Today's Fiery Compound is full of compound exercises to target multiple muscle groups at once, giving you an effective and crazy workout! We have 3 Blocks of work with 5 exercises, 45 seconds on 15 seconds off and we repeat. Great workout I used 20’s on the st move and 15’s on the other moves and it was perfect. I sweated big time, mopped the mat up as much as I sweated from head to toe, AMrAP I did 5 rounds I’m sure of the dumb swings I used 1 20 because of my hip issues. Other than that I was awesome!!!! Pretty soon I’m not going to have access to members only workouts.
Wow this was challenging. I tried to use whatever weights you were using. The strength series definitely helped me to push it here. Thank you.

Wow compound moves really tests your endurance. My heart rate was up the entire time. I wasn’t sure I had enough in the tank to do amrap. I muscled through but it was tough! Definitely felt the fatigue in my arms. I really appreciate these hard workout of yours! 😅

I wasn't sure I could do this as I am nursing an injured knee, but with some modifications with the lateral lunge, I pulled it off nicely even using 20lb dumbbells. That amrap was 🔥 📛 👨🚒
