

i’ve been doing this work out on and off since lockdown and honestly it’s my fave! i’ve been doing it a few times a week consistently for the last couple of months and i can see a massive difference. my waist is a lot smaller and i’m defo getting very toned! i really love this workout! thankyou x

@@vedantpatil3535 I did chloe's workout for 2 weeks in a calorie deficit and my body did not tone up at all yet it* was called an "intense ab workout". I can get my abs back in under a week with this workout. Not everyone's bodies are the same and chloe is for beginners.

To the person/people going through the comments to see if this is attainable for them: I have NEVER felt good about myself working out core. I always get angry and upset and usually lead to binge eating and making things worse. This is the first workout I have ever been able to stick with and feel good about. I break for a couple extra seconds every once in a while but it’s usually because I forget to breathe. Today was day 4 for me, I sent a pic to my boyfriend and he legitimately noticed a difference from Monday. And it’s SO QUICK please try it. This is your sign. Do the damn workout and love yourself already

@@jennycruz9065 I had a extra pad of fat. Make that 4 layers thick. But after a month of her 10 min HIIT and abs, I can confidently say, it's 2 layers thick only. Plus my arms and thighs are leaner and can almost see muscle definition.

Hello, to everyone who says it's hard it doesn't works well I started to do this for 3 days and I see results I have a 5 yo and being a mom is about to get our bodie back and this workout has surprised me because I can see my abs again even if I'm not eating well. So I think that we need to be more constant with it because is not so much time is tough yes, but not as other programs I have tried. So good luck to everyone and keep doing it!

I usually NEVER comment on ab/ any exercising workouts because most don't work for me (cant feel the burn even with proper form), but when i first started to lose weight i was doing this exact ab routine with other videos, and it helped me lose 30 pounds (with adjusted diet too)! Now I'm doing exercises to tone up but I forgot all about this video until I came back across it today. Back then when i was weaker, IT BURNED but now as I have built some core muscles, IT STILL BURNS. You amaze me Holly! Your workouts while constructive and powerful are worth the results because they are always visible if you are consistent. I hope this brings inspiration to people because I really could've used some when I first started. Know that YOU GOT THIS! YOU can make this happen

for everyone who just started doing this workout to get fit in quarantine: THIS REALLY WORKS! I’ve been using this workout for around 4 months. It felt really hard the first few days, but it got easier as I kept doing it, and I saw visible changes in my body after the first 4 or 5 days. I used to do it every day, now I do it once or twice a week and do more advanced ab workouts on the other days. I highly recommend😊

Pisces Zodiac you can do them slower. If you pull your knee up to you opposite elbow instead of running. I find that it’s more affective for me as i feel like I’m engaging my abdominal muscles more 💓

This actually works! I have recently been battleing cancer - i have been cancerfree for 2 months now (; During treatment i gained quite a lot of weight, while losing my muscles at the same time. So i tried this workout and it really burns and hurts, but i have done it everyday for 2 weeks. I cut off eating candy/junk everyday. I see clear results!! after just one week, i could feel my muscles forming and my stomach getting flatter. Even my friends and family has commented on my transformation. okay. i never thought i could lose my belly fat that has been haunting me my whole life. it was my biggest insecurity and it stopped me from doing so many things. i did chloe ting programs, endless cardio and running, but nothing ever worked for me. but i'm only on day FIVE of this and my belly fat is almost completely gone. i can see abs forming too! i've been doing this as well as jogging one mile and using portion control (i'm also vegan). i want to say THANK YOU HOLLY DOLKE for helping me finally love myself!😘😘😘😘

@eva a - I have a question, don’t people need meat, for protein and stuff or you will suffer from malnutrition? I always wondered how does that work with vegans and stuff
Omq Tyler no, there are so many other sources of protein (tofu, quinoa, chickpeas). vegans also have to take supplements for at least vitamin b12 which is only found in meat and dairy products. some vegans do suffer from malnutrition, but if we make sure we are eating the right stuff we can be happy and healthy.

If you're doing what I used to do and you're scrolling TH-cam trying to find a workout video that "looks like it would be effective" (lol!) just get up and workout along with it. I almost didn't even try this one because it just looked to simple and easy to yield results. Not so!
I used to feel like it had to be all or nothing......work out for 30 minutes to an hour (which is sometimes tough to do) or don't bother working out at all. WRONG! Anything at all is better than nothing at all! 13 min a day for 4 days and I'm already seeing/feeling a difference! Stop scrolling TH-cam and social media for 10 to 15 minutes and move your body! You'll feel better

