This is so incredible for postpartum recovery! I have two boys, about a year apart, and my abs are still struggling, despite being 1.5 years postpartum…. These routines are so helpful to rebuild my core strength gently enough, as I can always modify when needed, but I feel so confident being able to stick with you through almost all of the moves! ❤

Your clips are really trully wonderful, authentic, suit my needs and love your calm inner voice. I have been following many of your different workouts for past year and they are all fantastic, each and every single one. I have been doing your "Morning 20 minutes pilates" religiously which works great for me as I don't have much time in my day. However, this workout is just great and love the intensity, as some of the stretches you have included is what I normally do at the end of your session which is not incorporated in your other videos so now that they are, I will be following this routine. First time waking up at 5:30am to do this pilates exercise. My favourite part is the last stretch. Feeling challenged due to a hip injury i truly felt appreciative to my body during the final one movement yoga stretch. Thanks Nicole! Back tomorrow.

That last one with the hips and feet up in the air was a pose I used to do all of the time ("the candle", if I remember correctly--at least that's what they called it) thank you for incorporating that one here! It wasn't too hard but it was still challenging. I really appreciate the warmups and cooldowns you put into your videos. TH-cam videos rarely incorporate a warmup and cooldown. In my opinion it's part of the workout and should be included. It doesn't have to be super long. Yours are just perfect. Thanks for your videos Nicole. I 'm reasonably fit, but am constrained in my movement by significant abdominal and back injuries. So even though I sometimes find some of the stretches/sequences/movements a bit challenging, your teaching always encourages me to persevere as far as my body allows. This class is my favourite out of all your videos. I have sciatica pain down my left side from pelvic dysfunction after childbirth. Sending my legs back over to the mat really helps my back muscles relax from spasm and sets me up for the day 🥰 thank you, Nichole 🙏

Incredible! I've done it today for second time and I'm not scared to roll my back and legs up (at the end of workout) and feel calm but strong. Some months ago i just was looking at this videos and could only imagen to do pilates but now I wait every day just to start it with Nicole's workouts. 🌄
Hi Nicole, this is the first time I've tried a Pilates class on TH-cam and I've loved it! The pace was perfect and it was challenging enough to get our of my head and into the body but not so much to lose engagement or feel overwhelmed. Hi Nicole, thanks for your videos. I am overweight and in my 30s trying to find balance again. Tried yoga for a while but was not keen on the spiritual roots of the practice so I switched over to Pilates. I love how it targets joints as well as muscled and so much core ! I cant quite do everything yet and am taking a few breaks here and there but am thanful

So even though I sometimes find some of the stretches/sequences/movements a bit challenging, your teaching always encourages me to persevere as far as my body allows. This class is my favourite out of all your videos. I have sciatica pain down my left side from pelvic dysfunction after childbirth. Sending my legs back over to the mat really helps my back muscles relax from spasm and sets me up for the day 🥰 thank you, Nichole 🙏

Incredible! I've done it today for second time and I'm not scared to roll my back and legs up (at the end of workout) and feel calm but strong. Some months ago i just was looking at this videos and could only imagen to do pilates but now I wait every day just to start it with Nicole's workouts. 🌄
Hi Nicole, this is the first time I've tried a Pilates class on TH-cam and I've loved it! The pace was perfect and it was challenging enough to get our of my head and into the body but not so much to lose engagement or feel overwhelmed. I love the mix between pulses and flows throughout the class and your voice was calming while encouraging. I can't wait to try more of your workouts! Lots of Love.

Hi Nicole, thanks for your videos. I am overweight and in my 30s trying to find balance again. Tried yoga for a while but was not keen on the spiritual roots of the practice so I switched over to Pilates. I love how it targets joints as well as muscled and so much core ! I cant quite do everything yet and am taking a few breaks here and there but am thanful
