    What a great full-body strength and cardio HIIT! Michelle, somehow you always slip in an exercise I've never done before, and this workout had more than a few! 😁Those were some really fun combinations, both on the strength and the cardio moves! 👍I'm so happy that I found you, and you've become a regular part of my fitness routine now. 🥰

    Dear Michelle i cannot thank you enough: i am 75 and have 2 athritic knees, but i was able to do all of it with only some pacing down. Highly recommended workout whatever your age or your knees condition!
    I felt alive and fit again !!!

    I did this in the hotel gym as away on a conference. People were asking me who I was working out with as your workout ’looked amazing’.. Hopefully got you some new followers there! 😅

    I wanted an hour this morning but only had 40 minutes free so this was perfect. The compound moves made me feel like I got the calorie burn from a full hour! Thanks Michelle and crew.

    I have missed your workouts! I am frustrated - shoulder injury and need to go check how bad it is in Tuesday :( prayers nothing is torn and it is just an impingement or hormone issues?!?

    One of the most challenging, sweat dripping, cardio pumping workouts. For someone who's intermediate to advanced in workouts it is often hard to find and up the ante. This one is it!