Day 1: Done. I didn't sweat a lot, but it's quite tough for me.
Day 2: Done. It's a little easier for me now. I haven't seen any results yet, but I can feel that my stomach is a bit tight😄
Day 3: Done. I am so motivated to workout so I did it twice today (morning and afternoon) 😊 I felt exhausted doing it, but it's ok..
Day 4: Done. I checked the size of my waist and it's already 28.4 inches. Can't believe it actually works. Since Day 1, I have lessened eating rice and avoid processed foods like hakdogs. I am so happy rn🤗😃
Day 5: Done. I can see the changes already. My stomach gets a little flat (28.2 inches) and I hope that I'll reach my goal. I will surely do this for months because why not hihihi. I find the changes fast, even if I'm eating more than 1000 calories per day.
Day 6: Done. My stomach and abs hurt when I woke up. My waist is already 28 inches and my thighs are starting to be slim too. Unfortunately, I do not have any weighing scale at home to measure my weight changes. I did this workout today and it's a lot easier to do. This really works guys, you just need determination, discipline and patience. 👍Last day tomorrow wooohooo 🎉
Day 7: This is my last day and overall I lose 1 inch on my waist. I am so happy I did it for a week. The results are really visible. I will do this until july 30 and I will update you guys weekly.
*Week 1*: Now 28 inches already. My legs became a bit slim too.
*Week 2*: I did this 4 times this 2nd week. My waist is now 27.6 inches. I also did other ab workouts by Holly.
*Week 3*: I am really glad about the results. I did this workout including a 10 mins Pilates. My waist is now 27.6 inches. Thanks for those who cheer me up because it really motivated me to continue this workout for me to achieve my goal.. FIGHTING TO THOSE WHO DO THIS WORKOUT TOO💪🏻😊💕
*July 30, 2020* : So it's the last day of doing this workout. As of now, I lost almost 2 inches on my waist and my tummy is a bit flatter. I had fun doing this workout. It becomes easier day by day and so effective. I highly recommend this workout 👏💪🏽

This one workout alone is more affective then chloe tings whole routine, trust me. I’ve tried her 2 week shred and I lost 2 pounds and only got slightly more toned. A few weeks passed and I started doing this workout twice a day for a week, and I lost 1 pound (without changing my diet!) and believe me my stomach is SO toned! Like you can see really defined lines in any kind of lighting, and this workout is so much easier and quicker than chloes. ( plus ive recently started doing holly’s slim legs workout and im already seeing results after 2 weeks)

you just need time do its job when you're doing chloe ting's workouts. For me, chloe's routine was more effective and my stomach was SO toned. You should be lucky you lost a couple pounds from her videos.

Ok so my waist is 29 1/2, I started this workout yesterday so I’ll just continue writing in this to tell you my progress
Day 1: I’m very weak in my ab area so this really worked it, I can feel a difference but can’t see it yet :)
Day 2: so I felt the burn way more than yesterday, I’m not quite sure why. But it felt good to know I’m doing something. (Tomrow I’ll check my measurements to see if there’s a difference)
Day 3: ok so yesterday my abs were soooo sore but it felt good, this morning I had to stop on the plank but everything else is going awesome! (Thank you for the comments also☺️) btw I measured my waist and it’s now at 28 inches!!
Day 4: yay!! Almost done with a week, so I’ve noticed I’m stronger in my abs area and it makes me feel skinner, I can tell I lost weight and right now my obliques show when I flex🤩
Day 5: ok so when I first started this workout my stomach had a pretty noticeable pouch right under my bellybutton but now it’s like skimmed down and so has the rest of my stomach! I’ll take my measurements tomrow!
Day 6: so I’ve noticed when I sit down my stomach used to look like a little mountain, but now it feels flat and looks flat! I’ve also noticed my abs are more toned but there is still fat there. My measurements are 27. 6!
I’ll come back tomorrow to see the results! I have been doing Chloe ting workouts for the past three days and I want to do this one as well! I have always been a smaller girl but my metabolism has been slow and I’ve been gaining but noticeably on my stomach.

@@kattyzz Look up workout posture. This workout will hurt, but you'll save yourself some of the other aches and pains. You'll start to build up a bit more immunity. It hurt for me LIKE HELL for the first three days.

I always come back to this video after a period of inactivity. I always find it helps me get back into working out and pushing myself. Sometimes just doing this once per day is all I can manage, but I still see progress with my strength and ability! Great workout!

DAY 1: My abs hurted a lot a lot while doing the first 2 exercise routines.. But after completion it's a lot better.
DAY 2: It was a lot easier today.. No pain but no difference yet.
DAY 3: No difference at all
DAY 4: It was much easier today.. and yeah I can see that my stomach's getting genuinely flatter.
DAY 5: It was so so easy today.. I did all the exercises with no difficulty and my stomach has become slightly flatter.. just the way I wanted.
DAY 6: as compared to the beginning a much flatter stomach :) Thanks a ton Holly

i’ve been doing this work out on and off since lockdown and honestly it’s my fave! i’ve been doing it a few times a week consistently for the last couple of months and i can see a massive difference. my waist is a lot smaller and i’m defo getting very toned! i really love this workout! thankyou x

@@vedantpatil3535 I did chloe's workout for 2 weeks in a calorie deficit and my body did not tone up at all yet it* was called an "intense ab workout". I can get my abs back in under a week with this workout. Not everyone's bodies are the same and chloe is for beginners.
I started using this video in middle school I am now a sophmore in high school. This video NEVER EVER fails me EVERR!! I love you Holly!!
