    My first time doing yoga showed me that I was more out of shape than I thought! I wasnt able to do all of these, but what matters is taking that first step, and the second, and every one after!

      Her videos don’t play. If this is your first yoga experience WOW you did great! Seriously, her videos aren’t going to baby you. They are very difficult strength and flexibility-wise for a person who has been a beginner for a long while and this was your first? You are a warrior!

      I 100% feel you I workout 3-5x a week yet I sweating trying to do these moves and couldn’t really do all of them but at least we trying to better ourselves gotta start somewhere

      Are you able to do the entire 15 minutes? I can only follow through on the first 5 then my thighs give in

      @@rabianoor9050 Yeah I can these days. At the start/first few attempts it can be tough but if you keep practising, you're thighs will feel fine!

    I am doing yoga for 15-30 minutes almost everyday. It improves my mood and makes me feel overall better. From now on I'll try it everyday and let's see how far it takes me ❤

    Not only is this video perfect to get a little bit of movement before busy days, but it's also very good to release our spine that's usually pretty tight in the morning. Thank you for this amazing class Nicole 🙏🏻

    This ist exactly what I needed! I always try take some time out of my day for yoga or pilates but on some days it is difficult to find 30-40 relaxed minutes so this is perfect... Can't wait to try this flow but I'm sure afterwards I am going to feel amazing as always after your workouts😍🙏🏼

    Getting back into yoga for mental and physical stress release. I miss my mat! I'm a fan of yin and gentle yoga and also need the atmosphere to be calming in videos. This was perfect!!! Thank you for waking up my body in such a nice way.

    I really appreciate these shorter practices of yoga and Pilates you upload! Starting to get back to movement/exercise after having my second baby.     This session has changed my life, I had a really serious disc bulge and extreme sciatica and couldn’t play golf or any sport, I’ve be doing these sessions with Nicole for 2 months now and I feel stronger in my core and I’m much more flexible, I’m back playing golf what I never thought would happen…
    But most of all I’m maintaining the
    Sciatica and disc bulge….🙌🙌🙌

    I stopped doing yoga for about a year because, well, life. I've been struggling with a VERY stiff lower back and this video was PERFECT. I was able to get some stretching in, but I didn't find myself needing to come out of the pose like I do in most videos. Thank you so much for this practice, I will be referring to it for a while!

    it is a great yoga make you totally awake and warm. But I wasn’t expect this intensity for this morning yoga, feel like more suit for someone want to get ready to go out / start work /workout than someone try to get a stretch to start off the day. Anyway a juicy lovely yoga would save it for different morning warm up need, thank you nicole

    i love doing these on low energy. at the beginning, doing the ripples was so hard. my knees were bent, my body was tired and it took a lot out of me. when we returned to the ripples again by the end, i could do them better, no bent knees and it felt so nice. i could significantly tell the energising difference! thank you so much for these classes ♡ ♡

    wow, like. this was my second time I've tried Yoga at home and the first time was like 5 years ago. I train volleyball and im 190cm height and totally not flexible so much even simple exercises you showed here i couldnt reach fully but I tried as much as I can, that 15 minutes went by really fast and I feel great after that. Your voice is perfect for that it's calm and peaceful and I think I'll add that to my morning routine cuz it feels great

    I am in love with all of your yoga session videos and I absolutely loved this session too! Your peaceful voice and the minimal talking really enhanced the experience.     It's truly crazy over how flexible I feel in just 4 days! First day was obviously hard but I continued to do the second, it's the third day that surprised me and I could just as easily do everything she was guiding me through. Plus the mood shift = unbelievable! My only quest is I can't touch my feet down in downward dog, so if I could get some tips for that, I would be truly happy!! Thank you nicole!

      Aw I'm so happy to hear that! You should feel so proud of yourself for staying consistent and dedicating some time for yourself. Don't worry if your feet are not flat on the floor in downward dog. It's more important to focus on pushing the floor away from you with your hands and lengthening through your spine. Keep your knees bent if you need to as well. Over time, your heels will get closer to the floor. 💗

    Thanks Nicole, I'm 41 years old and have always had poor flexibility,I do this most mornings as part of my morning routine. It's a great start, not overwhelming but simple to follow look forward to working up to a20 min one some day
